GET A ROOM

"So, where do you guys meet? You know, I saw you staring at him as if you've known each other for a long time," she started throwing some questions.
I pursed my lips and search for a word to say. I think this question-and-answer portion is sudden so I'm not ready. What can I tell her? That yes, we have known each other for a long time. Something has already happened to us, e. Fuck it!
"Uhm..."
I swallowed and looked at her, just staring at what we were going through while smiling.
"Uhm... I..."
"It's alright, I understand. It’s really hard to explain how you met someone accidentally on a once-in-a-lifetime vacation trip," she said and looked at me and smiled.
My jaw dropped when I heard that. I could not speak and felt dumb for a moment. Aside from the two of us, did he say anything else about us? Is he really telling our stories? Why?
"How did you know?" I asked bravely to her.
"Because I just know. I know everything, you and him and the world. Actually, you still don't know much, Rae, so be ready," she said to me and winked at me.
I almost ran out of breath as we walked towards the back of their house where the pool area was. I don’t know why I feel this way. I moved on! I know that in myself. I mean, there's nothing to worry about because I think that's just a small thing for him. It's just a summer fling after all.
Eventually, we got to the pool area where everyone was. I was exposed to that vast area and not that many people. Some are already in the pool while others are eating.
"Here we go!" she cheered.
"This is our house. Everyone only comes home when there is a party because the others are often on the father's side," she explained to me.
My eyes are looking for Levi but I can't see him. Where is he?
"This is huge," I said to myself and turned to her as she pulled me away from that area again.
"Let's go to my room first. I need you to wear something," she excitedly said to me.
I just followed her when she climbed that glass staircase and entered the room she entered. I was amazed again because of the design of her room. That's a combination of gray and white and a very elegant look.
"What swimwear is good?" she asked me and unfolded her swimwear in front of me. Others are new because they still have that tag.
"The black one!" I said and then grinned.
She nodded and peeked outside for a moment.
"Oh my god! The others are already there!" she shouted then looked at me again.
"Alright. Wear that and just choose what to put on. I'll wait for you outside, okay?" she told me quickly.
Before I could complain, she left me in that room so I frowned. Why do I have to wear this? I avoid wearing clothes like this especially when I know that Levi is just around the corner.
I looked at that two-piece for a few more minutes before deciding to wear it. I also took a white see-through dress and put it on my clothes. When I looked at myself in the mirror I winced at what I saw. I could barely recognize myself because I looked rich in what I was wearing. Wow, Rae! What are you doing with your life?
I was afraid of how Levi would react when he saw me!
When I got down from Celine's room, I first stayed inside their living room because I was really ashamed of how I looked. Apart from the freezing cold because of what I'm wearing, I can't really mix with a lot of people, especially since I don't know them yet.
"Rae! What are you doing there? Levi was looking for you earlier," Jaxon said to me when he saw me in their living room.
I bit my lower lip when I saw him staring at me intently before he sat down beside me.
"Are you shy? You don't have to, the Acuzars are kind," he comforted me.
I nodded at him one after another. "I know, Jax. I'm just not really used to it."
"Would you like me to join you here?" he asked so I shook my head quickly.
Levi might see us again and what else he will say?
"No, thank you. I'll go inside later, promise," I said to him even though I had been praying that Levi would just send me home.
He stared at me for a while until he said goodbye to me and went outside where everyone was.
I curled up on the sofa there and leaned my head back. I felt drowsy so I wasn't surprised for a few more minutes my head was falling because I was already asleep. It just disappeared suddenly when I felt something kiss my eyes.
"You're sleeping, baby..." I heard him whisper.
I immediately open my eyes to look at him. His face was exposed to me so close that I moved away a little. He sat down next to me and slightly arranged the hair that was blocking my face.
"You're glowing. You're too gorgeous to stay here. Why don't you come outside?" he asked me softly and looked at me.
He was wearing a black tank top and board shorts. His hair was disheveled and both ears were red. I could clearly see how big his arms were because of what he was wearing. I bit my lower lip while secretly fantasizing about him. Why is this person like this?
"I'm embarrassed, Lev. I'm ashamed of your family," I almost whispered to him because I couldn't find the right tone of voice.
There was no one in the house except the two of us so I just restrained myself from doing what was in my brain. This man is thrilling. Oh good, Rae. Why do you think that way?
He caressed my hand. When he caught it he held it tightly and then brought it to his lips to kiss. I was just watching what he was doing. His eyes are tender. His ears and even his chest became even redder.
"I want to talk to you about what happened before, Lumiere," seriously but softly he said to me while looking into my eyes.
His face reddened when I withdrew my hand from him and averted my eyes from him.
"It's Astraea, Levi," I told him emphatically.
I looked at him and saw his mischievous smile at me. "I want myself to be special. They all call you Rae, so I should be the only one to call you Lumiere," he said and gently pulled me away from him.
I bit my lower lip when I felt his hand around my waist. He even slid it slowly over and over so I didn’t know how I would react to what he was doing. I could feel my chest pounding especially when he leaned down in front of me and stared at me. His elbow rested on his knee while his hand was still on my waist.
"I want to talk to you about what happened that day. I want you to know everything so that you don't stop me from claiming you," he said to me seriously.
My forehead furrowed because of what he said. "What? There is nothing more to talk about. It is clear to me that only a one-time experience happened between us. That's all, Levi" I told him and averted my eyes from him.
I also tried to remove his hold on my waist because I felt different from what he was doing, but he didn't want to remove it. I know how dangerous this feeling is and I have to stop it right away before it’s all too late.
"Really? Are you really fooling yourself? That's not how I see you now," he said to me while there was his crazy smile.
I stared at him. "You're just imagining that..."
Before I could continue what I was about to say, I was stunned by what he did next. My eyes widened as he quickly grabbed my waist and quickly pulled me closer to him and from that moment, he closed the gap between our lips. He pressed my body closer to his. I'm now sitting on his lap and I can feel the heat from him. His lips were moving from side to side of my lip and I gasp from the intensity that's when he take advantage of it. He open the deeps of my mouth and explore every part of it. I can feel his tongue inside of mine. I'm wanting more and I was terrified. I can't breathe!
"You can breathe, Lumiere," he said then chuckled.
My cheek flushed and I anchored my arm around his neck. We parted our lips for a moment then smiled. He focused his forehead on my forehead and our noses met.
I smiled. "Someone might see us..." I said and closed my eyes.
I felt him press my body closer to his. When he was about to close the space between the two of us, suddenly someone shouted.
"Oh my god! Get a room, guys!"
I quickly left his lap and there I saw that his clothes were wrinkled. I sighed and disgustedly turned to the one who shouted. My eyes widened when I saw Maxim smiling looking at the two of us.
"There are rooms here, guys. Stop making out in public," she said in a teasing tone.
I feel warmer I feel. I don’t know why, as far as I know, I was hanged. Damn! I can't stand it.
"Let's just continue later," I heard Levi whisper to me and pulled me towards where.
