CH73 A new bank account

Damon and I woke up in the morning and got ready for work, we walked to our respective jobs.
We had planned to meet at lunch time so at one Damon and I met at the unitaur Market, once there Damon walked us to a big white building, it had four pillars at the front and it said 'BANK' in big letters with a star symbol above the A and N, the star was the same as the star on the money here.
We walked into the bank, the bank was nearly empty I saw three customers so we walked towards a teller
"Hello, ma'am sir, how can I help?"
"Hi I want to exchange some mortal money, can I do that here?" I asked her
"Of course you can, where did you get the money?" She asked me as she typed on the computer, I looked at Damon who just nodded to me as if to say it was ok to tell her the truth
"It's my own money, I grew up in the mortal world"
"Ok, name?"
"Anastasia" when I answered she looked at me
"Your majesty? I'm so sorry, I didn't recognise you" I told her it was fine, after typing a few more times "there you go your majesty" she passed one hundred shilling under the glass
"Actually can I open an account?" I asked ready for her to laugh at me, was a bank account a mortal thing?
"Of course your majesty, I just need a picture for your ID" she produced a camera from her desk and took a photo she typed some more "I also need a fingerprint, any finger will do" I gave her my index finger which she scanned "You're all set, do you want me to put this money into your account?"
"Yes please" I told her as I slid the money back under the glass
"You're all set" she told me "please come again" she dismissed me
"Wait, don't I get a bank card?" I asked her
"No your majesty, that's a mortal thing" she sounded like Damon "when you buy something you choose to pay with your account, the till will take your picture and scan your fingerprint and the payment will be made, she smiled as she explained
"Ok, thanks" I was about to walk away, but then a thought occurred to me "oh wait, can people put money into my account?" I was thinking about my wages
"Yes, they bring the money to the bank, give us your name and the money goes into your account" she explained I thanked her again and Damon and I left, we ate at Als fish and chips, it wasn't very busy so we ate in, we then left for work again.
After work I didn't go home, instead I went to the market, I looked around the whole market, I enjoyed looking at all the shops and the stalls they had outside, I bought some fruit, and other edible goodies, I was so happy as I bought everything with my own money.
Finally I came to a shop that sold jewellery, I walked in and the little bell above the door notified the staff they had a customer, a man was already at the till
"Welcome to Joe's how can I help you?"
"Hello I'm looking to buy some matching chains, for my mate and I, what would you recommend?" I spoke to the man
"Well you've come to the right place, now let's see, I'm sorry but have we met?" The man asked
"Was that a pickup line? Did I mention, mate?" I laughed, this guy was something else
"I'm sorry, I wasn't flirting, I promise, I'm married myself, never mind it's ok, now you don't want silver, how about gold?"
"Wait, I think my mate would look good with silver" I mentioned
"What? Did you growup with mortals?"
"I did actually" I crossed my arms across my chest, what was he insinuating?
"Werewolves are allergic to silver, your mate would become weak" he informed me
"Ahhh" I was starting to understand "my mate isn't a werewolf, he's a vampire, and I'm a witch" I clarified
"Ohh, wait" it seemed the cogs were turning "You're the queen, I knew I'd seen you before, I'm sorry your majesty" the man started looking at chains, silver ones "Damon will look good in silver"
"You know Damon?"
"Yes, he's great guy" the man smiled
"I'm sorry, what's your name?" I asked him
"I'm Joe, the owner"
"Well it's great to meet you Joe" we shook hands.
I spent the next ten minutes looking at the different chains Joe had, I finally went with a thick silver chain for Damon and the same one for me bit thinner
"How much?" I asked as Joe packed the two chains
"Oh no your majesty it's on the house"
"No, no, you can't do that, you have to take payment, or I won't buy the chains" I started walking away
"Alright your majesty I'll take money" I smiled at that and turned to him again he rolled his eyes and I just shrugged "one chain is seventy shilling, the other is fifty shilling your total is a hundred and twenty shilling but you give me a hundred please, no more" Joe explained with a smile I told him I'd pay through my bank, to which he told me it was called scan, once payment was made I took the bag.
"Do you mind if I blink?" I asked him realising Damon will be home in five minutes
"Go ahead your majesty" he gave me permission so with a thanks I blinked home.
Damon wasn't home yet, so I heated up some leftover food and ate quickly.
Damon came home, gave me a kiss, went upstairs and got changed, then came downstairs to see the jewellery bag on the coffee table
"What's this?" Damon asked with a smile
"Open it" I told him, as I jumped up and down on the sofa, Damon laughed and took out the two boxes I took the smaller one, stating that it was mine, Damon rolled his eyes and took out the bigger one, he opened it, and gasped
"Is this for me?" He asked as if he couldn't believe it
"Yes Damon, I got a matching one, see" I opened my box to show him my thinner chain, he was still looking at the chain when my confidence began to waiver, "If you don't like it, I'm sure Joe will exchange it" I told him worriedly
"You got it from Joe's?" I nodded at Damons question "I love it" he smiled, as he leaned forward and gave me a small kiss on my lips "put it on for me?" He asked me as he stood and turned his back to me, the clasp on the chain was a small screw, so it would've been hard for him to do it himself
"My turn" I told him once I was done, I turned and lifted my hair inviting him to put my chain on for me, he did just that, then kissed my neck, he nibbled at it but didn't bite me, I turned around to face him
"Beautiful" my mate whispered as we kissed, I deepend it, not wanting a quick kiss, Damon moaned into my mouth as I played with his hair, he lifted my t-shirt so that he could touch my waist, and I wasn't complaining, when I needed air I reluctantly let go but lifted his t-shirt off and took it off completely, I kissed his chest, and nibbled at the skin "Anastasia" Damon moaned I just hummed as I un buckled his pants, I blinked us to the bedroom before allowing him to take off his pants, I quickly lost my jeans before lying on the bed.

I had a shower after our session, and Damon went in after me, I changed the sheets whilst Damon was in the shower, I was in bed reading when Damon came into the room
"Oh that's a great book, the protagonist dies in the end" Damon tried to spoil the book
"Of course she does, the protagonist is Evangeline" I rolled my eyes, but Damon just laughed, he got into bed and I put the book on the bedside table
"You can carry on reading you know" my mate told me
"I know, but you told me the ending so now I'm annoyed" I smiled at him, he smirked at me, and gave me a kiss, I lay my head on his chest
"Are you still annoyed?" Damon asked after the kiss was over
"Yes, you need to make it up to me" I told him trying to sound stern but failing, Damon laughed and kissed me again.
"How about now?"
"Try harder" I laughed, Damon rolled his eyes, and started tickling me "argh, Damon stop" I screamed and laughed at the same time
"Oh did you just take your kings name? You'll pay for that"
"No, please, argh, sorry, I'm sorry, Dam, I mean, my king, please" I tried to blink but Damon made sure I couldn't as he was on top of me, he stopped tickling me as I called him king, and after calming down, Damon kissed me again
"I love it when you call me king, my queen" he announced, he got off me and lay down on his back, and I once again put my head on his chest, and we went to sleep
