Chapter 46

' You are unable to talk to her; how can you like her." I asked him.
' I didn't say I like her, I'm just a bit shy when around her." He replied makingian and I laugh.
' Arrh… we've heard you." I said and laughed again.
I was kind of nervous whenaxel said he was going to meet with Gianna, I was excited when I heard she agreed to meet him but then I'm nervous that she wouldn't hear him out or wouldn't believe him.
I walked to the balcony and l could see the nearby dorms nearly, I mean the male dorms and some of the female dorms too.
Our lounge is more like in between the male and female dorms but we are far from them. I kinda
understand why Zoe always whines when she's asked to come here.
I couldn't sit or stand or rest so I decided to go to my secret hideout, where we first had a chat and spent some time together.
Nico had left for the castle…Mom called him to come over for the decision about his engagement with Aurora has been made. Also, the King and Queen of Sol Empire had arrived this morning.
So many thoughts rushed through my head as I sat down under the pavilion close to where we sat the last time.
I sat down comfortably with my eyes closed as I inhaled the fresh air, the breeze felt so good that my body was yearning for it more.
I smiled as the breeze blew against me but then I felt a warm breath ghost over my neck making me open my eyes. I couldn't believe my eyes at first because I wanted to make sure I wasn't day dreaming.
It was her, her face was over mine as my head was thrown backwards and supported by the bench I was seated on. Her face was so close to mine that her nose brushes on mine making me jump out of whatever I felt at that moment.
' I knew I would find you here." She said with a smile.
' Gianna…"
' Yeah, don't stop calling my name. I love it when you call my name." She replied and walked to sit beside me.
' I'm really sorry for what I did at the ball and not allowing you to explain yourself. It was very rude of me to talk to you the way I did. I'm sorry I ignored your calls and read your messages without replying them. I'm really sorry, I will accept it even
if you don't forgive me. I deserve it but then I'm really really sorry." She apologized.
' Will you stop blabbing." I said pulling her into a hug and I knew she was surprised as I felt her body tensed against mine.
' I forgive you, you have no idea how worried I was." I whispered to her as I hugged her.
' I'm sorry I got you worried." She whispered to me and I could feel her smile as she hugged me back and you have no idea how the feeling was like to have her arms around me. She felt so soft and warm.
She cleared her throat and I immediately disengaged the hug and we both giggled.
' So…have you been well?" She asked me, and I nodded.
' Yourself?" I asked, and she smiled before answering.
' I'm good as well." She replied.
' I hope no one followed you here." I asked her, and she nodded
'I was extra careful… I wouldn't want anyone finding our secret hideout." She replied, and I chuckled.
She's so cute when she smiles, and you should have seen her angry face, she looked so adorable when she was mad at me.
We talked some more before leaving the place, I escorted her to the entrance of her dorm and waved her goodbye as she ran inside, and I went back to the lounge.
' I owe you big time brother." I said toaxel excitedly and he chuckled.
' Yeah you sure do." He replied with a chuckle.
' Dinner is ready by the way." He added as her left the way to the dining room.
' Isn'tian back from the castle?" I asked, and he shook his head sideways.
' He said he'll be returning tomorrow morning." He replied.
' Did he say anything about the engagement?"
' Oh no, he didn't. Here have some soup." He replied handing over a bowl of soup to me and I took it.
We both sat down and ate everything not leaving a pinch of food in the bowls.
'Oh, you're so good at cooking. Thanks for the food and it is delicious." I said bulging and he laughed.
Well I didn't go out to party that evening, I was on the phone all night talking to Gianna.
I woke up the next morning all excited, blowing whispers here and there, dancing and singing during shower and even joyfully preparing breakfast.
' You seem to be in a good mood this morning."axel said as I served him with his breakfast.
' It's all thanks to you." I said happily as I joined him to have breakfast.
I fetched for my car keys, walked majestically out the door and drove my car to her dorm.
She came out walking with Zoe and Sandra, I got out the car and she smiled the moment she saw me.
' Hop in." I said to her and her eyes grew wider…she turned to both Sandra and Zoe.
' Hey go ahead. Sandra and I will follow, my chauffeur is already on his way here..." Zoe said to her and they both pushed her towards me and I caught her before she missed a step.
I saw her gulp when I held her, I immediately let go as she felt shy with those eyes on us. I walked yet to the other side of the car and opened the front door for her to sit down and she did.
I waved at Sandra and Zoe as I drove off, she sat beside me in the front seat shyly turning to the other side.
' Hey, will you look here… are you mad at me?" I asked.
' Of course not, I'm just worried."
'About what?" I asked with my eyes still on the road as I did a U-turn towards her block.
'The media, what if they end up seeing you with me in public and they make up stories."
' Oh that, leave that worry to me. Besides they have their eyes glued toian since he's the crown Prince, I'm less of their worry." I said with a smile and I saw her smile as well.
I pulled over in front of her block, got out and walked over to open the door for her to come out. She covered her face with her bag pack which made me chuckle.
'Come on Gianna…stop being shy." I teased, and she stole a glance of me behind her bag.
' Look who we have here." I heard a familiar voice and when I turned, it was him.
'Nico-ah, you're back." I said with a smile and he nodded.
' What's she doing with you?" he asked with a frown and I chuckled.
' What's your concern if I'm with him? Huh?" Gianna snapped at him.
' You still haven't worked on your manners."
' I will work on my manners when you work on yours first." Gianna said back at him.
'You…how dare you talk back at me so rudely."
' Do you think I'll be scared of you because of what they did? Then you lie."
' Hey! Waylon you better talk to your little fish friend here."ian said turning to me.
' Fish friend? Did you just call me a fish?" Gianna asked stepping in front of him.
'Yeah you heard me right, I called you a fish." .
'Ah…Hey…do you like me?" Gianna's words got my jaw dropping.
Nico had a shocked expression as he was dumb folded.
'Huh? Me…like you? In your dreams."
' Then why don't you just leave me be?" Gianna asked and he bit his lower lips.
' You two should stop it already, you've got almost everyone staring at you.
' Waylon don't you think she likes me instead?"ian asked me, and I shook my head with disbelieve. He just made things worse.
' unbelievable, me like you…who would like a cold blooded and mean guy like you." Gianna said back at him.
' I would, and I do." Someone said from behind us and it was Aurora.
She walked up to us as she glared at Gianna who glared back at her.
' Baby…"ian called her, and I looked at him with total shock that was when my phone buzzed.
I brought out my phone and was shocked by what I saw.
'They are engaged?" Gianna asked with surprise and I looked atian who nodded.
Everyone around looked at them then back at their phones as they murmured among themselves about the engagement.
How could this be?
'Gianna…have you seen the ne…." Sandra said running to Gianna but then she paused when she sawian and Aurora together.
' I can't believe you two got engaged. It's so sad." Zoe blurted out.
' Believe it or not, we are officially engaged so tell your stupid friend to get her dirty insults off my man." Aurora said to Zoe rudely.
'Hey!" Zoe was about to burst with anger when I held her back.
How did it happen? I can't believe my parents got him engaged with her. Ah, I so don't like her.

I just don't get it, I mean Gianna became friends of Prince Waylon in just a few weeks after getting here? How does she do it and to top it all, she ended up getting on the crowned Prince's nerves and she became the whole school's number one enemy, but theian warns everyone to stop harassing her.
I wasn't amazed when I saw the news ofian's engagement with Aurora.
Those two are perfect for each other, I mean one is cold and mean and the other is a spoilt brat with bad manners. I just can't imagine the kind of kingdom they will rule over and how they will rule.
I sat at the edge of my bed, lost in my thoughts I didn't even realize it when Tae Seo (Roommate) walked in.
He's the Prime Minister's second son and he's actually a kind dude.
'You look pale…is anything wrong?" He asked, and I just smiled.
' or is it girl problem?" he added, and I chuckled.
' Oh no… you know me, how can I have a girl problem." I said proudly, and he chuckled.
' That's what I fear, your face will always land you in trouble. You've got the looks and you are the fourth guy on the 'perfect boyfriend looks" list, almost every girl wants to get close to you. I'm really concerned about it." He explained as he sat on the couch closer to his bed.
' I have no idea why they chase after me, I mean I come from a low-class family and I don't really fit here." I said with deep thoughts.
' Mostly girls who are after you don't care about your family class, they can do anything, and I mean anything just to make you theirs and trust me…I've been a victim to such incident." He stated, and I nodded thoughtfully.
' I'm not the only good-looking guy here, look at you… you hide behind your glasses and nerd looks because you don't want to be disturbed." I said to him and he smiled.
' I have no choice but to hide behind a disguise. I'm going to complete without them seeing my real looks. I just want to get some peace of mind and complete school peacefully." He said with a smile and I knew he really is going to go with it.
' So, what's the real deal that's got you all serious, thoughtful and pale?" He asked me, and I brought out a letter from underneath my pillow and handed it over to him.
' What's it?" He asked, and I heaved a sigh.
' Open it and have a look." I said, and he nodded as he slowly opened it.
He read the letter contained in it and his expression totally changed as he read through.
' Is the person trying to blackmail you?" He asked after reading through.
' I guess so…this is the fifth time I've received. And sometimes I receive them on my phone and laptop too." I added, and he looked worried.
' Is he gay or something?"
' I have no idea, the last time he said he's going to post my nudes if I tell anyone."
' But do you have nudes?"
' Of course not, I know how I look beneath my clothes, he just took my half naked pictures, the ones I take during the shorts commercials and then Photo shopped it with someone's lower body part making it match mine. It's so creepy." I replied and Tae Seo nearly jumped out of his skin. ' Do you have any idea who's behind it?"
'As far as I remember, my sister is the only one who always gets into trouble. I barely go out and not everyone knows she has a twin brother. They are mostly amazed when they realize she's my twin. I don't recall her getting into trouble will any pervert. He doesn't seem to be after her but me instead."
'I have an idea."
'Really you do?" I asked with surprise as Tae Seo got off the couch and took his laptop from his bed.
'I can help you track where the messages are from and then we will eventually find who is behind it." He explained and took my laptop from my study desk.
He told me to show him the messages and he went through, and then fetched some information from
them, entered it into laptop then began to work on it. He was too fast that I couldn't catch up.
'Bingo! I found it." He said within some minutes later and I was shocked.
' You did?" I asked excitedly.
'Yeah, but there's a slight problem." 'And that is?"
' He uses another computer for these things. It's a café's computer and Wi-Fi. If we go, there and look through their most visited customers within the days these messages were sent to you…we will be able to track him down before he does anything out of ordinary and you lose your face." He explained, and I nodded. He showed me the name of the internet café and I knew that place. I used to visit there frequently with two friends of mine back in High School.
' I can take you there. The manager is a very good friend of mine and my friends. We were his favorite customers. If I inform him about my situation he will definitely let us go through it. The caretaker might even be of help as well." I said to him and he was glad because it will be easier to track down the person behind it.
' Let's leave early tomorrow morning. So, we can sort things out before anything gets out of hand." Tae Seo said to me.
'Thanks man." I said with a smile and he smiled back.
'what are friends for?" he replied and tapped my shoulder.
' But you should've told me earlier…we would've gotten him by now." He added.
' I didn't want to get anyone involved since he threatened me as well. He even once said he was going to sexually abuse Gianna if I dare try to do anything stupid. I just couldn't take it anymore that's why I decided to tell you. I'm sorry but I hope you understand my intentions."
' Of course, I do. Don't worry we'll get through it together."
' You are so cool." I said to him and he smirked and replied with 'oh yeah I know I'm cool".
It was already past ten In the night, we could've gone to the café tonight and found out who's behind all this.
I was going through some of Gianna's pictures and he silly comments on my posts when I saw a pop-up message on my laptop. I opened it and it was him again, I was restless when I saw his message, he had sent a screenshot of what he did. He had posted the pictures he threatened to post. How can he post something he had photo shopped and captioned it 'Mason is a secret nude model."
'You and I both know that that post is false!" I replied him.
' Didn't I warn you not to inform anyone about it. You did, and I did what I promised to do didn't I?"
' No one is going to believe you. No one will believe this."
' Poor little thing, just take a look at how your beloved fans will troll you over this post, you think they care that much about you? Of course, not they don't, they only believe what they see and are fed with on social media."
' You will regret this!!"
' You should've just agreed to be my partner, and all this wouldn't have happened."
' In your dreams if you think I will be your partner. I'd rather die than be with you!"
I turned off my laptop and pushed it away. I didn't even bother to find out what is happening right
now on the internet and I didn't want to wake Tae Seo up, he was fast asleep.
I walked to the kitchen and poured myself some orange juice, I was burning with rage that I nearly smashed the glass cup into the wall, but I kept my cool.
I headed back to my bed and laid down lost in thoughts, I tried to find some clues about who was behind it. Then I felt my phone vibrate, it was Gianna…I bet she just found out.
' Mason…who is that good for nothing that posted those nudes?" She sounded really pissed off.
' I have no idea."
'How did he get those pictures?"
' They are photo shopped, remember the photoshoot I did for the male shorts commercials…"
' Yeah I do."
' Well he photo shopped it and made it look like it's my own nudes. He's been haunting and threatening me for some time now."
' And since when has he been doing this to you?" ' It's been almost two months now."
'And you didn't even bother to inform me about it or anything…Mason how could you do this.?"
' I had my reasons beside he threatened me to use you as well and I couldn't inform anyone about it."
' You should know me better than anyone Mason, I can survive at anywhere, even in the desert I can survive anything, and no one can dare to do anything to me. Now look at what he just did, this might ruin your modelling career and taint your future as well."
I was dumb founded, all she was saying was true… but what could I have done. What if he really was able to do what he threatened to do?
' Mason-ah…you don't worry okay, we will get through this together. Just please don't go through the comment section on the post please don't. Get some rest and I'll come over to your dorm early tomorrow morning."
' Okay sis see you tomorrow." I said, and we ended the call.
' Mason-ah…what's going on?" it was Tae Seo, when did he wake up?
' Umm it's nothing, I'm going back to sleep, so you should as well." I said as I laid down and covered myself with the duvet.
'What are these?" He said more to himself as he went through his phone.
' Mason-ah…that jerk of a guy just uploaded those photoshopped pictures on the internet!" He said jumping out of his bed.
' Why didn't you wake me up when you saw them?" He asked, and I was mute.
' You need to rest, we can go to the café tomorrow and find out who's behind it." I said to convince him, but he shook his head and was fuming with rage.
' I don't know how but he found out that I had told someone about it. I just don't know how he found out."
' Can you give me back the envelope that you showed me earlier?" Tae Seo asked, and I handed it over to him.
He tore the envelope into two and lo and behold, a tiny small device was attached to the internal part of it.
' I think this is how he got to know, he had attached a secret micro recorder to the envelope and luckily, I sat on it earlier while doing the research, so he probably didn't hear the conversation between us about finding out who's behind it." Tae Seo explained after breaking the device and dumping it in the trash can next to my bed.
' Oh God, how can I let this happen?"
' This isn't any of your fault. We just need to act quick before he makes things worse and ruins your career." Tae Seo said to me.
We both kept on gathering information and traced a lot of his messages.
' Bingo!!" Tae Seo said an the nearly scared the hell out of me.
' Ah…you scared me."
' Sorry(chuckles)…this time around I think we just hit the jackpot." He said to me and I stretched my neck to look on his laptop screen.
' I think I found our little stalker." He said, and a smile began to form at the corners of my lips.
' He uploaded the post from a building down the Gonsu street, I think that's where he stays. He tried to delete the account but then I harked into it on time before he did."
' Then we will leave for the building next thing in the morning with Gianna."
'Gianna?"
'Yeah, she said she'll be coming over in the morning to check up on me. She'll be of great help if she comes along with us."
' Don't you think it's too dangerous for her?"
' Dangerous? There's nothing too dangerous for her. Boy, I don't even stand a chance at her when it comes to combat and skills. I wonder if she was supposed to be born a male but then took the form of a female instead."
' Hey, you better watch what you say about your sister." It was a female voice, it was Gianna's
voice.
' Did you hear that?" I asked Tae Seo who burst into laughter.
' Just look behind you." He said still laughing and I was startled when I turned.
'Hah…you scared me!" I shouted at her and she smacked my head in return.
I checked the time and it was few minutes past 5am…did we stayed up all night?
' It's already morning and I guess you two didn't sleep, did you?" She asked us, and I scratched the back of my neck.
' How did you get in here?" I asked her to change the topic.
' You were blabbing so much that you didn't even realize Tae Seo stood up and opened the door for me after I sent a message to him that I was at the door." She replied sitting on my bed.
' Wow…is that you Tae Seo?" She asked, her eyes growing wide.
' I didn't realize it when you opened the door for me. Damn you are one good looking dude…why hide behind those glasses and nerdy hairstyle?" she asked turning to Tae Seo who looked away shyly.
' You are too fine…"
' Did you come here to compliment him or help?"
' Hey…what? Does it hurt your pride because I'm admiring his looks and not your ugly face?"
'Oh…did you say I'm ugly?"
' Don't behave as if this was the first time I called you ugly."
