Chapter 63

The criminals seemed to appear out of nowhere and outnumbered them.
Nico skipped a few of them and came to myside and began to untie my hands secretly.
'What about Zoe?" I asked him and he shushed me and pulled me off of the chair, he took the chair and used it to hit one of the men who tried to pull Zoe.
Before I could utter another word, Zoe was out of her chair and had kicked one of them off his feet making my jaw drop.
'Ready?" Thaddeus asked the others and they nodded asian took my hand and ran with me out of the building.
He didn't stop for a second and we kept running until the building was out of sight. I saw his car at the other end of the road and he opened the car door as I sat down and he went to the driver's seat.
' What of the others?" I asked him and he didn't reply as he started the engine and drove off.
We pulled off at a hotel and he opened the door for me to come out.
I wanted to talk when he swept me off my feet and sent me into one of the hotel rooms. With the way the workers came to his side, I knew it belonged to his parents.
' Please bring a water and towel to my flat immediately." He ordered as he opened a door and pulled me in.
' Young man, what is going on here?" I snapped at him and he stared at me.
' For your information, my surname is Young."
' Why did you take me out of there and left the others there?" I asked him and a knock was heard on the door. He opened the door and returned with a bowl of water and two towels.
'What we're you saying?" He asked me as he walked over to me, I kept stepping back and he walked towards me.
' I asked what you took me from there and left Zoe with the others?"
' Didn't you see Zoe's moves, she's a fighter and she's safe now.axel and the others sent her to our lounge. You need to be here because they'll still come after you."
' Who are they?"
' How am I supposed to know when you are the one whom they kidnapped. You should be telling me."
' Do I look like I had the time to ask them?" I asked and he shook his head sideways.
' Can't you just keep quiet and let me attend to your wounds?" he asked me and I pursed my lips as I took a very close look at him. He was badly wounded and he had a broken lip with a scratch on his forehead.
I pulled up his hoodie sleeves and there were bruises. I looked up at him and he smiled. He sat me down and made sure I kept mute as he treated my wounds. I sat him down and insisted on threating his wound as well.
'Ouch...ouch… ouch!" he cried and I scoffed. ' will you stop being a cry baby?"
' Hey…it hurts. By the way why were you saying you were going to stay away from me?"
' They threatened to hurt you if I don't stay away or keep my distance. I don't know why but they asked Zoe to spill out what she knew." I replied and he nodded.
' Don't worry, everything is fine. The police already got them okay. For now, focus on us." He said and my cheeks began to burn at the word 'us".

' Yeah us." He said and brushed his fingers on my cheeks, sliding his fingers down my chin and tilting my head and looking into my eyes.
He came in closer and planted a kiss on my lips. I wanted to pull away but I couldn't and I returned the kiss.
He pulled me closer, with his hand on my back he leaned in closer and brushed his hands around my waist and lowered himself onto me.
He pressed my lips directly to mine, I melt against him, his hands slides up to my outer thigh as he leaned forward to deepened the kiss. He catches my face in his palms, drawing me in deeper as his tongue slides against mine.
I brushed my hand against his neck and he groaned softly biting my lower lip with intenseness in his breath.
I couldn't take it any longer as I pulled off his shorts and he smiled looking up at me. He slid himself in-between my thighs and I could feel his hardness. I suddenly wanted to stop but at the same time I wanted him so bad.
He wrapped his palm against the watermelons on my chest and affectionately caressed them. He sent his tongue and licked around then, sending chills down my spine making me give out a soft moan.

'I hope you enjoyed your night." I said expecting her to reply shyly but then I was stunned by her response.
' Dude, you were pounding on me so hard last night, I had no idea you've wanted me this much." She replied and I chuckled.

' I prepared a hot tub bath for you." I replied.

The pain in her eyes made my heart ache that I just swept her off her feet and carried her in my arms as I walked into the bathroom and gently helped her down.
'Ummm…can you please turn around?" she asked. ' Why?"
' Because I want to shower and I don't feel comfortable with you standing there and staring at me."
'Oh…okay…I get it. I'll be in the bedroom in case you need anything else please don't hesitate to call me." I replied and turned to leave the bathroom when she called me again.
' Can you please help me with my clothes, I don't think I will be able to walk into the room in this nightie."
' Sure, I'll get you some clothes." I said and left her in the bathroom.
I headed straight to a boutique nearby and bought her some dresses and shoes and night gowns then headed back to the Hotel without drawing any attention.
I swiped my card on the door sensor and the lock clicked open as I entered the room only to behind a sight of a well-defined gorgeous body right in front of me causing me to drop the things in my hand. I rushed to the bed, took a sheet and covered her up.
' I'm so sorry I walked on you like that." I apologized as she held unto the sheet.
' Don't worry, it's okay. It's not like you didn't see the whole thing last night." She teased and I chuckled with my cheeks so pink.
' So…so here's the clothes I bought you." I said handing over the stuffs I bought to her.
' Thanks a lot." She said as she went through them.
' Umm…about last night." I said and she lifted up her head to meet my gaze.
' What about yesterday?" She asked with a totally blank expression.
' What happened between us last night, mum…I want to let you know that it meant a lot to me. I…I hope I didn't take advantage of your vulnerability."
' Of course not. I willingly gave in, it wasn't like I was vulnerable or anything."
'Then does mean we have a thing now? Like you're mine now?"
' Urrrm…"
' Will you he my girlfriend?" I asked and she jerked.
' I…I mean, I want us to date like be together." I added and sat next to her on the bed.
' I want to spend the rest of my life with you Gianna. I'm going to do everything in my power to make you mine and keep you by my side even if it requires me giving up the throne, I'll gladly do that. I can't imagine my life without you Gianna." I said with all sincerity and she pursed her lips.
' What about Aurora?" She asked after a sigh.
' Don't worry about her. There's no way she and I can be together. I can't spend the rest of my life with someone who was capable of putting my life on the line just for her stupid revenge."
' How did you know she was responsible for that?"
' I'mian, there's nothing I won't find out. Let's forget about that event. It's past and gone, let's focus in us, our tomorrow. I will do everything in my power and make sure I won't end up with her.

She grabbed my collar and kissed me deeply that I melted with every touch of hers.

I finally get go and leaned my forehead against hers as I had my palms wrapped around her cheeks.
' I love you Gianna." I said to her and we both smiled and went back to smooching.
I slowly brushed my fingers down her spin as she arched her back and pull me closer. 'ian-ah how is Gianna doing." It was Waylon on the phone.
' She's doing great by the way." I replied.
' That's nice. How did things go last night?"
' Umm…it went cool you know we got to spend some alone time together. She actually slept through out."
' Are you sure 'nothing" happened?" he asked stressing on the nothing.
' Away with your perverted thoughts." I said and he laughed at the other end of the phone.
' I'll leave you to go back to whatever you were doing. Will call later to check up on you two."
' How's Zoe doing?"
' She's coping very well than we expected but she's not willing to spill it out."
' Oh okay. Did the police get them?"
' Yeah."
' Have they gotten anything out of them?"
' They aren't willing to talk. They wouldn't even answer a single question the police ask."
'I can't believe they are so loyal to someone who made them do something so bad. I'm starting to think that maybe the one who paid them to do it threatened them to not say the truth even when they are caught."
' You might be right. I just can't bring myself to think very clearly. Apart for us who else knows that Zoe knows about a sacred secret?"
' I recall Zoe once telling Aurora or else she's going tell the whole world what she knew and it was going to ruin her."
' Could Aurora be responsible for it then because they also asked Gianna to stay away from me."
' We can't draw conclusion yet because Zoe said that in public and Aurora has minions willing to protect her and besides her parents always have her back..."
' You're very right. Have you let the guy go?"
'Yeah, I have and I even asked him to find a better job to do. He's really close to Hannah so I think she was also behind that plan as well."
' Hmm, well let's forget about that and do our best to keep Zoe and Gianna safe."
' Sure. Take care." ' You two."
I ended the call and returned back to Gianna but then she was standing beside the bed and packing her stuffs.
' What's wrong?" I asked her.
' I just received a call from Thaddeus, he said my mother isn't feeling well." ' What about lunch?"
' Don't worry, I'll have some at home." 'So, are you leaving like now?"
' Yeah, I really need to go see her." She said and I insisted to send her home.
I pulled over in front of her house and saw Mason in front of the door.
' What's going on?" I asked him and he looked totally worried.
' I was told mom isn't feeling well so I cane right over, I've knocked on the door several times but no one's opening it." He replied.
' Why don't we try it then?" I suggested but then Gianna brought out a key and told us it was a spare key.
The moment we opened the door, the room was dark and as she switched on the light, then boom…
' SURPRISE!!!" she jerked and held onto me.
' Happy birthday Gianna." I said to her with a smile and she was totally stunned.
' You knew?" She asked and I nodded as I walked her in and we all sang a happy birthday song to her and Mason. Zoe, Sandra,axel, Thaddeus and Waylon were all present together with her mom and some few friends.
' Oh my God, I even forgot today was our birthday Mason, I'm such a terrible sister, aren't I?" She asked Mason who giggled and kissed her on the forehead.
' You're the best twin I could ever have." He replied with a smile.
' Happy birthday sweet brother." ' Happy birthday sweet sister."
They both hugged and we cheered them up.
' I can't believe you guys made a surprise birthday party for us. Thanks so much." They said with a chorus and I was stunned, it was like they were reading each other's minds. Sometimes I wonder if they can communicate telepathically because they always end up fighting after glaring and doing some signs. Oh, you can never understand them.
' I have one more good news to announce." I said after I got their attention.
' Gianna's contract is finally over, she's free forever!!" I announced and they cheered.
I winked at Gianna when her eyes met mine making her blush. I so love the way I have an effect on her.

I sat in the sofa as I watched the wall clock which
was ticking so slowly that I was getting impatient.
I was alone, Waylon andaxel had left to play tennis.
Finally, it was time, time to hit the jackpot. I sighed as I brought out my phone and dialed her number. Let's get over this once and for all.
She immediately answered the call and called my name.
'ian-ah…"
' I don't want to have anything to do with you."
' What are talking about?"
' You are nothing to me Gianna, I just used you to clear my boredom. Do you think I would want to spend the rest of my life with a low class no body like you? Keep on dreaming young woman!! You are nothing but a low-class girl I toyed around with. Goodbye Gianna." I said and hanged up.

I stood up and was headed for my room when I heard someone run inside the house.
It was Zoe, she yelled my name and I turned to her.
' How dare you!!" She yelled at me and a hot slap landed on my face.
' what was that for?"
' You even have the guts to ask me what that was for. Who the hell do you think you are huh?" She yelled at me.
' Zoe watch your words!"
' Don't you even say that to me. You are nothing but a worthless scumbag who thinks people emotions are just a joke! You are the low life…I can't even stand the sight of you. You disgust me!!" she yelled at me and just walked out.

'You need to calm downian!" the Queen yelled at him.
' Don't you ask me to calm down Mother!! This is all your fault!! You and Dad ruined my life by getting me married to this monster of a wife for the sake of the kingdom!! You had me send the only woman I've ever loved away because of your threats!!! Now she can't even bare an heir to the Throne!!! When those rumors were going around about me being an impotent crowned Prince what did you do!! Now you all know the cause don't you!!!
' Keep your voice downian, the workers might hear you."
' Yes, let them hear me!! I'm going to shout on top of my voice and tell everyone!! I've had enough of being your puppet!! I've kept it in me for so long that it's Killing me!!"
Nico sent his hand lifting the table and throwing it away causing the ceramics and glass bowls to scatter all over the place.
' Enough!!" the Queen said landing a slap on his face.
' Go ahead and hit me again! I know I deserve it! Hit me harder mother!! Go ahead!!" He yelled at
his mom and Aurora came running in,ian turned to her the moment she walked in.
' You…you are the cause of all my problems, my messed up and pitiful life that I live is all your fault!" He yelled at Aurora but she wasn't moved the slightest bit.
' Noian…this isn't my fault. It's all your fault, your life been this way…you're the one to blameian, if you hadn't gotten involve with that good for nothing twerp five years ago…all this wouldn't have happened. If you had just remained silent and went ahead with our marriage nothing like this wouldn't have happened!"
Nico glared at her with rage, he felt like strangling her to death as he clenched his fists and walked out of the room with blood tripping down his right hand.
Things in the Castle haven't been pretty well after their marriage.ian was expectant of Zoe to
at least stand against the marriage using the secret she had kept about Aurora but to his disappointment, Zoe traveled outside of the country the very day he got married to Aurora and cut all ties with him.

Nico could barely face Waylon andaxel as he boldly claimed he dumped Gianna after using her.
' Your Highness, the Prime minister and the Minister or Finance are here to see you."ian's personal secretary said to him.
' Okay, get everything ready. Tell them I'll join them soon."ian replied and headed to his room to take his shower before leaving for the meeting. He went bitterly in his bathroom as memories of Gianna's innocent smile came flashing into his mind.
