Did he just confessed to me? No and did he just kissed me? My dumb ass lips kissed him back!
What is wrong with me I mean he must be joking right?
' No…I'm not joking. My feelings are sincere." He whispered as if he was reading my mind, we broke the kiss and I gasped for air.
'No…this isn't happening, it's all a dream which I'll wake up from and find myself on my bed." I said more to myself and he chuckled.
' Do you always have such naughty dreams about us? Have you ever dreamt of us doing 'it" before?" He teased and I pushed him back.
'Hey…of course not. The only dreams I have about you is you torturing me." I blurted out and he laughed softly looking back into my eyes.
' I love you." He said and I gulped so nervously. ' Urmmm…"
' It's alright, I understand. This is all new to you and you'll need some time to take it all in."
'No…this isn't right." I said to him and he let go of my me, stepping back…get heaved a sigh.
' Why?" he asked.
'You are engaged to Aurora, even if something happens between us, I'll only end up being your
mistress. There's no way that the Royal family will accept me." I said to him and his expression dropped to total sadness.
' I know I'm engaged to her, but should I deny what I feel for you?"
' If it's possible…you can."
'Gianna." His tone was filled with sadness.
' Yes. I don't think this shouldn't have happened in the first place."
'Gianna."
'I shouldn't have kissed you back because it's all wrong." I said and ran out of his room.
I heard him call me but I refused to turn back and went running till I was far from there.
I wasn't stopping any time soon, I ran till I got my dorm, rushed inside and entered my room as I locked the door behind me. My heart was racing so fast, I heard Zoe call me and knock on my door but I don't open it.
What have I done? I'm so confused right now. Why isian doing this to me? When he knows very well that Thaddeus is around.
'Gianna, open the door." Zoe said knocking on my door again. I was silent and she began to find on it till I opened it for her.
' What's wrong Gianna, you got me all worried. Tell me." She requested and I looked away.
'Didian pick on you?" That was Sandra, she asked with her head popping out from the other side of the door.
' When did you come?" Zoe asked her.
' I saw Gianna running inside the dorm so I followed her." Sandra replied and they both sat beside me in my bed.
' What's wrong Gianna? Talk already." They said to me and I sniffed.
'ian kissed me today." I replied and their jaw dropped with stun.
'What did you just say?" Sandra asked.
' He…he…he even said he's in love with me." I added and they blinked their eyes and opened it wider.
'ian likes you!! That's a wonderful news!!" Zoe said jumping with excitement and I was puzzled.
'Why is that a good news? Aurora will stop at nothing to kill me!" I said out loud and she cowered in fear.
' That's true too." She said biting on her thumb.
' What are you going to do now? Thaddeus too like you and I don't thinkian was joking about his feelings if he really did confess to you. He's someone who's never let his feelings known or open up about his feelings to anyone. He must be really in love with you." Zoe explained.
' I'm so confused!" I cried, burring my face in a pillow.
' Aww, I can't believe you stoleian's heart already, there's only fifteen days left for your contract to end." Sandra said patting my back.
My phone began to ring and when I checked it wasian, I looked at it and switched it off. I can't pick that call, I feel too embarrassed already!
I fell asleep in the process and I only woke up to check the time and it was half minutes past nine pm. I got out my bed and walked out of my room to find Sandra and Zoe seated behind the table in the living room.
'Hey you're up." Sandra said the very moment she saw me walk into the hall.
I was feeling dizzy and sat down on the couch and lowered my head, my head was hurting so bad that
I could barely lift up my head.
' Gianna are you okay?" Sandra asked me and got closer as she touched my body.
'Oh my God, you're burning up!" She screamed with terror.
' Oh my God you look pale." Zoe added and came closer.
They made me lie down and got some cold water to keep my temperature down for the moment and I was soon better.
' I'm better now. It's probably because I overslept." I said sitting up.
'You should stop oversleeping. You look terrible whenever you wake up." Zoe said as she fed me with some chicken porridge.
' Don't blame her dear,ian's kiss got her a good sleep." Sandra teased and I couldn't believe my ears.
'Hey!!!"
'What? I totally agree with Sandra." Zoe added with a smile and I took the porridge from her as eat it hurriedly making them both laugh at me as they teased me.
' I just can't imagine how you'll sleep when you two do it for the first time." Zoe blurted out and my eyes grew wider.
'Hey! Get rid of those perverted thoughts!" I said hitting her with a pillow from the couch and we all burst out laughing.
I woke up the next morning with my head hanging upside down from my bed. Gianna you do have some sleeping skills, don't you?
I woke up, brushed my teeth and took my shower, wore my wine-colored shirt with black jeans trousers matching my black slippers which Zoe bought for me.
I don't know why, but then I seem to be in a very good mood.
I walked out of the Dormitory with Zoe and joined Sandra in front of the Dormitory. She turned to us with her face beaming with a smile, in her hand was a thousand roses.
'And who's the lucky guy who bought you this flower?" I asked her.
' It's a secret." She reply sniffing the roses. I turned to Zoe and we both shook our head.
' It's from an anonymous person isn't it?" Zoe asked and Sandra frowned sadly and nodded her head.
' I just wish I could meet him in person. It's been going on since we got back from home. The note attached always contains this heartwarming loving message which melts my heart all the time.
Wherever you are please show yourself." She cried and I smiled.
'Hey Gianna, how can you be smiling when I'm sad?" She asked with a puppy eye.
'Sorry, but something came into mind that made me smile."
'Was it the kiss with the crowned Prince?" They both whispered into my ears and I immediately pulled back.
'Shhh guys, what is someone hears you?" I said and they giggled.
' Just look at the goose bumps all over your body." They teased and I hissed.
'No…no no…you two are not helping at all, I'm in a state where I have two guys coming after me and all you do is tease me?" I cried.
' Sorry girlfriend. We are so sorry." They said sadly and took both my arms as we walked to class.
'Gianna…" Someone called my name the moment I walked out of class after lectures, I was at the second floor.
I turned and it was Thaddeus, he was wearing his heart-warming smile like he always does as he ascended the stairs and joined me.
'Hey..."
'How is your day going so far?" he asked.
' It's going great, I mean it just got better when I saw you." I said and he blushed.
' Really?"
'Oh yeah." I replied with a smile.
I saw Hannah from the distance and the moment our eyes met, she glared at me and walked towards Thaddeus and I.
I was about to talk when she bumped into Thaddeus making him drop the phone in his hand.
'Oh my God, I'm so sorry." She said bending down to pick up his phone as Thaddeus did and she brushed her fingers against hers making me frown.
' I'm really really sorry, I don't know why but I seem to be a little clumsy these days." She said, tucking her hair behind her ears.
' It's nothing." Thaddeus replied as she shoved his phone into his pocket.
' Thaddeus, right?" she asked.
'Oh yeah, I guess I'm popular now." Thaddeus said with a chuckle and I stared at her with complete disgust. She's flirting with him in broad day light!
' Nice to finally to meet the handsomest exchange student everyone's talking about. I'm Hannah." She said flirtatiously.
'Nice meeting you Hannah." Thaddeus said and shook her hand.
' I'll see you around then." She said and waved at him as she went ahead.
I rolled my eyes as I watch her walk away.
' Hey…what's up with that look?" he asked and I guess he saw me roll my eyes.
'Oh nothing. I was just marveled at the sight of Hannah getting along well with you. Maybe she might be into you, with the way she looked at you…it was like she was swallowing your whole body in her mind. I had no idea she could talk so politely. I'm flabbergasted." I blurted out and he laughed.
' Don't tell me you're jealous." He asked and I frowned looking away.
'Of course not." I replied and he nodded with a teasing grin.
' I'm serious. Hey, seriously…she can be..." I didn't finish my statement when I heard my name being called.
' Gianna!" It wasian, he was with Waylon andaxel.
What are they doing here?
' Hey Thaddeus, what's up dude?" Waylon asked Thaddeus.
' Cool, you?"
'Everything's cool except my brother's temper." Waylon blurted out making us laugh andian frowned.
' You're coming with me!"ian said taking my arm.
'But…but…" I tried to talk when Thaddeus held my arm and pulled me back.
' What do you think you're doing?"ian asked Thaddeus who sighed and turned to him.
' She might have a contract with you but that doesn't mean you can drag her to anywhere that
you want at any time." Thaddeus snapped at him.
' You have no right to tell me what to or what not to do with her okay."
' She's not your property that you can just grab and drag at any time or day!" Thaddeus barked at him.
' Point of correction, she's mine as long at the contract exists '
' Then why don't you go according to the rules then? Not intruding and respecting each other's privacy. She being your personal maid doesn't mean she doesn't have a life as well." Thaddeus barked dayian.
The other students began to come around as they both continued.
' If you're here as an exchange student, go on and do what you came here to do and leave without crossing my path. She's coming with me whether you like it or not!"
'She's not going anywhere with you. ' ' What did you just say?"
' I said she's not going to go anywhere with you without you telling her the reason why she should come with you."
'Guys will you stop it already?" Waylon andaxel tried to stop them but they weren't willing to stop.
I tried to step in when they both shoved me aside making me fall off the balcony, but then they caught me in time and I hanged down. The students began to scream in fear as they both tried pulling me up with the help of the others. My heart was racing so much as I watched the distance between me and the ground. Oh God is this how I'm going to die?
They finally pulled me up and my heart was pounding so fast I thought my soul might depart
from me.
'Are you okay?" They both asked me andian tried to hold me.
' Don't you dare touch me!!" I yelled at him.
'I nearly lost my life because the two of you couldn't put aside your pride and you both nearly killed me!!"

I can't believe I nearly killed Gianna! How could I let my ego get in the way again?

elevator.
I suddenly froze, my legs weren't moving even though I wanted to run after her I just couldn't, my knees felt week. Everything happened so fast that I couldn't even believe it.
' Great job!" Waylon said to me angrily and hit my shoulder with his as he passed me by and rushed after Gianna followed by Thaddeus.
'Baby…" I turned to find Aurora beside me, she placed her hands on my shoulder and walked me to the elevator as she punched in the number on the elevator and it started going down.
The sight of Gianna hanging down with her head up, the look of terror in her eyes as she looked at me while I held on her kept creeping into my head.
'I nearly killed her." I said turning to Aurora who helped me sit down in the car and drove me to the lounge.
' It was an accident okay, please stop blaming yourself for it. You didn't do it intentionally." Aurora said to me as she pulled over and I got out of the car.
Waylon andaxel weren't at home so I got inside and sat on the couch and Aurora sat beside me.
She gave me water to drink and I couldn't bring myself together to drink it up.
I just confessed my love to her and the next day I ended up almost ending her life. How I'm I going to face her?
I felt as if the whole was fighting against me, I could barely hear what Aurora was telling me. All my mind was on Gianna, she's taking over my mind.
I stood up and told Aurora that I wanted to rest in order to clear my head.
' Do you need anything else?" She asked me.
'No…I'll be fine. I think you should go back now. See you tomorrow." I said to her and entered my room.
I immediately walked into the shower, turned it on and fell on my knees as I wept bitterly.
I felt like my heart was coming out of my body, the pain I was feeling was nearly too much to bare.
I got out and realized I had been weeping for over an hour and met countless missed calls. Some from Zoe and Waylon.
'Nico-ah…" I heard Waylon call my name as he knocked on my door.
'ian please open the door… please we are worried sick!" He cried out.
I just stared at the door from where I sat and finally crawled to open it.
I couldn't see him clearly when I opened the door, everything seemed to blur and his voice sounded
faint and everything suddenly seemed to have gotten dark.
I woke up and realize I was in a hospital bed.
'Gianna…where's Gianna?" I asked the very minute I was able to utter a word.
'Please calm down your highness." The nurse said to me as she rushed to myside.
'ian-ah…you're awake." Waylon who was woken up by me sat down and looked at me.
' Why am I here?" I asked him and he looked away trying to pull himself together.
' Your blood pressure was very high and your heart rate had increased three times the normal heart beat so you went unconscious." He explained.
' I have to see Gianna, please…" I cried and he shook his head holding me back.
'Please stay still, I'll have her come over okay. For the meantime, please calm down because I don't know what might happen if your blood pressure rises again." He said to me trying to calm me down but I wasn't willing to stay still.
'No…I need to see her." I cried and the nurse came closer, Waylon held my hand and she gave me a shot making me calm down and I laid on the bed weakly.
' Gianna is all better now, she has nothing against you and she knows it was an accident so please stay calm so you can get better okay." He said to me and I turned away as tears fell down from the sides of my eyes, falling down unto the pillow my head was laid on.
' I bet she really hates me now. I couldn't even go after her to apologize." I murmured when the nurse walked out and I fell asleep.
'Nico-ah…wake up." I heard someone call me in my sleep and I slowly opened my eyes and
before me stood Gianna, she was holding in her hands a tray with food on it.
'Gianna?" I called and she smiled.
' I can't believe you nearly killed yourself. Do you really love me that much?" She asked with a smile.
For a moment I thought I was just dreaming, I was scared to close my eyes and open it and she would be there.
' Do you think it's a dream?" She asked and planted a kiss on my right cheek, that was when I realized she was real.
' Gianna…I thought you were mad at me."
'Why would I stay mad at you when it was an accident."
'But I almost killed you."
' Please don't say that, besides you also helped save my life. I don't want to think about it."
She said shaking her upper body like she was shaking the thought out her head.
' You have no idea how hard it was to get Aurora out of the way so I can come to see you. She insisted on bringing the porridge herself but then Waylon intervened and I ended up being the one to bring you your dinner. Your fiancé can be a pain sometimes." She said without a care in the world and I smiled as I watched her talk over and over again, complaining about how Aurora can be rude at times and looks like a saint around us.
'I know your ego get in the way most of the time but then the two men who claimed to love nearly turned me into manure. It was adorable in the beginning when you two were fighting over me.
Aww it was my very first time having two handsome men fight against me." She said with a mischievous smile.
'am I handsome?" I asked her and she looked at me sternly and shook a head. 'Nope."
'Huh? I thought you just called me handsome from before."
' That was a slip of tongue, Thaddeus is way much more handsome. I mean you don't even stand a chance." She said playfully.
' Oh really?" 'Oh yeah."
' Is he a good kisser as well."
' Oh my, he sure is. His sweet succulent lips which tastes like honey that I could suck on it all day without getting tired." She said dreamingly and I got really pissed that I held her and pulled her closer and locked my lips with hers, I sucked on her lower lip and brushed my right fingers against her soft oranges and she let out a soft moan. We were interrupted by a knock on the door and she sat back on her chair, took the food from the table and began to feed me.
'Come in." I said and the door knob turned open…it was Aurora, she rolled her eyes when she saw Gianna feed me with a spoonful of rice.
'Honey how are you feeling?" Aurora asked coming to sit beside me on the bed.
' I'm getting better." I replied, as she bent down to kiss my cheek, Gianna cleared her throat making her turn to Gianna.
'Sorry, my throat just felt itchy." Gianna said clearing her throat again.
' Get out if you're done here." She said to Gianna who rolled her eyes and stood up.
' I'm sorry 'Princess" but I'm not done." She replied boldly.
' You can leave even if you're not done, I'll continue from here."
' I'm sorry but I can't let you do that." 'Why…what's your reason?"
'I'm his personal maid/assistant so it's my duty to make sure that my master is satisfied with my service and besides I have to look after him as well."
' Look here young lady, he is my fiancé and it's my responsibility to make sure he's healthy as well. So, leave immediately... It's an order!"
' I don't take orders from anyone else except my master and I'm sure you know that very well." She said and they both turned to me.
So, this is how it feels to have two ladies fight over you? The feeling is so good I heaved a sigh and sat on the bed, looked at them thoughtfully then turned towards the door.
'Waylon!" I called and he came rushing in withaxel.
'axel…can you guys please ask for a discharge note from the doctor for me. I think I feel better now and I need to get discharged." I said to them and they smiled at me mischievously.
'Sure thing." They left and both Aurora and Gianna looked at me with a puzzled look.
They soon returned with the note and helped me pack my things.
'Gianna, can you please go ahead and arrange my room for me?" I asked her and winked at her secretly for her to know I was up to something.
'Ahh…Sure sure, I'll be on it." She said as she took my key with a smile and went ahead of us.
' But baby, how can you ask to be discharged when you aren't fit?" Aurora asked me.
' Don't worry, I'm fit than you think. I've got Waylon andaxel around so nothing will go wrong. I was told you stayed up last night looking after me. You should get some rest as well. I don't you getting dark circles around those gorgeous eyes." I said to her and kissed her forehead.
' Alright. But then I'll come and visit okay. Make sure to take care of yourself okay." She said to me and I nodded.
'I promise." I said with a smile and escorted her to her car which was parked outside the hospital.
I hopped into the backseat of Waylon's car and they drove to the lounge.
' What was that mischievous smile all about?"axel asked me.
' They were fighting over me. Oh my God it felt so good that I'm feeling great." I said excitedly.
' You sure are a bad boy, aren't They?" Waylon said and we burst out laughing.
As soon as I got out of the car, Zoe came running towards me and gave me a tight squeeze of a hug.
' Oh my God, are you okay? I was so worried when I was told you were admitted to the hospital. Oh my God Oh my God."
' God will surely give you a stretch for calling his name a hundred times a day." I said to her and she gave me a guilty look.
We walked inside and I looked around to see if I'll spot Gianna anywhere but she was nowhere to be found.
Where could she have gone to?
I went upstairs to the game room to see if she wants perhaps hiding in there.
'Are you looking for me?" I turned to the right corner of the room and there she stood.
I rushed and lifted her up with a hug.
' You have no idea how much I miss you." I said to her.
'Oh really, you just saw me some few minutes ago."
' But still, I miss you." I said and she smiled but suddenly let go when I kissed her forehead.
' What's wrong?" I asked her and she swallowed.
' I'm so confused right now. I don't know what to do."
'Is it about Thaddeus and I?" 'Yeah."
'Do you feel anything for him?"
' I do have this feeling towards him, he was my first love but then you also come in and I don't know what to do."
' I don't want you to over think about it too much. I won't pressure you to choose between the two of us. I know I'm engaged to Aurora but then we aren't married yet and my heart belongs to you.
You're the first woman I've ever loved. I used to call love a child's play that I wouldn't even be a victim of it. But when you came into the picture, you proved me wrong and I ended up falling for you. I don't want to be a bother to you and if I'll need to back out for your wellbeing. I gladly will. I will respect any decision you'll make Gianna. But always know that I'll always love you no matter who you choose to love."
I poured my heart out and she looked at me completely dumb folded. I took her hand and kissed the back of her palm.
' I love you Gianna." I whispered to her.
She got closer and pulled me into a hug, as we disengaged the hug…our nose brushed against each other and the atmosphere began to heat up, I brought my lips closer to her and we were about to kiss when we heard someone clear his throat only to turn and find Thaddeus standing at the door

I cleared my throat the very moment I saw them so close to each other. Was he trying to take advantage of her or, Gianna was willingly letting it happen?
'Thaddeus…" Gianna called my name and I released my arms which were crossed on my chest and pocketed them.
'What brings you here?"ian asked me and I walked away from the door and approached them.
'I heard you weren't feeling well so I came to see if you're okay." I replied.
' Well thanks."ian replied and I nodded, walking over to Gianna.
' I was informed you were here, you're the main reason why I came." I said brushing Gianna's hair which was falling on her face.
She smiled and I could see Tae-Jun tense up behind me as I bent over and kissed her on the forehead.
' I'll get going since I know you're doing better." I said and walked out of the game room and out the door.
'Thaddeus are you going already?" It was Sandra. 'Mmm…I'm leaving." I replied.
' Why don't you stay for dinner?"axel suggested.
' I'll love the but then, I've got something to take care of. I'll see you guys tomorrow."
' Okay…take care." They said waving at me as I went to sit in my car and drove home.
Yeah, I don't stay on campus. My parents own an estate closer to the school so that's where I stay for the mean time.
I walked into my Kitchen and opened the fridge, taking out a beer…I opened its lid and gulped it down.
I went to the living room and turned on the television to watch some drama. Yeah, I'm a fan.
I crossed my legs on the center table and watched the television with my eyes glued to it. I heard my phone ring and I picked it up from the table.
It was an unknown number so I rejected the call but then the person kept on calling and I answered.
'Hello?" I said when I picked the call. ' Is this Thaddeus?"
'Yeah this is him. Who am I speaking to?"
." It's meian. Can we meet up and talk?" 'Of course, sure, what's the location?"
' Coffee bay, I'm already there. Can we meet up?"
'Okay. I'll be there in five minutes." I replied and then hanged up.
I wore my brown cardigan, took my motor key and headed for the Coffee bay.
The chimneys jiggled when I opened the door. I spotted him in the right corner of the room and he waved at me to come over when he saw me. He was wearing a cap and I guess he didn't wanted to be spotted by the people.
'To what do I owe this invitation?" I asked as I offered myself a seat.
' It's something personal you know." ' It's about Gianna isn't It?"
'Well yes and no."
'okay. So, go on….I'm all ears."
' Let's talk man to man then. I know you have feelings for Gianna and so do I."
' You do?"
'Yes, I do."
'Why?"
'Because I love her."
' I can't believe this. Why do you love her when you're engaged to someone else."
' I might be engaged to Aurora but my heart belongs to Gianna."
' Then if you don't love Aurora, why get engaged with her?"
' I have my reasons to be engaged to her and I have no purpose of getting you know about it."
' I'm not even interested." I said and sipped the cup of coffee the shop attendant brought to our table.

' You and I know very well that no one in the Royal family will be allowed to marry a low-class person or any ordinary girl. You confusing Gianna will make things worse in the end. You know it's impossible for you to be with her and everyone knows how much Aurora hates her already. Why make her life even more difficult by loving her?"
