Chapter 59

Williams couldn't believe his eyes, although it wasn't a huge television in front of him but he doesn't want to believe that. At least not now, not ever.

"She might just be overwhelmed" he shrugged.

Chasing her would be of no use so he called, asking his men not to let her out. He grabbed the bottle of tequila and rushed down the elevator. On reaching the last floor flat, he couldn't find her, he asked about her but they said they didn't see her run out.

"Search the whole building" He yelled to his guards "Check the elevator, she might be trapped"

They nodded and split, looking for Melissa.

Williams kept making angry noises, he would yell and cuss, shouting at everyone that comes near him. He received a weird glance from customers and workers but he didn't care, he wants Melissa back and she must accept his proposal.

"Sir" A female worker walked to him "Your brother is around" she bowed slightly as he remained silent and walked away.

For she knows better things to do than crush over her boss when he is angry, or stand in front of him when she sees that he could whack the bottle of tequila on her fine skull.

"Tina!" Williams called "Where are they?"

The lady smiled, she pointed at the receptionist who had a sweet smile on her perfectly made-up baked face. Her smile increased as Williams walk closer, funny, it vanished before he became close enough.

"Hello sir" Her voice shook "What can-" the receptionist was cut short.

"Me brother" Williams blurted out "WHERE THE FUCK IS HE!!!"

The lady flinched, she exchange glances with Tina who look terrified as well. Slowly she brought out the master key and slapped it on the table.

"He choose the ones with soundproofs," She said "Each close to each other" she took a piece of paper and write something "These are the room number"

Williams yanked the paper and storm away, breathing like he could pass out any moment soon. He could hear the receptionist calling after him but he didn't care to turn back, he brought out his phone and quick dial a number.

"Vip floor," he said "Room indigo, lost and isle" he paused and looked back, seeing there was nobody around, he continued "Come armed"

"Sir!" The receptionist run after him "He is with someone" her face collided with Williams back, sending some of her makeup on his black suit "A pretty lady"

"How is she?" Williams asked, his gaze bored as she tried to adjust her eyes lashes "What does she look like?" He yelled holding her shoulders and shaking four years out of her life.

"I couldn't get to see her face because it was kinda covered" she rushed, she heaved a sigh of relief as Williams freed her and walked away "But she has a strawberry or redhead"

Williams stopped, he didn't care to look at her as she continues.

"She's dressed like a, uhmmm " She rolled her eyes in search of the right words.

   "Ballerina" Williams offered.

He didn't wait for her to continue before he ran away. "Michael must not leave this building!"

She screamed her reply even when she knew it wasn't necessary. She stood still for a while watching him, wondering if something bad had happened overnight between the brothers. She knew they were never on good terms but never tried to kill each other, especially in public.

The room door burst open to reveal Melissa held captive by Michael, a gun was pressed on her head and his arm around her throat.

"One step and I blow her fucking brains off" Michael smirked, he stared deep into Williams's hazel green eyes and grinned "Hello, brother".

Like a pause button works when it's been used in a movie, Williams stopped. He obeyed Michael's movement as he pulled out a gun from the back of his trousers and dropped it, then kicked it forward to him.

     " Good boy" Michael cooed.

Soon seven men rushed inside, they had guns pointed at Michael who had an unease expression on his face. He glared at Williams who did nothing then pressed the gun further against Melissa's head.

"Put down your guns" He ordered but they didn't move, instead, they removed the safety of the gun and aimed well "Williams?"

Williams didn't nudge, he stood still staring at his brother with raw hatred and victory written all over his angry face. He pointed two fingers at Michael and smiled.

"This is about us, Michael" he started "You don't have to bring the girl into this"

"You know nothing" Michael yelled out in anger, pouring saliva on Melissa "It had everything to do with Melissa and if you don't fucking ask them to put down their guns, I shoot"

The threat sounds deeper than before as Michael removed the safety of the gun. He must have his ways through different arms because of the way he did that with one hand effortlessly.

Melissa whimpered, she shivered, quivering her teeth as she locked her gaze with Williams.

"I don't want to die" she cried "I don't want to get shot in the head, please!"

"Three" Michael Yelled ignoring her pleads "TWO!"

"Hands down boys" Williams swallowed, immediately the men lowered their guns "Why are you doing this, brother?"

Michael smirked, then began to laugh, it was a dry laugh that can only explain evil and hate.
"You ask like you don't know?" Michael's brow connect "You fucking seems to get everything" he pressed the gun again causing Melissa to cry more.

"But Melissa is not just everything," Williams said confused.

"Really?" Michael asked, he points the gun at Williams while his grip around Melissa's neck tightened causing her to choke "You fuvking left me no choice!"

He aimed the gun back at Melissa's head and kissed her cheeks.
"I never get to see anything from my father except the one my mother stole for me because of you!"

"That's what you get for killing my mother " Williams yelled, he moved a step forward but stopped as Michael aimed the gun at him for a second "Right under my eyes you raped her and killed her!" He sniffed "You had to make me lie about it so that you will spare my brother but you killed him too"

"My bad" Michael scoffed "Your mother was so sweet" he paused and licked Melissa's face "Just like Melissa" his grip around her because loose as he caress her neck and chest. He aimed the gun up and shook it like it was a piece of paper.

Williams yelled, his fist clenched and he pulled his hair. The veins on his neck and wrist became visible making him earn a chuckle from his brother.

"I never killed your brother" Michael scoffed "He got into the wrong hands and I had to watch him die. After all, that's what you get from stealing my father"

"I became a good boy" Williams corrected "But now he is dead and everything belongs to me, I can be the kind of boy I want"

Without warning, Williams pulled a small gun from his back pocket and there went a loud bang followed by a breathtaking scream.

The whole room went silent for a while, it was as if they have a minute of silence for the dead.

"You missed my head" Michael groaned as he held his wounded shoulder "You won't kill your big bro, Williams, would you?"

His gaze locked with Williams for a while then he smiled. He didn't look scared as Williams pointed the gun at him and placed his finger on the trigger. With his eyes closed, he expects to hear a loud band before he does but none.

"That's what they call family love," he said.

Williams sigh, he couldn't get to kill his brother even when every part of him wants to pull the trigger and shoot his brain off. He wouldn't care about the cobs because the room and the whole floor are soundproof so no one would hear the second shoot.

He looked at one of his men and pointed at Michael.
"Bound him to my chamber," he said "And call the family doctor"

His fierce gaze search the room in silence and his greatest fear increased.

     "Where is Melissa?" He yelled.

The guards stood stunned to the core not knowing what to do or say. For seven of them had been standing at the entrance and didn't notice when she snoop past.

    "Find her!" Williams barked.

Although he knew she would be safe but he also didn't want to believe she might run to the police.

He sat still in the same room, watching one of his men clean the blood as the one that left to find her rushed back, without her.

"Where is she?" He voiced calmly.

"They said she left the building but she is not close," The man said "Can we go look for her?"

Williams brows connect and he smiled.
"Do your job your son of a bitch!" He yelled and stomp past the man.

As they scan the hotel again and every other place for her, he decided to search her house just in case she had gone home out of fear.

It was a surprise the cobs didn't pull him over for the level of his speed. His shirt still had a few drops of Michael's blood and he knows what would become of him if he get caught.

Without bothering to knock, he kicked the door open to see Karen naked on top of a total stranger. She yelp and attempt to cover herself with the man's clothes but failed as the man dragged them back. He rushed out after he managed to drop a few dollar notes for her and had barely fastened his belt.

"Where is Melissa?" Williams asked finally.

Kare scoffed, she rolled her eyes and got up totally naked. She rolled her hair into a ponytail and walked to the kitchen, but before she could reach, she felt Williams turn her around and fasten his fingers around her slender neck.

"WHERE. IS. MELISSA?" He picked his words.

"I don't know" Karen gasps for air "I last saw her at the Oprah and with you. She hasn't been home" she added.
