“really, yet you stick your tongue down my throat like your life depends on it and cover it up as ‘death’s kiss” I really needed to start thinking before I talked. I could see how his countenance changed immediately and then he moved away from me, creating a bit of space between us.
“I would be attending to some issues in the main time, please excuse me.” He left leaving me all alone with my thoughts.
‘great, now he has a reason to watch me die the next time I am poisoned, or something along those lines.’
He did not come back, I really pissed him of this time around’ I thought as I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep, waiting him for him to come.

Another mindless day’ I thought as I sat at the entrance of hell, although I knew that nothing was going to happen. I knew that no one in their right mind would dare to pass here while I was here, my form was terrifying enough. Everyone avoided me like the plague.
“my lord” ii bowed, now only noticing that he was standing next to me.
"how are you?” he said, smiling at me and rubbing my head even though I was in human form. Times like this made me miss the times when I was just a pup and he would take me everywhere.
I let out a soothing growl as he played with my hair.
“I am going to be leaving for a while, I want to go settle somethings. You are in charge” he said, with something in his eyes.
I waited patiently for him to say it. telling me to watch over hell was not what he came to tell me, I am sure of it. it was not the first time he was leaving and it was not the first time I was to be in control of the place when he left.
“th… the human. Watch over her and…” I nodded, deciding to put him out of his misery
“i would” I smiled, saying nothing. He was not in the mood to handle any teasing
“thank you” he left immediately, disappearing into the air
It was calm after that, the cries of dirty souls, filling my ears like music “perfect, nothing more perfect” I leaned back on the chair taking in the stale air with grees
Suddenly, the air felt thick like something was breaking through
I first caught sight of something—no, someone—different there were not escaping, no. if anything they were trying to break in. The scent reached me first, carried on the stale air, something unfamiliar yet not unpleasant. The scent was different it smelt…. fresh

Emerging from the mist that clung to the ground was a figure unlike any I had seen before. It was a woman. She landed ungracefully, rolling to my side and landing close to me.

Her hair, a cascade of silver, shimmered, and her eyes glowed with a soft inviting light. This was no ordinary soul “a god” I looked at her, shocked. She was not supposed to be here. Not many gods had access to the underworld.

"Hello there," she said softly, her voice like the whisper of leaves in the wind.

"You must be Cerberus," she continued, her voice gentle but firm. "I need to see Valerie, its urgent, I have little time and."

"My name is Mene," she introduced herself, her tone respectful but not submissive. "I come here with no ill intent. I seek only to help a friend."
I took a step towards her unable to keep myself from doing so
I looked at her, like really looked at her. She was not tall, and she looked like I could use her as a pillow with how chubby she looked. I wanted to hug her, squeeze her tight and….
I cleared my throat, forcing the thoughts away. That was betrayal, to think of someone other than Hades who I should be loyal to without a doubt.
“you may not see her now, but tell me, I can relay your message to her.
“that is fine, I can wait” she said politely declining.
I nodded. “then I would….” She said, tripping on her own two feet. On instinct, I reached out to catch her from falling.
“I am sorry. I am not this clumsy I swear, I just…”
I could not look anywhere else. I wanted to bite her, to make her comfortable.
But instead, I bit down on my inner cheek to keep myself from biting her and pushed away from her. She burned, quite literally.
“I have to check the prisoners now, I would send a lesser demon to take you to her.” I said rather rushed and rant to the hills.
I did not care that she looked at me like I was crazy. All I cared was that I was far away from her as possible.
I held my chest as tight as possible, trying to ease the tightening in my chest.
“my lord!!!!” someone said, rushing to me, trying to help me up.
I was losing control of myself, switching from human to my true form. “m..my L..ordd” he looked like he was about to shit his pants. “this feeling. It.. it is overwhelming, what is this…”I gasped for breath, trying to make sense of everything.
