The other line beeps and on the fifth ring it's answered.

"Hello"

"Don't you think its cruel to keep a child on the orphanage "

There was a commotion in the background.

"Excuse me?"

"You are not excused"

She hangs the phone.

And I smirk.
THE GAME HAS JUST BEGIN!
Did these people think that they could get away with it just like that!? They are gonna regret doing this and I am gonna make sure of it.
I take the sim odd the phone.

I look through the window to see the clouds are getting dark.

You are going to regret all that you have did in your life.

I put back the sim and see no missed calls . I guess I didn't scare them enough.

I call.
But this time its a male.

"Hello "

"Let me narrate a story. A family abandoning a baby on the doorstep of an orphanage and spreading lies that she died . Such a tragic story right."

"W-wrong number "

"Terrified that someone knows?" I chuckle.

"Who are you" I can hear the frightened tone.

"Well what to say consider me as your nightmare. Tsk tsk tsk scared that I will spread the news to your loved ones ? Oh wait, do you even have loved ones or are you sending all of them to the orphanage?"

"Quote your price "

"Ah , you are definitely a businessman. I like it. Straightforwardly talking about business. How about selling your wife!?"

"You bastard !!!Who do you think are you talking to !? I can sue you "

"Well I would reverse that question to you. Who do you think are you talking to!? Don't forget that I have an upper hand here. I know your most grievous sin that can make you lose your son "

"You don't even know me. I could do things that are beyond your imagination" I chuckle.

And this time I hang the phone.
I get incoming calls from him.

But I switch off my phone. And put my old sim.
Their past which they tried to hide from others is going to haunt them.

And from now on I don't need to call them , they will keep on calling me.

It's time to pay for the sins you did.

I got bored doing nothing. So I put my other blocked sim and see that I have 50 missed calls.

It's them.

"Missed me!?" I smirk.

"Please don't tell it to anyone . I beg you" now it was the lady who answered.

"Hm you are brave, kept on speaker huh. Anyways that's good because I wanted to make things clear with both of you. I have no interest on your wife, I just wanted to make the atmosphere hot. Like always I want money. Not just some , I want your whole empire!? Is that worth this truth!?"

"Yes we will give you anyt- Annie have you gone mad!?" I could hear them fighting.

"And if you try to act clever by informing the police, just a reminder. I have nothing to lose. I will personally meet your son and tell about the great deed you guys have done. It would be beautiful right "

"Please no. We will give you anything that you want. Please don't tell it to our son."

I end the call.

Angel POV

Luca left for France today morning. It was like he wanted to go but leaving me in this condition was such a difficult task for him . Its Luca who told like that. He had a pout while leaving. He would walk away and then come back and peck me and the same process on and on. I had to practically kick him out. He is pampering me too much. And I am getting lazy too much.

He thinks that he can bribe me by doing that. Yeah I do admit that his pout looks even more hot on him. But I would never admit that to him.

I am at home currently. The office is being renewed. And I am actually you know allergic to paint smell.

I was like continuously sneezed on my office and Dean came and then he found out and I was kicked out of the office.

Well not kicked out but you did understand what I meant right.

And then Dean informed to Luca . Luca was furious.

He give me nice lecture. And he was almost gonna come back. But I am brave I made him swear on me.

So currently I am busy on my laptop on my bed.
My both hands are busy. One is holding my phone and calling other typing the laptop which is kept on my lap.

By this time Luca would have come.....
I face palm.
I am the one who sent him away and I am the one missing him
I check the time.
11 pm
I shut my laptop.
And just when I was about to switch off the light my phone started ringing.

I check my screen, Luca and its a video call.

He looks at me smiling.
"Heyyyy babbyyyy girl" he says in a girl voice.

I chuckle.

"God I missed them" he says

"Missed what"

"Your laugh "

"Luca you just left today and you miss me"

"So what ,you have no idea how I am living without you. Its like one of my organs are switched off"

"Lucaaa"

"Mmmm"

"I missed you too" I say

He smiles

"Can I come today"

"No"

"Urgh"

"When Dean called me to inform that you had allergy I got so tensed" he said seriously

"Wrong word. You were furious. I had literally distance my phone beacuse you were too loud "

"I had the right to be. I was away from you and couldn't do anything " he argues

I sigh.

"Luca I am fine see . Everyone has weakness. So this is mine. Other than that I am fully fine"
I try to argue back.

"I wanna come back and cuddle with you" he says .

"Luca you will come back after two days . then what"

"Baby its two freaking days. I am trying to complete the work fast"

"Luca don't stress on work too much. It isn't good for health. And take your time and then complete it. Your talking as if I am all alone in the house. Gracie is there 24 hours then the security. And what else you see me 24×7 on the CCTV. So what"

"But...."

"Luca its 12 go sleep. "
He pouts.

"I deserve a kiss" he says. With a pout and puppy dog eyes.
I chuckle.

I give him a flying kiss.

"I am gonna finish the work fast and make it a reality kiss" he says

"Go go sleep" I say shoving him through my phone.

He yawns.

"Good night sleepy head" I say

"Good night baby girl"
