Angel POV

Ben ran back to Leo and came to us. My hand was grabbed fast and squished tightly. I turned to Dani and saw her pale face.

SHIT!! HER WATER BROKE.
“LUCA” I called out immediately. Liam was out from the backyard in seconds. Dani started to yell and swear and talk gibberish.
Laurette suddenly moved me away from Dani and made her sit on the bench.
“Dani, I need you to take deep breaths “all she replied was with a scream.
“Something’s wrong. I didn’t have this much pain while giving birth to Leo” she released her breath and shook her head.
“LIAM, WHERE THE BLOODY FUCK ARE YOU” Luca came running from some direction and carried Dani.
“He’s panicking, but all your things are packed, Angel follow our car with Liam's” I ran to Liam’s car with him hyperventilating. I reversed from the garage and found Luca alrready way past us.

Liam was pacing around the hallway and the kids were with Grandy.
The nurse suddenly came out and Liam rushed towards her.
“How’s she? The due date wasn't today, did she eat something wrong?” he asked everything in one breath.
“It’s quite normal and she is having her contractions now. I came to collect her inhaler” she said and Liam went blank.
Dani had a complication while giving birth to Leo. And ever since then she has a breathing difficulty.
“I…- here” Dean ran from somewhere and give her inhaler to the nurse.
Liam hugged Dean crying.
“Thanks man. I would have lo-“
“Be strong Liam. You have to be her pillar “ Dean patted his back.

Its been hours since we have been waiting, and all I could hear was her yelling and screaming. The doctors won’t let Liam inside, because the last time he was in, they had to set another bed for him.
“ She must be in so much pain. I wish I could be by her side” I held his hand and looked at him.
“It’s just a matter of time and the loud speaker will be on” he chuckled with his tears flowing and I was holding myself from falling down, my head was blasting with a headache. I took a hold on myself and didn’t want more tension around.

The light turned off and our attention turned to the door. The nurse walked out with the baby on her hands.
“This stubborn baby girl is 8 pounds born at 17:42” she smiled at Liam and stretched her arm , but Liam didn’t hold the child.
“I would like to have my princess first held by the person who saved her “he looked at Dean and he looked at him shocked. Dean held her closely and she took a hold of his small finger. He smiled at her and kissed her forehead. We all looked at the baby and finally she was back with her mother and Liam went inside to help her.

“I hope she doesn’t get the genes of her father” Luca said to which I pinched him but he caught me off guard and side hugged me.
“He might be so happy to finally have a daughter” Luca leaned on my shoulder looking up at me. I smiled.

“The family can meet the new born.” Everyone rushed inside to see her placed on top of an exhausted Dani.
“The boys are going to be delighted” Liam smiled looking at Dani.

We turned on hearing the door opening and I stayed still.
“Give some privacy for the mother and child” the doctor walked in and finally her eyes landed on me.
She smiled.
“Mrs. Knight?” I could feel a certain pair of eyes looking at me.

“Oh, so she is related to you” she looked at me.
“Yeah, my sister-in- law” I was profusely sweating.
“Anyhow, it’s a huge coincidence, because I wanted to meet you regarding the mai- Doctor can we continue our talk outside” I blurted and I fast walked outside.

“I guess your husband isn’t informed” she looked at me and I nodded.
“But, it’s actually a good thing. I just had an argument with the team on the wrong message they sent you” I looked at her surprised.

“But, it said I had a complication” I looked at her and she opened the door of her cabin letting me in.
“Yes it did, but that was not the right term to be used. We found something irregular in your test and I had to discuss it with my seniors but before that, the message was already relayed to you” I was keenly looking at her.
“I am not intending to raise your blood pressure anymore. Congratulations, you are carrying two of them” I was filled with a lot of emotions.
“Is…is….t-this tr-rue” she smiled and nodded at me.
“You have been blessed with twins” I was a crying mess and she passed me the tissue box.
“I am sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding and take your time.” She patted my back and opened the door. My world had turned upside down when I had read the message at Liam's house on reading the words ' abortion' and 'severe consequences'. But now I felt like my whole body was shaking. I couldn't move and I felt my chair suddenly turned around with a worried looking Luca.

“Babe , what happened!!??” he kneeled down and looked at me. I was not able to speak and all I did was cry more. He wiped my tears and held my face with his hands.
“Baby, what’s wrong, tell me. It hurts me to see you in this condition” I didn't think much and grabbed his hand and placed it on top of my stomach.
“There are two of them” I somehow said those words amidst my crying. He slumped down with a shocked face. He was silent for a long time and then he looked at me.

“I..we…two-“ I didn’t let him finish his sentence because I moved closer and kissed him. He pulled me closer to him and we leaned our heads together breathless.
“What do you feel now” I whispered and he kissed my forehead, my nose, my lips and my whole face.
“I feel like crying and kissing you and then hugging you and want you to give birth now” he looked at me with a lot of emotions.
“I can’t do the last part” we chuckled and I placed my head on his chest. He kneeled down and placed his hands on my stomach.
"I am going to shower you with all my love" he said and kissed them.
"So what about me " he looked up and pulled me closer coming back to his feet.
"Well, about you" he kissed my lips and looked at me combing my hair behind my ears.
"I am going to follow all the vows that we promised with a version of mine" he kissed my nose.
"And that is..?"I placed my arms on his neck.
"With lots and lots of love that the universe can't hold"
"And what about Ian"
"Mhmm , well he is already spoiled . Ain't he??" he chuckled.

We were stopped from our further conversations when I heard a beep sound and Luca took his phone without moving me away.
“Liam’s going to name the baby” he looked at me and I nodded.
We entered the room together holding hands.
Liam held the baby on his arms smiling at her lovingly and looked at Dani who smiled and nodded at him.
“My little princess was born today and on the presence of my family I would like to name her Katelyn Dean Liam”
“Was it necessary to add an idiot’s name in the middle” Dean looked at him almost teary eyed.
“So I could easily make you change her diapers” Liam said smiling at him to which Dean muttered something to him with his tears falling.
Luca clapped his fingers bringing everyone’s attention to him.
“I would like to make a toast” I pulled his hand fast to which he locked his eyes with mine and kissed me.
“Since the naming ceremony has come to an end, I would like know your opinions on a family of five” we had four pair of eyes looking at us confused. After a long silence I heard a squeak.

“Oh my God” Laura closed her mouth looking at me for assurance and I nodded smiling.
“What” Dean looked at her confused.
“You have to find that yourself” Luca laughed.
“I love ya women” she blowed a kiss to me. The room was then filled with Katelyn’s cry.
Dani immediately looked at me.
“Yo lady!!!” she yelled.
“What is it” Liam looked at her.
“She is pregnant with twins, you idiots”
