Chapter 22

Berliana inserted a stun system that she mentioned earlier. All of this was done to maintain control over the robot Victor. As a robot she had made Victor the best it could be and she didn't want this mistake to cause something that made what she could control disappear.

For a while in the robot's unlit state, Berliana grasped all the concepts and tried to figure out what caused Victor's robot to get up and do things on its own. But after a careful examination she found nothing. Berliana didn't know what had happened because now she didn't have the answers either.

"It's like something's gotten into him but it's not like it's impossible because in the world of science, we don't believe in such things. How can I make things easier to control, more so than what I'm currently doing?"

Berliana sighed, she didn't know because it was a difficult thing. If she wanted to get things under control then she would have to completely dismantle the robot. The only way was to make things more organized and she could remove the other features but she also didn't know where the mistake was that caused Victor's robot to move and control itself.

"You'd better not be active for a few days because I'm going to do some more research. I will not let you dominate more because I want you to be in a state of not being able to do anything first until the time I have determined. Right now it's not good for you to be active and moving around on your own. With Jeff still trying to find my loopholes and mistakes, then I won't let you make a mess of things."

Berliana took a breath and disconnected some of the wires that could activate the male robot's movements and liveliness. She didn't want to make a mess and cause destruction because now the most important thing was to make everything as she wanted it to be.

Coming out of the room after making sure everything was safe, Berliana just ate the dinner prepared by Victor's robot earlier, she was quietly contemplating on the dining table with a wrinkled face.

"I'm glad he can be active, but I'm not looking for that right now, I need to make sure everything is safe and not make things difficult for me. I still don't know what she's going to do in the future, hopefully it won't cause any problems for you because I don't know how I'm going to solve it. Now that the enemy is a friend from my own office, if he finds out about what happened it might not end well for me.

"Winning people's trust is very difficult and it can be impossible for Victor's country to lose what I've wanted for so long. I have to keep making sure everything is safe and won't cause any major problems. Now is a good time to keep him in a dormant state because I need to finish everything I'm working on first and then let him move as he sees fit."

Finishing her dinner, Berliana walked towards the room and took a picture. It was Victor, his face was very similar to that of the robot Victor. But the robot was a figure that made it difficult for her to make sure she could do everything. Her worries were huge and she couldn't afford to have everything fall apart just because the mission she wanted was not completed and was just a wish for the robot Victor.

"He does have good intentions of wanting to be my friend and wanting to make me less lonely. The problem is that he won't be able to understand what I want more deeply and that's it. I'm also protecting her so I won't take any risks. When the time comes I also won't keep you in an inactive state like that, I'll make sure of everything and I'll make you come back to life. I hope this time you are not troublesome and do not put me in danger."

Several memories of her and Victor came to her so quickly that Berliana hugged the photo in her hand. Why life was so cruel like this and made her claustrophobic, she didn't know what was wrong in the past that caused her to lose the happiness she wanted.

"If you hadn't died I wouldn't be going through this either and wouldn't have bothered to look for a robot and make it with such difficulty. If you had stayed with me I also wouldn't have made the robot get so much out of it. You're the one who caused all this trouble, Victor. You left without caring about me and without caring about what I was and want."

Berliana's tears flowed down her smooth cheeks. Berliana didn't know how to make things right again because she was only human. She couldn't if she wanted to make sure and solve everything because now was a difficult time.

She was also busy and didn't have time, the only way even though it seemed painful was to deactivate the friendly robot.

Walking towards the balcony, Berliana laid out the outside country where the city was very quiet as if nothing made life feel inside. Not so many citizens and humans lived here, let alone in the countryside. A lot of empty land was left behind as people eventually made their way to the capital and settled here.

"Why did everything have to happen? Why don't people want to get married and cause a population shortage? What can I do? I don't know, I just hope that in the future there won't be any significant problems. I hope I can make things better in the future. I hope not much will happen so let's hope it goes well."

Berliana decided to sleep because tomorrow she still had to go to the office and finish the rest. There was a lot of business in the next few days so she really had to make sure everything went normally and accordingly. Now was the time where she was at her peak, she needed to be able to get lazy with everything going and make things right.

Meanwhile in his research room, Victor's robot managed to reach active and he moved his eyes with a flat stare not reacting to anything. Right now he needed to be able to contain his desires and momentarily follow what Berliana wanted. She had a plan and he couldn't make things change either.

"You're worried about me then I can't possibly make a mistake and make you hate me. I'll deactivate when you do and if you're out of the house I won't just stay here. I'll prove that I won't cause you any trouble."

There was a picture of Berliana in the room and it made her smile to look at it. The girl was beautiful and capable. Victor naturally liked and fell in love with her already he knew that this woman did have the abilities that people said she had.

"You take it easy on the human robot project, I will also take it easy and wait for you to finish. After that and I will be active again then I will accompany your days as you wish."

"All the processes are going according to what we saw in the video. The team of professors and other experts have made assembly samples and will continue to be led to make them in the future. It still needs help to make everything safe and that is the highest technology we should look for."

Berliana nodded slowly and looked at the faces of some of her coworkers. "I have a method that makes it less rigid because while in America I was researching on this.
