36 - Acquaintance

Prince Nicholas stood from his bed. Memories from the previous night started to hit. He made his way to his table and sighed when he saw the book. He sat on the stool and picked the book. It was a hard cover book with brown leather and the title, 'the mating season' boldly written on it. The book had been so dusty on the shelve and the leather was starting to peel off. He flipped open to the first page of the book excitedly and started to read it's content.
When a male Werewolf finds a potential mate, his body releases a purring mechanism from his voice that has the power to encourage, or seduce, the mate in question to want to be closer to the male. The mate in question has to be close to the male, emotionally and physically for it to work. However, A female Werewolf's body prepares itself at a certain age to attract a male wolves- Her hair grows longer, she gets taller, and her bust gets bigger- This is what is known as The Mating Age. When werewolves mature fully, they start mating more often.
Werewolves through the marking where the male-wolf bites his mate in the place in between the shoulder and neck. Once the female is marked then half of the bond is completed. After the marking process their bond grow stronger in which now they can not only feel each other emotions but also read each other thoughts too. The initial bite-mark is temporary, disappearing by the next full moon.
Once a werewolf was marked, they were going to come soul mates for life. There was no way to unbound them that's why it usually takes three to five days for the marking to be consented and take place.
Vampire-Werewolf hybrids are a deadly cross between a Werewolf and Vampire. … however everything changed after the first vampire-werewolf hybrid, Alucard , was born in the 1530's. The Hybrid race was said to pose as a threat to the peace in the supernatural realm . This made kingdoms get acquainted to wipe off the race entirely. However:, there are rumors that there are still Vampire-Werewolf hybrids in the world. A few supernaturals have testified to seeing them.
Hybrids are a cross-breed of two or more different supernatural species. The term is commonly used to describe a werewolf turned into a vampire due to the fact that they were the first supernatural hybrid to be introduced. However, since the werewolf-vampire hybrid's creation, there have been other cross-breed hybrids revealed in the universe, such as Siphoner turned witch-vampire hybrids, werewolf-witch hybrids, and, in the unique case of Celesten, a witch-werewolf-fairy tribrid.
Hybrids possess both the strengths and some of the weaknesses of their parent races, along with powerful attributes unique to themselves alone due to their combined heritage. For werewolf-vampire hybrids, this and being able to transform into a wolf without the Full Moon's influence. They have the ability to move freely during the day without getting burnt.
Werewolf-vampire hybrids have the powers and abilities of both werewolves and vampires, Both physically enhanced powers and abilities of mind compulsion. Werewolf-vampire hybrids will grow stronger with age due to their vampirism and will also increase in strength when enraged, due to their werewolf side. Their strength will also dramatically increase.
The mating of a vampire and Werewolf was different. The supernaturals unlike the werewolfs didn't need to be marked but they they had to have a mate which was either Vampire-Werewolf or Werewolf-vampire.
Reproduction in for hybrids was much different from the usually werewolf or vampire. It took three months for gestation and conception went this:
Frowning, the prince tried to flip the next page but he noticed a few parts were missing. He opened the book widely, it seemed not just one or two pages were missing from numbering. He flipped through the book and noticed other parts of the book had been cut out and it looked like it was intentional, not wanting anyone else to get to know about the mating between the hybrids and other important information about mating in the werewolf kingdom.
Upset, prince Nicholas chucked the book to the floor. After all he want through to get a book, he finally gets one and all the important information in there was missing. The prince had a headache just thinking about it.
He tried to suppress his anger but the anger boiling inside of him was just so much so he stood and gave his stool a powerful kick causing it to fling somewhere else in the room. His hand ran into his hair out of frustration.
Getting information about the mating and hybrid was starting to get difficult. It was like someone else was also trying to get information about the mating and whoever it is was was step ahead of him.
He shoved his hands into his pocket trying to think of a solution and ways to retrieve the missing pages of the book. He was new into the werewolf kingdom and didn't know who could consult for more information about the knowledge he was seeking. He moved to the windows.
The early morning sun was peeking from the curtains, trying to find a way into his room. Carefully, he covered up the curtains well enough making the chandelier attached high up and his lamp on his bed side table illuminate his room.
Princess Laura.
His soon to be wife was a Werewolf, surely she had to know somethings about the mating in the werewolf kingdom. However, it was possible she knew nothing about it because she was clueless to most of the activities in the kingdom but he had decided to ask her. It was worth a try, he shrugged.

Lily made her way to the palace as fast as her legs could carry. One of the guards had sent for her stating the elders wanted to see her right away. She was in the forest leading the search for food when they had approached her.
When she arrived at the palace, she moved into the secret room. All the elders were seated on the stools with serious looks. They had important things to discuss with the commander. Their spies in the other kingdoms had brought important news for them and they had to act fast about it.
Lily sat on a stool confused on what the news could be. Were they still upset the prince was still in the kingdom? She had told them she would tell the vampire prince to leave or could they read minds now?
"We are hearing news concerning the vampire and werewolf kingdom." Baba Achio started making the commander frown. "News got to us that they're forming an alliance against other kingdoms."
Prince Nicholas.
"Other kingdoms have reached out to us. The Elfs, Witches, Gnomes, Angels and Fairies have decided to come together to form an acquaintance with us."
"Are you sure about this?" The commander blurted out.
Mama Sarandi responded, "the werewolf kingdom and vampire kingdom already have a treaty drafted. Anytime soon they could strike."
The commander was shocked. She couldn't believe that another kingdom was planning against her.
"We have to ensure that another war doesn't breakout like the last time with the bear shifters." An elder said.
The kayaan kingdom was regarded as the strongest kingdom in the supernatural realm. Other kingdoms wanted to be allied with the kayaan kingdom. They had heard of them defeating other kingdoms and they were respected.
Over the years the kayaans had grown the be the strongest kingdom of all and they had had years of training to be able to become the best.
The elders were really protective about the kingdom after loosing a lot of lives in the war between the bear shifters.It was hard to see their people slain and killed so they were taking it upon themselves to ensure that such thing wasn't going to happen again hence them getting in an alliance with other kingdoms.
They had discussed and they didn't want to have to go through loosing thier people again. The soldiers were already training harder and the were already getting ready to have more warriors.
Other kingdoms had sent a representative to the kayaans. They knew the kayaans had the strength to defeat and win any kingdom so they had decided to hide under them. They couldn't risk their kingdom getting overthrown. They knew they had to get in alliance with a more powerful kingdom and so they reached out to the kayaan elders.
As the elders and the commander had the conversation , the prince was behind the door listening. He had come to see the commander but instead he had overheard her voice coming from a room. He stayed to listen and he was upset at what he heard.
The kayaan kingdom was the most powerful kinigdom and having all the other kingoms coming together meant there was going to be a problem. He had a plan and he was going to conquer them.
