CHAPTER 13

“Are you leaving me alone?” Vivian asked with a pitiful face.
“I can’t say no to him besides I cannot let this opportunity go,” Selena answered as she put her bag on her back.
“Okay, at least I had some time with you. Since you are going, I might as well just go home and see what I can do about him,” Vivian said and Selena touched her friend’s arm in encouragement.
“I hope it will work out well, I have to go. I will call you later,” Selena said and left her friend alone. She felt bad but there was nothing more she could do.
Since she didn’t bring her car because of her tiredness, it was safe for her to go with her husband. She got inside the car and joined him.
“So where are we going?” she asked him.
“Since you have already eaten, how about we go to the office?” he asked her.
“You want me to go there? Won’t you be busy?” she asked him.
“I think I will work well if I see your face, you can read while I work. How about that?” he suggested.
She looked at him with disappointment. He had promised her to go on a date and now he was talking about the office. But still it was better than seeing back at home at night.
“Okay, I will go with you then,” she agreed and he smiled at her.
Sean held her hand in the car as they sat while enjoying the drive to the office. They arrived at the office building in ten minutes and with the help of her husband the two walked into the building. Because of her popularity that was being built little by little, she got recognized not by being Sean’s wife but with her own merits.
She stepped into his office and now it was familiar unlike the first time she came. Brian walked in with a smile and greeted her, she greeted him back.
“Can I have the girls send you something?” he asked her and she pondered over it for a while.
Since it was this early it meant they will be returning back home a bit late and by then she would be starving again. If she had a proper lunch then she wouldn’t complain but Vivian had her eat sandwiches for lunch since they were trending.
“A pizza would do,” she said and Sean looked at her.
“Didn’t you eat already?”
“I did but you will never get it,” she answered her husband and Brian laughed.
“I will have them buy it for you now,” he said and left the office.
“What did you two eat?” he asked her as he came to where she was seated.
“Chicken sandwich and a cup of juice,” she told him and he laughed.
“Eat all you want; I wouldn’t want you to faint because of hunger here. Just imagine what people will say?” he said as he sat next to her.
“I don’t even want to think about it,” she said as she clasped her hands together.
He was too close to her and she was getting affected by it. Unknowingly he made her feel these crazy emotions and she was just too shy to talk about it. If she was bolder enough to tell him what she wants, she would make everything easier.
Sean cupped her chin and she looked at him, her eyes wavering. She couldn’t look at him especially with all the crazy things she was thinking.
“Look at me!” he commanded and she did as she was told.
“I like it when you tremble like that. It shows me how much you want me even without saying a word,” he said as he traced her lips with his thumb.
“I….”
“Tell me what you want from me dear and I will give it to you,” he said as he looked at her deep.
He knew what she wanted and yet he was forcing her to say it. Was it really necessary for him to do this? She knew she couldn’t say the words out, so she mustered up her courage to do something she had never done before even after they began being intimate.
She closed her eyes and leaned towards him. She felt her lips as they touched his. That was scarier than she thought. She was used to him being the first one to initiate contact and since she was doing it, it felt exhilarating. Up n the first contact she withdrew and he looked at her with desire filled in his eyes.
She looked at him without averting her heart was thudding so loudly she could feel her chest vibrating. He pulled her closer to him and she found herself seated on his lap.
It was very embarrassing, considering the fact that they were in his office and anyone can just walk in while they were in this kind of position. How would she walk and lift her head after being seen in this state by others. She hooked her hands around his neck in order to support herself.
“I am going to give it to you,” he said and brushed her lips with his.
She moaned upon the small contact and he moved away. He was teasing her and there was nothing he could do about it. Sean kissed her on the forehead and she closed her eyes, he kissed her on the top of her nose and then her cheeks. She was blushing all over, the heat was too much and she just didn’t know what to do.
She was saved by the bell as Brian abruptly walked in with the pizza without knocking twice. She saw the embarrassment look on his face as he saw how intimate they were.
“I’m sorry I didn’t…,” he didn’t get to finish since Sean cut him.
“Leave the food at the table and no one is allowed to enter this office until I say otherwise,” Sean said and she looked at him.
What was he saying? Was he implying that they were going to do it here with so many secretaries outside? He couldn’t be serious right?
That wouldn’t be right for them to do it. She tried to wiggle herself from his grasp but she found herself pinned on the couch.
