The Beginning Of A Friendship

"Knock...knock..." a knock was heard on the door. It doesn't look like Ratna, because at this time she must have gone to school.
"Knock...knock..." the knocking sound was heard again, this time louder. Soledad put the half-grated cassava into a wooden container and got up from her place to see who had come.
"Who ?" Soledad asked as she opened the door.
Nicky's face immediately appeared after the door opened. He came with his blonde dog and brought a brown paper bag.
"Hi ?" said Nicky, suddenly he became nervous because he had never been to someone else's house while he lived here.
"What do you want to come to my house for?" Soledad asked flatly.
“Very rude, huh? Can't I come?"
"That's fine, but what's the point?"
"You won't let me in? where are your manners? Are you always like this, huh?"
"No need to be angry, please come in!" said Soledad as she opened the door of her house wide. "But there's no sofa in my house, so please just sit on the floor!" he said very unkindly. Nicky came in after tying his dog on the porch.
"Why don't you go to school?" asked Nicky, who had never sat on the floor, he was confused about what position he should sit in.
"My legs hurt from walking while carrying your heavy body!"
"Is it true ?" asked Nicky who couldn't focus on answering because he kept changing sitting positions. He really didn't understand how people could sit on the floor.
"What are you doing ?" asked Soledad, confused by Nicky's behavior.
“I don't know how to sit? How about this ?" asked the poor young master, Soledad immediately laughed.

“Hahaha…you don't know how to sit on the floor? wow, that sucks!" he said mockingly, of course with that annoying laugh in his voice.
"Why are you laughing ? What is so funny ?"
"No, it's okay," he answered while holding back a laugh. However, a few moments later he burst out laughing again.
"Hahaha...oh it's so funny, if Ratna saw it she would definitely laugh!"
"Hey, shut up, if you keep laughing, I'd better just go home!"
"Yes, please go home!"
"Why is that ?"
"You said you wanted to go home, why should I stop you?"
"You really aren't fun, are you? "Yeah, I'll just go home, even though I've bothered coming here to deliver the chocolate I promised last night. But your attitude is so bad, I'd better go home!"
"So you brought chocolate, huh? give it to me !" said Soledad immediately smiling, she immediately sat in front of Nicky with sparkling eyes waiting for the reward she deserved after the tiring struggle to help this whiny and weak young master.
"I want to go home, the chocolate isn't ready!" Nicky replied, pretending to be angry as he got up from his place and got ready to leave.
"Don't be like that, I'm sorry. Come on, please sit down again. I'll make tea for you, wait a moment, okay?" Soledad excitedly jumped into the kitchen and made tea for the kind young master who had brought her chocolates from London.
"Chocolate is delicious, finally I can eat it again," he thought while grinning.
After finishing making tea, Soledad sweetly served a glass of dark colored tea and placed it in front of Nicky.
"Please drink the tea!"
"Is this tea?"

"Yes, why ?"
"Why is the color so black?"
“Because it's black tea, it's black. Where's the harm?"
"It is called black tea not because the color is black, but because the color of the tea when served tends to be darker than other teas. How are you?" he said angrily. His habit of criticizing other people's mistakes is really hard to get rid of.
“So that's the difference, huh? I just knew that !"
"So you've never brewed tea all this time?"
"Never, you definitely never do it either?"
"Who says it ? "I'm quite good at brewing delicious tea," he said while sipping Soledad's tea.
“Ukh…it's so bitter, why does it taste like this? no sugar, right?"
"I gave one spoon, I thought it would be sweet, but it turns out it's bitter, right?" Soledad asked with an innocent look. Nicky, who saw this girl's reaction, could only curse in her heart.
"Why is he so stupid? It turns out his brain is only good at studying at school, that's really bad!" thought Nicky.
"Why are you silent ? You want to vomit, right?"
"Never mind, let me teach you how to brew tea properly!"
"When ? Now ?"
"Yes, can I come into your kitchen?"
"That's fine if you want, but how do you know my house?" Soledad asked as she walked ahead of Nicky towards the kitchen.

"I asked your mother, but she forbade me to come because she said the house was small and cramped,"
“So why do you keep coming? You don't really like coming into my house, do you? Oh yeah, I know. Surely you want to be made fun of at school?"
“No, I won't be like that again!”
"Why ?"
"Actually, I told my Opa, Grandma, Papa and Mama the truth about what happened last night in the forest," said Nicky, suddenly serious.
"What does it mean ?"
"I'll tell you the truth, that you were the one who helped me when I fell into the hole and also carried me until we were found,"
