Disagreement

Mr Colette walked over to Nicholas who had won the contest. He knew that he couldn't cancel the prize that Nicholas was supposed to get after winning this competition.

Mr Colette stood before Nicholas with a cold and calm expression on his face. He respected Nicholas very much as a crown prince, but as a father, it was very difficult for him to give up the daughter he loved so much.

"Your Majesty, I'm sure you know the risks you have to face by trying to sneak in as a participant in this competition. You are prohibited from taking part and-"

"I have won, Commander Sheerkan! I have won and I want my prize right now!" Leonidas showed his aggression after he sensed that Commander Sheerkan seemed to want to cancel the reward he was supposed to get.

Commander Sheerkan held Disha's hand tightly, he couldn't give up his daughter not because he hated Leonidas. However, he knew that this was not true.

Leonidas looked at Disha who looked confused and anxious, he stretched out his hand, hoping that Disha would take his hand and hold it, showing everyone that they loved each other.

"Disha, do you want to be with me?" He said softly. Disha trembled, she couldn't answer Leonidas' question.

Lucien sighed, he didn't know how long Leonidas had to push himself like this. It was very clear that he and Disha couldn't be together. But he continued to fight until the end.

"Father, I-"

"You want to let go of your father's hand, my daughter?"

"Commander Sheerkan, hand over Disha to me! I won this contest and I want you to hand over Disha to me!" Leonidas was starting to lose patience. He tried to restrain himself from being arrogant because he didn't want Disha to hate him. Disha respects her father a lot and he appreciates that.

"Father?" Disha begs her father. She didn't know why her heart so wanted her to be with her lover.

Commander Sheerkan gave up, he let go of his hand and let Disha go to the man she loved. Leonidas hugged Disha's body tightly and they kissed in front of everyone.

Lady Margaretha was very shocked to see how the crown prince and her daughter kissed. She panicked when she saw the Queen Mother standing in front of the gate with several palace guards.

"Your Honour?"

Disha and Leonidas stopped their kiss when they realized the atmosphere was suddenly tense and gloomy. The Queen Mother walked with stiff steps towards the place where her two grandchildren were.

She heard this news quickly and when she found out that Leonidas won the competition, she was furious and immediately went to Commander Varadkhar's residence to drag Leonidas back to the palace.

"Grandma?"

One slap landed right on Leonidas' face. In his whole life, this was the first punch his grandmother had ever give.

"You really mad! What are you thinking, Leonidas...?" Queen Mother shouted. She could no longer hold back her anger and now it was Sheerkan and his daughter's turn to be punished.

"Sheerkan...! Do you know what your daughter has done? Did you know that your daughter made love to the great prince Almaric during the matchmaking party? How embarrassing! Your daughter seduces Leonidas with her body! You damn slaves, is this part of your plan? You want to destroy the Emperor's family?"

"Grandma, stop...!"

"You're asking me to shut up? You've been blinded by love, Leonidas! Come to your senses! You are a great crown prince, you can't be with a girl from a slave clan like her...!"

"Grandma, I said stop...!" Leonidas shouted at his grandmother. He was so angry that everyone in this place could feel his anger.

His shining amber eyes turned black. He was almost at the peak of his frustration. He didn't know why it was this hard just to be with the girl he loved. Commander Sheerkan and Lady Margaretha were silent without a word, they really felt embarrassed and depressed.

"Leonidas?" The Queen Mother was at a loss for words, she didn't expect her beloved grandson to snap at her in front of her people just to protect a woman's feelings.

Disha's tears fell, she no longer knew how this inappropriate love story would end. She realized her love for Leonidas, although it was a little late. However, what she received was a painful humiliation. She had hurt her father and mother, as well as her four brothers who were unable to do anything because they knew their position.

Disha knelt in front of the Queen Mother, begging for forgiveness for the mistakes she had committed.

"Your Majesty, I beg you to forgive me! This is all my fault, therefore I beg-"

"Soledad, I don't want you to degrade yourself like that-"

"Your Majesty, I am truly sorry! I beg you from now on please forget me!"
