Chapter 76 - Great
***
Ace's POV:
Heather and I got dressed once back in the office. She was done and turned to me with an odd stare.
"What?"
"My panties. You ripped them you naughty boy," she shook her head, folding her arms. I chuckled.
"So?"
Her mouth dropped open in amusement.
"So? We still have about four hours before we go home."
"Once again, so? It'll be fun knowing that you're walking round the office without panties," I wriggled my brows at her. She smiled and rolled her eyes.
"Naughty."
"I know," I kissed her forehead before picking the ripped panties and putting them in my pocket, "I'll keep this as souvenir about this magical afternoon. My knees are still weak," I admitted. Heather had milked the hell out me.
"Good."
"How do you do that?" I asked stupidly and she laughed.
"What do you want me to say? I have powers," she laughed and headed for the door, "Now I'm sure you'll never be with any other women. You'll always end up coming back to me."
"Why the fuck would I look at another chick?? You've clearly owned me."
"Right. I left my marks on your back," she winked, giggled and left the office.
What a day.

Sawyer's POV:
That night, my mother drove me up to the bank and waited patiently in the car for me to go get the money. I was lending her some, not giving. Did she know how precious a million was?
Minutes after, I returned with a bag full of money.
"Here," I aimed the bag at her through the window.
"You're not coming in?" she asked.
"No. I'm gonna take a taxi to a friend's place. Ain't spending the night with you," I folded my arms.
"Fine. Get lost then."
I smirked.
"That's your wish. It won't happen though. I can't go missing. Not until you repay my million. Pft!" I turned on my heel and walked down the street where I took a taxi cab.
Christina's POV;
I loved both my daughters but Sawyer was just so stubborn and annoying. She had always been since she was a kid. But I had to live with it. I had the million I needed. Perfect. I started my car and drove off.
At a point everything went wrong.
I was a few streets away from mine when my car stopped. For nothing.
I got out to see what was wrong. I was in a dangerous neighborhood and no one could be seen anywhere.
"What the fuck is this??" I said to myself, opening the front of the car. Great. Now I had to find a way to get home because Sawyer could not come pick me up.
I took my phone out. I wanted to call Heather. I was about to do so when I felt something against the back of my head. My eyes widened.
"Don't move," a deep voice said.
OH MY GAWD!
A gun was pointed at the back of my head. I slowly raised both hands, fear taking over me. Someone then appeared in front of me, all dressed in black and with a mask. They were two. One was behind me with the gun.
"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" the man laughed, "Christina Welds, huh?"
Oh my god. They know my name!
"P– please, what do you want?!"
"The million!" he retorted angrily.
Who were they? How did they know?
"P– please! Take the money. Spare my life!"
He started laughing. The other joined him too.
"Your life?? Oh, Christina prefers to give the money! This is a first! Get the bag," he told the second and pointed the gun at my forehead.
I watched the second guy get the bag of money at the back of the car.
"I would love to kill you, Christina. But I have better punishment awaiting you. You don't know the storm's that coming."
Who was he?
"W– who are you??" I asked, afraid. He laughed.
"Your worst nightmare. Your past."
"Who are you?"
He looked at me in the eyes and to my shock I watched him take off his mask. He smiled at me.
"W– who are you???"
"I'm Sheridan. Remember me, aunty Christy? You'll be seeing me often."
Before could process what I'd just heart, with his gun, he hit me so hard on the head that I lost consciousness. The next thing I felt was the cold floor.

Ace's POV:
I waited patiently for the boys to return. After an hour, they came into my apartment. I stood up happily.
"How did it go??" I asked.
"Fine. Here's the million," Keith threw the bag at me, "Everything's awesome! Max is the best actor I've ever seen!"
They both laughed and threw their masks and guns aside.
"Really??"
"Yeah! Should've seen the shock on her face when I took off the mask and told her I was Sheridan! The witch!" Max laughed and landed on the couch.
"Yes! You're both the best guys I've ever known!" I laughed, and we gave each other fist bumps.
The plan had been a success.
Max was the second best buddy I'd ever had and I saw it right to tell him about my past and little secret because I thought he would be of great help, which turned out to be true. He'd also slept with Christina in my place.
When I'd told him my story, he was as shocked as Keith when I'd first told him too. And he'd sworn to help me get my company back by taking the risk of letting Christina identify him as me, Sheridan. That would leave her traumatised for days.
Max was perfect for the job. He had brown hair like me when I was younger, just that my hair color deepened as I grew up. But my enemies didn't know that because they thought I was dead, and plus, max had brown eyes like me. Anyone who didn't know me as Sheridan could easily believe at first sight that he was Sheridan.
Keith could've been Sheridan but he was blonde. And plus, Christina and Sawyer knew him as my friend when we'd met them at bay beach.
"We did good to hack her car."
"Yeah. But after knocking her unconscious, we repaired it."
"That's great! This calls for celebration. I got good wine!" I told them happily and we all laughed.
