CHAPTER 14

SHAKEERA's POV
"Shakeeraaaaaa......" A Deafening screams was greeted me as I entered our office. It was coming from Marie and Kris. I covered my ears, its like that my eardrums will going to explode with their screams.
"What is that? It's an earache." As I  complained to them. 
"You huh, explain. Why are you together with Sir? And then why do Shawn and Sir look alike huh? You, you and Sir are YOU?!" They said together. In a shocked and surprised way. As if they can't believe it.
"Wait, wait, just wait!" I raised my hand and stopped them. "What are you saying there?" I was confused as I told them. "Sir and I? My, No! No You are wrong in what you are thinking whatever it is." I explained to them.
"So, why are you together huh? And Shawn?" Marie still yelled at me while her one eyebrow's arching.
"Shawn? What's wrong with my son? Oh, And then Sir and I are together because Mike wants him to send us home. That's all, wait, where is that fool anyway?" I asked them.
"Yes, where is that idiot? I want to hit him big time." Kris added.
"Good morning ..." We turned to the sudden speaker.
"Speaking of the devil!" Suddenly Marie said and immediately hit him on the nape.
"OUCH Marie why? It hurts you know." He complained while rubbing his neck.
"Are you still asking?!" He immediately ran away when he saw Kris' arm wanting to punch him too.
"Are you kidding with with us Mike huh?" As Kris continues.
"You know Mike you're so annoying, why are you hiding from us huh? Don't you trust us so you keep it a secret? We've been together for a long time, and we're friends. But We're just fools. If we hadn't come to your party we wouldn't know who you really are, Mike. Imagine, the owner of this company is your relatives, not just a relative but a family. Or maybe you might be one of the stockholders here." I told him harshly.
The shock on their faces was very obvious from what I said. Their eyes widened and their jaws dropped. It seems like they know nothing about it. I turned my back on them and headed to my table.
"Mike?" The two asked him again. They really know nothing about it. He just made a peace sign to the two and smiled.
"It's not like that Sha, will, you never ask and I only want to be normal like you guys. I don't want to fool you, I just don't want you to hesitate towards me. I don't want you to think I am arrogant, I don't want you to stay away from me. And I'm comfortable with you guys, even if you always murdered me. I'm sorry , I love you guys." He explained. He still clasped both hands. He looks like a child with a big sin. And begging for forgiveness.
"You mean Sir James is really your family? So that is why he's also at your party?" Kris's eyes widened in shock.
"His cousin Kris" I said. They don't seem to know really, based on their reactions.
"C-Cousin?! As in really cousin?!" She stammered as she said it.
"How did you know it Sha?" They suddenly changed their expression on their faces. From panic to curiosity.
"He introduced Me and my son, so I found out. Then another one, the CEO's secretary Miss Charry was his sister, imagine that? How foolish we are." I added.
"Really?" They said and they were still shocked.
I just nodded to them.
WHILE some of my colleagues simply said, my son is such a cute, adorable handsome little guy, and they also notice the similarity with our boss. And they said It is not obvious that I already have a child too. And they don't think I already have.
Our talks were immediately cut off when Mrs. Ramos entered our department. Suddenly, they immediately went back to their respective areas. And then all become busy as well. But before that, I stopped because Marie spoke again before she returned to her table.
"Sha can we talk?" I was surprised by that serious question. So I stared at her.
"Of course, what are we going to talk about?" I asked her.
"Later on, during our lunch break. Let's eat outside." She said,
"OK all right then, just the two of us?" I answered her.
"No It's just the three of us, Kris, not including that idiot." She smirked at me. It really looks like we're going to have a serious talk later.
SO when lunch time came, the three of us just had lunch together outside. It's just Outside of the company actually. Many employees were also eating here. These two are really serious about not including Mike.
"What are we going to talk about?" I immediately asked them as soon as we sat down. We have already ordered. And We took a seat in the corner. It's almost full already.
The two were still looking at each other. Before Kris spoke. "Please don't be mean when we ask you Sha ok." She said,
"Why is that?" I'm really curious. I felt nervous at the kind of stare they had towards me. Very serious, like their examining me and looking angry. A sharp look as if I did something wrong to them. 
"Hey! What? Is there any problem, did I do something wrong? What is that, just tell me.Your killing me, like you want to kill me with your looks, and if only looks could kill, I'm already dead with that huh?" I'm really confused.
But I was surprised by the reaction of the two.
"Hahahahahahahaha". They suddenly burst out of laughing, while holding on to their Belly, they don't care about the people who are already watching our direction.
I frowned at them. "What's so funny huh?"I scolded them. 
"You know what Sha your reaction is, your reaction is really funny. It's like you want to make it pop but you can't and you forced it to you know that?" And Marie still laughed at what she said.
"Just Like that?" I raised an eyebrow at her. "So your just making fun of me?" As I continued. And hitting them one by one. "Silly, you two are really rude huh?" I said more.
They are still laughing at me. "Your reaction is really funny Sha, promise." The laughter on Kris' face never fades. 
"Promise your face. Your face. You're making fun of me again." I said angrily
"Sorry?" Marie said. "We just want to be with you, alone." She said and suddenly looked seriously.
"So, that means you really have nothing to say to me?" I said.
"NOTHING." They said at the same time again. With a smile, the two ran and signed peace.
"Your good time is good huh, it's like my soul is flying away from my body. And I'm nervous? My god, I can't explain." I told them I was still shaking my head. They signed peace with me again.
They also calmed down, but I could still see their gaze on me. I feel like they really want to ask something.
"What's really that huh? I felt that you really want to know something from me. Spell it out." I can't stand it anymore. They looked at each other again.
"Amm, Sha." It was Kris who spoke, it was still very scratchy. And still hesitant. I just looked at her. "Ah what, your son, Shawn, is so handsome." She said cautiously and he still laughed. 
"So, what do you mean? Direct it to the point." I said, but I seem to know what that means.
"That he looks like Sir James? If Sir is the father of my son? I know that's what you want to know, to ask. But sad to say it's a very big NO!" They were even surprised by what I said.
I just smile at them. "Will actually, I just met Sir earlier, ahm will actually first we meet at the mall when we  bought a gift for Mike. Second when he introduced  himself to us as our new Boss. And last when Mike introduced him to his party with their parents. But it's just a coincidence that they have a resemblance with my son. Is that okay now? I know you won't believe, but, that's the truth, nothing but the truth. Even me was surprised too." I have a long explanation for them. That made them silent. Even though it looks like they are still not convinced by what I said. But they did not speak anymore. And we continue to eat quietly.
