CHAPTER 15

JAMES POV
"Mama Papa!" He called to us as he ran closer to our seat. We were at the park sitting on the lying blanket. It was so fun to watch Shawn playing with the other kids.
"Be Careful buddy you might stumble!" I told him. He immediately worshiped us with his mother's hug, hmm it feels good. "I love you papa, I love you mama." He said to us and kissed our cheeks. When he reached us.
"I love you too son."
AND even in my sleep the mother and son I saw in my dream. I get up from my bed. Everything seemed real, and then I still felt the warmth of his hug on my body. It was already morning, so I got up and prepared to go to the hospital.
I feel bored, I am getting tired of this life. The feeling that when you fall asleep in the night and wake up in morning I only see myself. I only feel my presence.
Suddenly I just thought and I saw an image of the mother and child sweetly smiling at me. I just shook my head with that thought.
Maybe I was just carried away by the looks of the child. Because we really look alike. And I know mommy and daddy noticed that too, and even my aunts. The way they look at that kid, it's like they want me to confess that the child is mine. I just gasped at the thought.
I'm just wearing a simple branded blue T-shirt, which is one of my expensive brands. I was wearing brown shorts, and a pair of boat shoes.
I first went to a coffee shop to order some coffee. Before going to the hospital.
I saw my mom and dad sitting on the bench outside the ICU, dad hugging her. I know my mom is crying because her shoulder is shaking.
I felt like my heart was broken into pieces again in this scene.
I cleared my throat, so they turned to me. Mom hurriedly stood up when she saw me and came. "James hijo." She came and hugged me. She is still crying.
"Mom please don't cry, he will be OK." I told her and caressed her back. 
"Son, he's in coma, Your brother is in coma." It made her cry even more. As I hugged her
"Let's pray for his fast recovery mom. Lets pray for him, He will wake up soon mom, let's just keep on talking to him always, and keep on praying. He can hear us. He will be fine, mom, he will. And please mom take care of yourself too. You might also get sick. Everything will be OK promise mom." I comfort her. And I led her back to the chair. She just nodded at me. I kissed her on the forehead.
"Have you been here before dad?" I asked him, As I tapped him on the shoulder.
"Yes son, and that mommy of yours is still crying and I can't stand for it." Dad said no to me. He hugged my mother again.
"Dad, you and mom should go home first, I'll take care of it. So that you can rest, mom looks so stressed and it's not good for her health." I told dad. "Mom please?" I begged her. She didn't want to go yet so I forced her to go home  so she can rest, rest her mind and herself.
"OK we'll go ahead, call us right away when he wakes up okay?" She just told me.
"Promise mom I'll tell you right away when he wakes up. Don't worry mom."
And they left.
I'm on my way to, My brother's doctor when I got out of the ICU. But I suddenly stopped when I saw someone. And I clasped my hands, and I was still stunned. I will never forget, it's been six years. Six f*cking years, but still fresh in mind as if everything just happened yesterday.
'What that woman is doing here, still she does not change.' In my thoughts. 
She is wearing a red tube that can see her navel and tight jeans.
'Who do you think you are.' I smirked and gritted my teeth. I can't help myself.
I did not realize that I had followed her. And she entered the room. I also stood there for a few minutes in the distance, looking at the closed door.
But soon it opened again, and the woman came out with the old man I spotted. And the two of them look obviously in a relationship. Because the way she clung to the man's arm. And a wide smile for him while they are talking.
'Poor old man, Know nothing. Your partner is just fooling you around. Just using you.' In my thoughts again as I look at them.
Before they could see me I turned around, And went my way. But before I could get away I just heard the man speak.
"Babe what's wrong, why do you stop?"
"Oh nothing babe, I just thought I saw someone I know only." She said to her companion in a flirting way.
"OK let's go, I'm hungry and I want to eat you." I heard it and she giggled at what her companion said.
And I went to Dr. He told me a lot. And my brother has to stay in the ICU until he wakes up to monitor closely. I didn't stay long, and I left the hospital after we talked.
I decided to go to SCC even without work, I need to make my mind busy. Lots of files of work need to be finished.
But I just stared at the files on the table in front of me. That woman came to my mind again.

Flashback
'Calling Lannie.....'
"H-Hello b-babe, you called?" Lannie answered my call, I frowned. Her voice tone is different, it's weak. It was like she was afraid to be heard. And still stuttering.
"Babe are you okay?" I asked her. 
"Yes --- yeah I'm okay babe. Why, ahmm what made you think I'm not? I'm okay, ok". She says she tried to adjust her speech and voice.
"OK. Babe? Can you stay with me and warm my bed tonight? I miss you so much." I was Smiling as I told her. And my 'friend' here is awake.
"T-Tonight? Ahm ok I'll try to come tonight. Ahm because my daddy is here now." She says
'His daddy? I thought she was an orphan.' I just frowned.
"His daddy uncle babe. Ahm he is my daddy's brother." She seemed to know what I was thinking now.
"I'll wait for you tonight OK babe, I miss you-" I'm not done yet with what I said when I heard someone talk to her. Suddenly the person I was talking to on the phone disappeared. I just frowned again because she's acting strange. Why?
About eight o'clock in the evening she still did not come to my unit. I tried to call her but her phone is off. I suddenly felt bad. I wait for another hour, still nothing. So I decided to go to her unit. Because maybe something bad happened to her..
Along the way I still tried to contact her, but still her phone was off. I really felt nervous. I accelerated my driving, and I got to her place immediately.
I don't bother to ring the doorbell anymore, I have her spare key. So I quickly opened her unit. A chaotic living room opened up for me. The scattered items are all almost on the floor. 
I turned in the direction of her room, and ran closer to it. I was about to touch the door knob to open when I heard a noise. My fists clenched, and gritted my teeth at what I heard. "Daddy ohh daddy." I heard a familiar voice moan.
"Baby faster Ahhhh,  f** k you're so good.. Ohhhh-ahhhh move faster baby move..." I heard the man's voice.
'Shit!' I slowly opened the bedroom door without them realizing it. My eyes narrowed, burning with anger. As I witnessed by my two eyes. I wanted to run over there and punch them with all my strength, but I just controlled myself.
My girlfriend with another man, naked in the room. And on top of the man. Moving. Grinding. 'You b***ards.' I left her unit, and I kept the door open so I didn't bother to close it.
Before I can do something I will regret it in the end. I immediately left that place.
"B*tch. Whore. Sl*t."

I still get angry. I was just surprised when I felt pain in my right hand. I cut the pencil I was holding.
"D*mn Sh*t!" Can't help but curse.
