Chapter 8.
**Narrator’s POV.**
The day Tessa had been waiting for impatiently had finally arrived, even though it made her look quite desperate, she could not hide her excitement. Alex O’Connell had asked her out- on an actual date, nothing could spoil her week. Especially, her mother who found absolute joy in pissing her off, she did not let any of the things her mother said get to her, or, Gabriel O’Connell who was still an asshole and never passed up an opportunity to make a snarky comment about her.
She found it hard to believe that even with the way he acted like a complete jerk and asswipe, she still found him undeniably attractive- good looks was a strong trait in the family. He would insult her over and over but instead of hating him, she was slowly falling for him. But nothing could happen between them- ever. She was with his step brother in some kind of twisted way and he completely hated her guts, she could not have feelings for him.
She had bought the fanciest dinner dress her money could buy- it was the money that she had saved up from working multiple jobs when she had just lost her father. Unfortunately, everything was put to waste and she still lost the house that she was working to keep, the house that O’Connell banks had taken from her. She was such a hypocrite, here she was dressing up and getting pretty for a man whose father had ruined her life, but she reminded herself that she hated Andrew O’Connell, not his sons- not all of his sons at least.
She pulled the stupidly expensive dress on, she had bought it in red, fulfilling his wishes- it was also very tight around the bust and ass, it hugged her curves in the right places. She slipped on her brand new heels and did her makeup quickly, it was almost time for Alex to pick her up and she still hadn’t done it yet. Trying to be time friendly, she kept her makeup simple and minimal, trying her best not to go overboard like she usually did for special occasions.
She recalled the night of the Father-Daughter dance at her old school, just the year before her father passed away, she had spent all day perfecting her make-up since she was not all that good at the time, she then spent hours following make-up tutorials on the internet, finishing the wifi at home. All in all, she and her father were extremely late for the dance and could only have one dance together. Tessa felt really bad after her father died, if she had known that would be the last dance they’d have together, she wouldn’t have been so selfish that day.
She felt her eyes water with tears as she thought about her father, she stood in front of her fan quickly, allowing the cool breeze to dry off all the tears, if she cried, it would ruin her make up. Her father would not want her to blow this chance or cry, he had specifically said that in his last words, “When I go, I don’t want you to cry over me”, of course, she still wept for months- she had just lost her father unexpectedly.
Hearing a text message pop up on her phone, she grabbed her clutch and rushed towards the door knowing Alex was there and fearing that if she waited a second longer, he would have a change of heart and leave. Maybe, he might realize that she wasn’t like the girl he usually dated- she was below his standards, way below.
“Where the hell are you going dressed like that?”, her mother had turned off the television for the sole purpose of picking on her, although, she was very surprised to see her daughter dressed up,
Tessa rolled her eyes, she had hoped that her mother was either in her bedroom or still in the main building, at least, she would be able to avoid this conversation and any other one with her, “Mind your business Bethel”, she sang- or she could just do that. She pushed the door open and there he was, dressed up in a snazzy tuxedo, with a bouquet of roses in his hand.
“Wow”, he said, “You look beautiful”, his eyes trailed over her body, dangerous thoughts invading the small space of his head,
“You look good yourself”, a blush was evident on her face as she said these words, he was the only guy that had ever called her beautiful before,
“You my dear just made my dream come true and I promise to fulfil yours”, he placed his arms around her waist and lead her away from the building, “The car is around the back”, he took her to the other side of the house where a limo was waiting on them. Her eyes widened at the sight,
“A limo? What happened to your car?”, she was impressed that he had put so much effort into this night,
“Well, I never take my car out on special occasions and this is one of them”, she shrugged and led her into the car.
**Alex’s POV.**
She looked hot- in fact, hot was an understatement of the century. She looked absolutely stunning with her tight as fuck red dress that clung well to her beautiful body, those heels- damn, I would love to have them digging into my back as she screamed my name relentlessly as pleasure rushed through her body.
As she entered the limo, her sexy as hell ass shot up and I was extremely tempted to hold it in my hands, just give it a little squeeze to know how it felt and how well it would jiggle when I’m slamming my dick balls deep into her from behind. That would be a wonderful sight to see.
“What are you thinking about?”, her gentle voice said, snapping me out of my lustful thinking,
“About you”, I smirked and enjoyed watching the pink that stained her cheeks, I leaned down and kissed her cheek quickly, feeling the heat on my lips, “You’re hot”, I pointed out, purposely giving my sentence a double meaning,
“Stop it”, she became red and gave me a slight nudge on the arm,
“I am doing nothing beautiful”, okay, so maybe I enjoyed seeing her turn into a tomato all the time and I had an extremely good way with words, I know what to say to every girl after five seconds of meeting them, I know what every girl wants to hear and I know exactly how to impress them. It was a humble skill of mine.
Tessa though, she was completely different- I think I meant every single thing I told her; she was extremely beautiful- not the average kind that would take you one glance to know, but the kind of beauty that deserves a second glance- a glance that could change your view of everything on earth. Nature as a whole.
She was smart- I had never met a smart and beautiful girl until I met Tessa, she beat the stupid stereotype that all blondes are dumb, she was blonde but she was anything but dumb.
I could actually see a future with her- not that I am ready to commit fully anytime soon but I could love Tessa if I tried really hard- extremely hard to.
To be honest, before Tessa came along, her type of personality was far from my type; I slept with models, major actresses, business associates, rich women, you name it. A few weeks ago, I could proudly tell you that I would never see myself with a girl like Tessa; average girl, short, unemployed, sassy and spit fire-
“Alex!”, speak of the angel, she was shaking my hand, “You keep zoning out on me”, her pouty plump lips formed a frown, her lips were beautiful and they looked incredibly soft, would she hate me if I just lean down and kiss her?
“Um, yes, I’m sorry about that sweetie”, I shined my recently whitened teeth at her,
“Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that the limo stopped”, she stated,
“Wait, it did?”, how had I not noticed? Was I that deep in my thoughts to not even take note of my surroundings? This had never happened to me before- I mean, I could spot a hot girl miles away if I was extremely horny and needed a good lay,
“Yes, it did. I cannot believe you brought me to Le Bernardin, I feel so underdressed”, she pouted those beautiful full lips- she was a temptress, even without trying to, she was luring me towards her and I was about to give in to every unintentional temptation she threw at me.
