Chapter 13: Disbelieve

"Who was she," he asked himself, the force she had exerted while pushing him off her was one he had never come face to face with.
He knew it was no ordinary force she was more than that she was no human he could attest to that or better still she had been possessed by something.
This means she was possessed by demons if it was that Ashton growled stating they would have to save their mate because it was not normal to let the demons possess her, they needs to save her from the claws of the evil one.
"Anthony?" he called through telepathy but Anthony seemed to be busy possibly with his mate. He had just introduced her to the lack and also wanted to consummate their union fast to beat a child something he had always wanted but Masin feared he was going to have to stop by and disturb their little honeymoon the lack needed his services hence he had to leave his beautiful mate to make the packing area safe for them all to live in.
"Anthony?" he called on string mice more and this time he could hear their telepathy Anthony adjusted to answer his call "Yes Mason?" he answered he was the only one who dared to call him by his name and would not get punished because they had been childhood friends with Alphonso inclusive until Alphonso decided he was going to have to revenge what his father had not gotten. from Mason's father when all talking for him to realize that they didn't need to fight the battles of their father Alphonso cut and went on to his pack and since then it has been a matter of tug of war for them and numerous k8llikgs which was instituted by Alphonso the one which just happened a few weeks back was the one which had to break the camel's back he wasn't expecting Alphonso would go that far but her he was planning some kind of coup de tar to deal with Alphonso and he was still just starting.
"We need to meet, sorry I am disturbing you, but there's an issue that has come up," he said, and almost like a wind from their werewolf speed Anthony was by Mason who don't want to walk in Anthony probably thrusting into his mate hard for the same of a child.

When Anthony heard this first he was happy his friend and Alpha now had found his mate the only thing that was not in retrospect was the fact that his Alpha had not yet marked this Devi woman because he sure liked her even though he had seen her just once in the day she was drugged and brought to the pack because Mason didn't want her to be dancing in front of other men.
Anthony has never liked Angela because she had a certain aura that sensed danger she was always too edgy and thought she was the Luna of the pack, he smiled thinking what if she finally got to the point of finding out that Mason had found his mate and she would be pushed to the back pretty soon?
They began their search that night and when Mason and Anthony sneakingly went to Devi's house peeping through the window she was talking to an invisible being and he could see her doing some enchanting and asking this spiritual being what she was doing was correct ed she got an answer she continued with her enchanting when suddenly she turned towards the window with cat-like eyes and cut the branch of the tree under which Mason and Anthony hid and it hit them as they fell to the ground Devi rushed outside to find who was peeping on her but when she got there she found no one and discarded the branch of the tree from the window area and returned into the house to continue with her so-called training with the in is le being.
" If you weren't our Beta we should have been killed this night man, your mate is a feisty one" Anthony stated while panting heavily.
"And a witch I suppose," Mason said panting too.
No wonder she had no scent and I couldn't pick a scent from her, no wonder I couldn't beat her or realised her hold when he told me gk let her go.
"But how could the gods mate me up with a witch our worlds are apart," he said, or more like asked a question.
"For the most part, we do not know if she indeed is a witch or was just enchanting nonsense but she has got to have some powers with the way she was cat-eyed like, " Anthony told his friend and suggested he went to visit Devi the next morning without looking suspicious because if he did she was going to know he was the one who had been at her window peeping this night meanwhile he had a mate to return to and he could feel his mate needed his warmth and was lost probably under heat and just like that Madon was left in his thoughts the entire night just to find that Angela was on his bed in lingerie and when she received that he had entered the room she got up and seductively walked towards him wanting to have some sugar but he wasn't having it.
"You said I was needed in the pack this afternoon but she. I came I didn't find you" she said trying to sound calm and angry at the same time.
"Next time, don't you ever try following me up ever again hope you got me?" he asked holding her neck and her legs were not touching the ground, she knew she was in trouble hence she shook her head and accepted saying she was sorry and when he placed her down he told her to exit his room for he didn't want to see her or have any conjugal meeting with her this night or the other nights to come because he was busy and had other things to take care of surrounding his pack and in his company and she should take this time to figure out how they would get employees for the company and not skimpy ones but those who would work for what they are being paid, Eve. if it meant hiring from the pack because the human species were most definitely becoming a force to reckon with because of their bimbo-like dressing and always wanting to be noticed but if they got their pack personnel they would understand that there was more to deal with at the pack than showing off skin to their body who was not interested.
It was like Aurora had been in a dazed state as she awoke that morning trying to remember the happenings of last night and also why her body ache before she remembered she had been training with her guardian gr9k the witch's world after she had met the mother of the land she had been given something to drink and then all she could remember was she felt she was a supernatural being with so much power.

Speaking of which the doorbell rang and something in her instinctively told her it was Mason so she slowly went to the door and opened it and behold it was Mason.
"How can you open the door without asking who it was?" he asked shocked because where she stayed was a call for concern and she needed to be extra careful when answering the door unless it had to confirm his fears that she was Indeed a with and ha this sense of him being around.

She went about discussing as any other human would and he could not make out the difference between her scent and the way the cold air blew his nostrils.
"I have no idea what you are playing at but I would know what is happening with you pretty soon," he thought inwardly as he watched her sip her coffee, and then she told him she had somewhere to be and then. he asked if he could join the recused and asked him if he didn't have someplace to be more like his office or to check on the club.
When. he heard that he took it as his cue to leave and she went about her day when he got home he asked Angela to summon the pack seer because he had to know who Devi was.
When the old man came he smiled and told Mason he knew why he had called and also the gods had answered him very fur a mate.
"Indeed Aurora is your mate, and she would help you fight the enemies of our pack do not be afraid that you are worlds apart! she is good and she was paired with you for the greater good of our pack although it would not be an interesting of a happy journey," said the seer.
"So her name is Aurora"!!!
