Chapter Forty-One

Candy brought her hand to Stolas’ chin, tilting his head to the side as she peppered his skin with love bites. Her other hand worked his cock, enjoying the way that he lay panting beneath her.

“I want it.” He said with a moan as he bucked his hips.

Candy smiled against his heated flesh before she sucked it into her mouth, roughly digging her teeth in.

Stolas pulled back, brushing his hand over Candy’s shoulder as he licked the blood from his lips. He held out his arm for Annie and she moved closer to them.

“So about that shower?”

“I think that can be arranged.” Candy giggled as she kissed Stolas before leaning over and pressing a kiss to Annie’s lips.

“We need it.” Annie said, wrinkling her nose and looking at her mates.

“Or a bath,” Candy said as she rolled off the bed and padded to her closet. She grabbed her robe and moved back to the bed. “Are you okay?”

Annie nodded, a blush spreading over the tops of her cheeks as Candy helped her stand. She held the robe open for her and Annie’s blush spread down her neck as she turned around, slipping her arms into the sleeves. “Better than okay.”

Stolas moved to the edge of the bed. Grabbing a hold of the sash a pulling Annie closer to him as he tied the silky black fabric into a knot beneath her breasts. “Come here, Sunflower.”

“Sunflower?” Annie asked as she looked down at him.

“Sunflower.” Stolas repeated as he stood, his fingers moving to her chin as he tilted her head up so he could meet her gaze.

“He calls me hessonite.” Candy said as she wrapped her arms around Annie’s waist and nuzzled her nose along the side of her neck that bore her claim. Enjoying the way their scents married together, it soothed her wolf.

“Like the stone?” Annie asked.

“You gave me a nickname of a rock?” Candy asked with a pout.

“Strong, like the gemstone. Healing too.” Stolas smirked as he wrapped his arms around both women.

“We’ll have to come up with a nickname for you.” Candy said with a smirk.

“Little bird?” Annie said, pressing her lips together as she tried to hide her smile.

“Um, there is nothing about me that’s little.”

“I think we already know that.” Candy chuckled as she ran her hand up his side. Annie leaned back against Candy as Stolas’ thumb moved over her collar bone.

“I prefer commander.”

“Why commander?” Annie asked.

“I do command twenty-nine legions of hell, and it’s my character name in Clevania.”

“Twenty-nine legions?”

“Your sister said the same thing. You two are going to give me a complex.” Stolas said, thinking about when Sam had introduced him to Abby.

“You play too?” Candy asked with a gleam in her eye.

“Yeah, since it came out. Maybe we could make a date out of it one night.”

Annie let out a groan, “I think it’s a bit late to ask us on another date.”

Stolas’ lips twitched into a smile, “It’s never to late to ask my girls for a date.”

Candy felt her heart flutter at the tender way that Stolas was talking to Annie. She was glad that they had a mate that would continue to date them even after being mated and claimed.

Candy was glad that the romance wasn’t dead.

“Maybe tomorrow we can go to the movies, since we didn’t get to watch our movie today?” Candy asked as she pressed a kiss to Annie’s cheek.

“A night out with you two beautiful ladies?” Stolas’ grin widened, “I can’t wait.”

“What about it, Annie?” Candy asked.

“Yes, you two can decide on the film though. No horror.”

Stolas chuckled at her words as he walked over to the bed and pulled the sheet off the bed before wrapping it around his waist. “Now about that shower?”

“I think that it can be arranged.” Annie said as she moved to her dresser and pulled on an oversized shirt.
