Eight months later...
Mia's Pov
I opened my eyes to see the most amazing sight in front of me.
Victor was walking around dressed in black suit looking devilishly handsome.
"You have no right, looking so handsome early in the morning." I said rubbing my eyes.
"Good morning my Mia" he sat beside me and moved the loose strands of my hair from my face. He then leaned over and kissed my nose. I wrapped my arms around his neck, holding him close to me.
"Where do you think you are you going, looking like this?" I asked him pouting. He laughed at my tone
"To impress some she wolves of Southern moon pack"
I brought him even close to me
"I dare you, I will kill anyone who gets near you"
"Oh my! Jealous huh?"
"Need to protect whats mine. Why southern moon pack?"
"We are going to meet Alpha Dorman to discuss about the alliance, if there is a war..."
"WAR??" I asked getting scared
"Ya that rogue alpha, black devil, is planning something big, he has formed his own army. He has captured mates of all the warriors of the packs he attacked and forces them to fight for him. We think his next target is our pack, so we are going there to discuss about the alliance."
"Don't we already have alliance with them?"
"Ya, but soon Alpha Dorman will be handing his position to his elder son, what is his name again, Rogan, No... Rayman.... I don't remember...so we need to meet him and get acquainted with him as well."
With that he freed himself from me and went towards door
"I may get late, bye.." tell me something new.
I sat up straight in my bed, Wait a minute, did he say something about warrior mates getting captured by black devil?
'Relax nothing is happening, you will worry mate' Aya told me
'Ya but, what if he captures me, cause he will definitely want Vic by his side...and then..he will throw me in some dungeons and... and tie me up with silver chains and torture me to get Vic fight against his own people...and..'
The whole thing just got me worrying like hell... anxiety taking over me.
"Mia? What happened why are so distressed?" Victor asked me through mind link
He felt it I suppose, after all these months together, our bond had grown strong. We could feel each others emotions and feelings, as if our own.
"No I was just thinking about what you told..um..about Black Devil..."
"Don't worry, No one will ever touch you as long as I am breathing."
"Vic..." I got so emotional hearing that.
"I should have not told you in first place."
"No its ok, I am ok, don't get bothered for me"
"Hmm"
"Love you, get back soon my cupcake" I cooed.
"Cupcake!! Love you too, take care" he closed the link after that.
'I better get going, I have task at hand, being warrior is not easy you see' I get up from my bed and walk towards bathroom.
'Warrior?" Aya asked playfully.
'Ok, Junior warrior, happy? But I will be warrior soon. I train hard you see.' Saying that I flex my arms. I had achieved a decent body and strength after Victor made me slog for months.
So I was Junior Warrior now and had patrolling duty along with being assistant trainer to under age wolfs.
I got ready and went down for breakfast. Christabel and Bianca were already there.


Victor's POV
Cupcake!!!! Why she keeps calling me some dessert.
'Don't pretend as if you don't like it' Lex growled. I scratched my brows with back of my thumb.
'Ya but there are so many other endearments like Love...Honey...sweetheart... umm.... Darling..'
'Daddy....' Lex coaxed in
'Dadd...ya..Whatever' I said blushing, thought of Mia calling me Daddy, made me twitch down south.
"What made you blush Warrior Kentucky" I heard Greg say with a smirk on his face
"Non of your concern Beta" I said bowing to him.
He raised his brows
"You better watch your tongue Warrior Kentucky" he said mischievously
"Are you threatening me Beta." I said and fake punched him on face, he acted like stumbling back and then fake punched me in my abdomen. I too acted my part by clenching my stomach and bending over as if hurt. I don't why we were acting funny early in the morning.
"Are you two done being teenage boys?"
Jaxon asked us, standing in front of us with his arms crossed, looking like a dashing no nonsense Alpha in his dark blue suit. Sandra was standing behind him, laughing.
"Yes Alpha, Luna" we both said straightening our clothes and bowing to them.
"Lets go or else we will get late" we followed behind them like good boys.


Back to Mia's Pov
I got ready and went down for breakfast. Christabel and Bianca joined us. After our many late night pizza parties and truth and dare games, we had became good friends.
I looked at Bianca, sipping her coffee slowly. She looked tired, didn't I tell you, having a human mate is complicated, even more for humans. She was pregnant and its taking toll on her small body. Carrying a werewolf pup takes a lot of energy and strength which her body was not able to produce. Jace was taking care of her like a baby. What mattered was they both were so happy.
What would it feel to have Victor's pup in me, will he too take care of me just like Jake? Will it be too soon for me to think about being mother?
"You had your medicines baby?" I heard Jace ask Bianca, bringing me out of my thoughts. All of us looked at them having their sweet moment, wondering about motherhood, I guess.
I pondered, if Vic will ever call me 'baby'. He never used any endearments for me. When I asked him why, his reply won me over again.
"Your name itself is an endearment for me, why do I need anything else?" He had said.
I had felt like eating him up at that time.
Christabel cleared her throat.
"Do all men take care of their pregnant mates like this ?" She asked looking at Jace
"Of course.... NOT, I am more sensetive, caring and compassionate than any of them." That is so typical of Jace.
"Ya you are right, Greg will be so overstressed, that I will have to take care of him." Linda said.
"And Alexa will have difficult time to express himself, as usual." Stella added.
"Taylor will be indifferent, am sure" Christabel said.
"Victor will be hardly there to look after me." I said feeling sad. With all his duties and missions outside pack territories, will he be able to take care of us?
"Bianca is the luckiest of us all" Christabel said.
All of us were in our own thoughts when jace asked about the preperation for tomorrow's party, jolting us back to reality.
Ohh yes, the party. Its Alpha's 25th Birthday and Luna had organised a huge party, inviting lots of people. I had to make a three tier cake and am not ever started, all I have is the sketch that Luna approved. Ohh goddess, help me.
"OMG, there are lots of things pending yet, lets get to work girls" Stella said getting worried.
"Ok ladies, I will take your leave, with Alpha, Beta and our head warrior gone, responsibilities of Pearl moon pack solely depends on me" Jace said pointing both his index finger on him with smug look. He went away saying that.
"Ok who is helping me with cake?" I asked with my hopeful eyes
"Not me" Christabel backed out
"I will help you, and Christabel, you help Stella with the decorations" Linda had sorted out.
"What do I do?" Bianca wanted to help too but with her condition...
"You review the menu and see what needs to be revised" Stella added quickly, passing her the list of food items.
"Not again!" Bianca scoffed. We all went to get started with the work.
It got late by the time I was finished with cake. I was tired like hell, all my muscles were screaming for relief. I went to our room and dropped dead on bed. Victor was not back.
In middle of night, I felt warm tingles on my lips, it kept coming and going. I embraced the warmth and comfort with smile forming on my lips, that were being continuously kissed by my mate. I opened my eyes and am meet with his grey storms that can distroy me.
"You are back my pumpkin pie" I said snuggling deeper into his bare strong chest.
"Ya am back my poppy seeds."
"Why Poppy seeds???"
"Why Pumpkin pie???" He asked.
I looked up at him and licked his lips
"Pumpkin pie is sweet, juicy and delicious"
I said with seducing voice.
"Oh! And poppy seeds are....ummm poppy seeds."I rolled my eyes to that.
I huffed, seriously this person can't even come up with something sensual to say?
"How was your meeting" I asked
"It was good actually, we meet the future Alpha as of now he is head warrior at their pack. We discussed lots of new techniques of fighting and sparing and Jaxon invited him tomorrow for the party. He is very strong Alpha, you get that domineering aura that emits from him."
"Hmm" I was not interested in any Alpha in middle of night.
"And his name is not Rogan or Rayman. Its David...."
Before he could complete his sentence, I flipped him on his back and straddled him.
"I am not interested in what his name is. Only one name have my undivided interest. Do you know that name." I said, tracing my finger on his sharp jaws.
He just kept staring at me.
"Its Victor..."I whispered in his ears with lust dripping from my voice.
"Oh!" Was all he could manage.
