Chapter 25

"Sera...! Sera...!"

Sera gasped, she immediately opened her eyes when she heard Nathan's voice calling her name. He felt a tremendous amount of anger from Nathan nd it scared her.

She really regretted what had happened between her and Leo this morning. She lost consciousness and she really couldn't believe that she had sex with Leo. When she woke up, she saw Leo lying naked beside him and worst of all his body was clean without a single thread.

He felt so embarrassed, he couldn't even say anything at that moment other than looking down and trying to remember what had happened. But Keith just hugged him and kissed his lips. Remembering all that made him unable to calm down. After Keith left to join the pack. Elen decided to lock herself in her room and wait for her family to come home. Being alone at home scared him.

Now she was here, standing in fear as she waited for Charlie to come to her. He heard Charlie scream, he had never seen Charlie so angry before and he couldn't imagine how terrible it was when Nathan was angry.

She heard the sound of footsteps approaching her. His body trembled, he panicked. Charlie walked with heavy steps toward him. The look in his eyes looked much colder and more terrifying. She froze, she couldn't move.

Nathan stood before her, staring at her with a murderous look that left Elen at a loss for words.

"C-Charlie?"

"How could you trick me, Elen?" asked Charlie. Elen panicked even more, she didn't expect Charlie to know everything she was doing.

"C-Charlie, I really didn't mean to-"

Charlie grabbed Elen by the neck and strangled her. Elen struggled, trying to free Charlie's grip.

"Ugh...Charlie, let me go-" Elen was choking, it was making it hard for her to breathe. But even though he had suffered like this, Charlie still didn't budge. His anger was unstoppable.

"You know, Elen? The thing I hate the most in this world is betrayal! I believed in you, because of you I tried to break the curse so I could love you. But what you did was humiliating me! that, don't you think, Elen?"

"Ugh..."

"Okay, looks like I have to give you a little punishment so you don't play with the promise you made!" He said as he released his grip.

"Cough...ugh..." Elen choked, trying to breathe. Her face was red, she thought that she would die at Charlie's hands.

"Charlie, I beg you to forgive me! I never thought of betraying you! I love you so much, Charlie! I swear, I love you so much!"

"Alright, I'll give you one chance! I want you to do as I tell you!"

"Whatever it is, I'll do it for you!"

"Do you remember the people who killed me on that ship?"

"I-I don't remember them! What should I do with them?" Elen asked, she was so scared from being under Charlie's pressure.

"I want you to kill them one by one and suck their blood like you did to that bastard. Do you understand, Elen?" Charlie continued to intimidate him with his eyes and his very scary orders.

Elen was shaking with fear, how could she kill someone? He never thought of killing someone. He didn't want to do it.

"Kill? I can't, Charlie! I can't kill someone! I can't do it!” Elen was crying hysterically. She couldn't do such a cruel thing even if it was to atone for her guilt to Charlie. Killing someone was too risky.

“You don't actually kill them, only in this world. In your dreams! Can't you do that too?"

"B-but I can't-"

"Why? Didn't you say you love me, Elen? Aren't you sorry that you betrayed me? Have you changed your mind now after making love to that damn wolf?” Charlie said. Elen was stunned, she didn't think that Charlie actually knew what she and Keith were doing. She felt very ashamed and guilty.

"Charlie, I really don't know what I-"

“You don't know? Don't make me laugh, Elen! You damn slut! You really made me angry! Are you not going to help me now? Do you want to let me continue this endless suffering?”

"It's not like that, Charlie! I only-"

“Please Elen, I want to see you do it for me. I want to see the people who love me take revenge for my death, I want you to take revenge on the people who tortured and killed me.”

"But how? I've never killed anyone before! I don't know what to do!”

"Okay, come with me!" Charly said while pulling Elen's arm, they went down the ship to find one of the men who killed her 80 years ago.

Elen doesn't realize that they are on the ship where Charlie was killed that night.

"Why are we here?"

“Did you see that guy?” Charlie asked, pointing to a big man with a mustache.

"H-he's the one who already-"

"Yeah, he's one of the culprits. He was the one who had killed me viciously that night. I want him to die first!"
