Please God save him

After that episode.

In the hospital.
Please God, don't. Save him, please. Elena will not spare Paul if anything really bad happens to him. She'll hand him over to the cops. No way, I'm not letting her do that because he's my only son.
After an hour, the doctor emerged from the room.

Doctor, how is Robert doing? Is he all right? " I dashed over to him.
"We tried our hardest, Mrs. D'souza," the doctor sighed, "but he is in a coma."
"So he's still alive?" I worriedly asked.
"He is, indeed, alive. What's the matter with him? ", the doctor asked.
"Actually, he slipped and tumbled down the stairs," I said, clearing my throat.
"I see, that was a really deep injury, Mrs. D'Souza. Don't be worried, though. We'll do everything we can to help him. I think he will recover quickly, "claiming that this doctor left. I smiled. He's all right.
Thank you, God. But, I am not willing to take any risks. After all, he was also my crime partner; now I need to contact him as soon as possible.

The opposing viewpoint

"Ma'am, your juice," a girl said as she approached.
"Thank you," I said as I grabbed the glass. "You stay here?" I inquired. "Yes, ma'am," she said, "but the boss comes on occasion." "Boss?" I asked.
"I'm talking about your hubby, ma'am," she said with a smile.
I took a sip of the juice and said, "Oh."
"Ma'am!" She called me. I said, "Yes."
"How did you guys meet?" she asked. When I heard her, I laughed and remarked, "We haven't met yet." "What"? She inquired, surprised.

"Yes, we haven't met," I said as I gazed out the window at the waterfront. Oh, don't be sad, ma'am," she tried to console me, "I know every girl has dreams of her marriage."

Maybe they have, I thought as I smiled. I used to do the same thing, but with a different person. He, on the other hand, forgot everything and changed himself.
"But, ma'am, our boss is quite attractive. You don't have to be concerned; when you meet him, you'll see for yourself that I'm not lying, "she explained.
I smiled but remained silent.

At midday, Anne came back home. Anne was so exhausted that she laid in bed.
Should I tell Elena about it?
I don't think it's the best time. She will not spare Paul's life if she finds he was the culprit.
"Ahhhh," I murmured, "this boy will never let me live in peace."
I stood up and walked out of the room, then walked up to Paul's door and opened it. Paul was dozing off. I approached him. The wound on his back was visible to me. I touched his wound and said, "My dear son! How could you hurt my kid like this, Robert? " Hearing Anne's words, Paul opened his eyes.
"What are you doing?" Paul asked.
"Can't I see my son?" Mom said. Anne took the ointment from the drawer. I tried to stand up, but my mother grabbed my arm and said, "Don't move," as she began to rub the cream on my wound.
I was laying in bed, thinking about Elena's father. "How's your husband?" I asked. Mom said, "He's in a coma." "You should not have done this, Paul. But it's a good thing he's not dead, so now you can take over his company, "she said.
"Mom," I said, softly and tiredly.
Anne's perspective.
After many years, Paul called me Mom like this.
Anne stroked Paul's hair and said, "Yes, honey."
"Are you human?" I asked.
