No!
"Noo," I screamed, covering my face. "It's not you!" "Do not deceive yourself. "I know you love me because you didn't hurt our child," Paul said.
Yes, you knew I wouldn't damage our child, you knew I wouldn't forget you, you knew I had a soft spot for you, and you knew how much I love you. My eyes filled up with tears. It's all your fault. You forced me to make this choice. You made me leave you. Now you're expressing your love for me. Why?
"Please don't cry." "It's not healthy for your health," Paul stated. Give me the ability to control myself, God. I will never come back to him. "Don't touch me, " I yelled.
"I want Derek. I'm not going with you. " "I've apologized to you hundreds of times and will continue to apologize to you for the rest of my life."
But I can't let you go just now. "We'll leave this city shortly," he added, as he began driving. "Paul, I don't love you." I don't want to be with you any longer. "Now stop the car," I yelled, but Paul ignored me. Damn it, if you don't let me go, I'll damage myself at any cost. If Derek finds Paul, he'll kill him. Or, if Paul, he will murder him.I won't let you guys suffer. "I said, stop. "It's a dangerous hilly road to drive on," he said as he came to a halt.
"What are you doing?" he screamed as he grabbed my hand.
"Leave me," I murmured, trying to free myself from his hands. "Stop it. Don't provoke me, Elena,"he added.
"Put an end to it. Elena, please don't provoke me, "he said. Paul instantly noticed two cars approaching. "Damn it," he said as he glanced at me.
Derek's point of view.
I looked all night for them but was unable to locate them. During the night, that jackass wasted no time in changing his location two or three times. And now I'm almost there. I won't let you take Elena with you.
"Sir," the driver said as the car came to a halt, and I dashed towards it.
"Fuck!" Paul is gone. You won't be able to get away from me.
On the way.
"Paul, please stop!" I pleaded. I was wrapped in his arm. He dragged me up. I saw he was panting heavily. Please, no more. I can't see you like this, Paul.
Paul's point of view.
I'm sure he'll take you from me. And I'll never give you to him. But I can't go too far with this. But I still want to keep my baby and Elena safe.
Suddenly, Elena called my name, "Paul."
After hearing me, Paul came to a complete halt in the middle of the road. He was gasping for air. He let go of his grasp, and I took the chance. I shoved him out of the way of the road and rushed alongside it.The road is far too slippery. It was snowing heavily yesterday night, I think. "Elena," he said. I couldn't go much farther, though. He had such an easy time catching me. "What's the matter with you? Why are you running from this place? You can't see how dangerous and sloppy the road is, can you? If you slip, you may fall from this angle, "he yelled. I couldn't stop myself from shivering. "I want you to leave. I don't want to live with you ", I stated.
He shouted, "Shut the fuck up!" He forced me to gaze at him. Why didn't you fight back before, Paul? I meant to hurt you, but instead of doing so, I hurt myself, and instead of punishing you, I am punishing myself. I've never thought of it in this way before. He instantly yanked me onto his chest. "Why are you putting up with me like this? Is it really so awful that you can't come with me? I killed my mother only for you, and I changed myself just for you. I'm trying to be a better man. I've punished everyone who has harmed you, and I'm even punishing myself. So, what's the point? ", he asked. "Paul, it's too late. I'm sorry, but I'm unable to be with you right now." I murmured, tears streaming down my cheeks. Hearing me, he tightened his grip on me.
Paul screamed, "Noo!" "Elena, it's not late." "I'm not going to let you go," he said. I locked my gaze on him. I noticed that he was crying. "Don't you want me anymore?" Paul said, touching my face. I shut my eyes. What am I supposed to do now? I can't do anything to Derek now. I continued to stare at him while touching his chilly face with my frigid fingers. "I'm sorry, Paul, but I'm not able to." "Try to understand," I said. "Can you love him as you love me?" he asked, holding my hand. I kept my mouth shut. "I know you won't be able to. If that's the case, why are you punishing both me and yourself? I hurt you, then why don't you hurt me? But please do not leave me. " "I'd like to live with you and my child," he said as he hugged me.
"Paul i-," I was about to say when the sound of a gunshot stopped me. I called his name, "Paul," and held him hard.
For a brief moment, I thought my heart had been shot. Is that the end of it? I heard Derek say, "Elena. But that didn't bother me. "Paul, are you okay?" I said, touching his back, which was damp. I looked down at my hand, which was covered in blood. The tears of Paul fall across my shoulder. He let go of his hold. "Nooo, I won't let you die," I screamed, tears rolling down my cheeks. I tightened my grip on him. I know if he lets go of his clutches, I won't be able to support his weight, and we're just right near the slope. "Please, someone help me," I yelled.
Paul's point of view.
Elena wrapped her arms around me and gripped me passionately. Doesn't she give a damn about our baby? She can fall with me. "Elena, say you forgive me," I held her, and murmured. She said, "Shut up and hold me tightly, please," while crying.
I smiled and said something quietly. And then, as soon as I noticed Derek approaching us, I shoved Elena and lost my footing. I was falling down a cliff when I heard Elena's voice calling my name.
"Elena," Derek said as he took my hand. Paul shoved me unexpectedly, and I saw him go down the cliff into the river. I murmured, "Paul." I was feeling a little woozy in my brain. I couldn't hear anything except Paul's words echoing in my ear.
