"You're crazy! Stop it!"

Gerry ran towards Samuel to stop Samuel's actions that were completely out of line. However, it was a very reckless action considering Samuel was holding a gun and to get closer to Samuel would be tantamount to harming yourself.

"Gerry, don't go near Samuel!" I screamed in panic.

It was too late because I was hearing gunshots, I reflexively closed my eyes and my body twitched slowly in shock from the gunshots. I wasn't used to these horrible sounds and my body immediately showed my frightened reaction.

I really don't want to see what's around here because everything looks scary, but I can't be selfish and I have to be brave because Gerry is also here and Samuel is in his peak anger. I have to help Gerry so I can't just stand around like this.

I quickly opened my eyes, even though I was scared but I had to be brave and I tried to convince myself that Gerry was okay even though there was a gunshot that came from Samuel who fired a bullet from his gun.

And sure enough it turned out that Gerry was still safe and he dodged the shots directed at him by Samuel. It turned out that Gerry deliberately ran towards Samuel to give Samuel a bias from the shooter's visibility area.

"Damn it, I won't let you survive because you have to pay for everything after this."

Samuel fired another gun bullet at Gerry, send dodged the shot and managed to escape.

"Haha, you want to run away? That's good, you're a coward," Samuel said insulting Gerry.

Although I saw it as humiliating Gerry, I was sure that Gerry actually didn't mean to run away because it didn't reflect Gerry's true nature at all. Gerry is not the type of person who would give up just because he saw one shot, it doesn't make sense for Gerry to give up immediately just because of the attack given by Samuel while he doesn't feel afraid after fighting many people during his work as a mobster.

It turned out that Gerry staying away was his tactic to attack from the best distance to maximize the results of his attack on Samuel. I knew that Gerry was also moving away so that he would have a wide and free movement space so that Samuel could not easily lock on to which direction Gerry would move.

I knew he wasn't that stupid and he wasn't as weak as Samuel said he was. There was no way a stubborn person like Gerry would lose with just a bluff from Samuel like that.

"Maybe you can fight now like you're a great man but you won't escape my vengeance."

They seemed to be getting closer and a firefight was inevitable, they attacked each other like crazy. Even not only me but Monica also looked very scared to be in the middle of the room where the shooting was happening.

I looked for a safe place so as not to disturb Gerry's movements and not to make Gerry feel disturbed while he was attacking Samuel. I also took the time to contact our personal assistant so that they could send even more security personnel to help Gerry now.

Actually, we had also brought a lot of bodyguards with us but the bodyguards that Gerry had brought were also fighting against the aides that Samuel had brought with him. So now our situation can be said to be a draw, and now it only depends on the tactics possessed by each of the two of them that can determine the outcome of their fight.

I deliberately stayed in an unpredictable place so that Samuel wouldn't take advantage of my presence to weaken Gerry's attack. I already knew that if I was in an unstrategic place then Samuel might take me hostage and that would weaken Gerry and even harm Gerry.

From where I was hiding I could see Monica who was also hiding but she looked like she was looking for something. I don't know what she wants to do but in fact that woman seems to be planning something. I didn't want to act to the grain and I stayed in my place like a surveillance camera that was watching all the movements of the people there.

From here I was even more surprised because Monica also turned out to be carrying a weapon with her. She was carrying a gun that must have been loaded with bullets, the woman was really reckless for carrying such a gun in a situation like this and she must have been thinking of joining the fight. But what I didn't expect was that they had predicted it would end like this.

It was as if they already knew that there would be a big showdown and that they would have to fight with Gerry and me.

If I let this all go then everything will be bad, if I just sit quietly here it's the same as me not helping anything to Gerry. I promised Gerry that I would help him no matter what.

Monica appeared to stand up from where she was and she pointed her gun at Gerry and Samuel who were fighting. There was no way Monica was pointing that gun at Samuel while she was on Samuel's side I'm sure as hell she must have wanted to fire the bullets in that gun at Gerry, I didn't expect her to be that close but it makes sense when you consider that she was already hurt by this aborted match, that woman was out of her mind and she couldn't think straight.

"If I can't have you as my lover then no one can have you as their lover. I won't let you live without me Gerry, because I can't live without you," Monica said quietly but I could hear her.

I counted my cues to move at the exact moment Monica was about to fire the bullets in the gun. My heart was beating fast not because I was afraid that I would be hit by the gun but because I was afraid that I would move too slowly before I could stop Monica.

"That won't happen!"

I lunged at Monica and snatched the gun out of her hand, lucky I had time to do it all before it was too late. Monica roared and struggled for me to release my grip on her.

I didn't want to give in at all because I knew that if I did, it would be Gerry who would suffer the consequences.

"No, let me go! You're always interfering and ruining all my plans! You're making me lose my chance to be Gerry's wife! Then I won't let you have Gerry!"

I glared and looked at him sharply, "and I won't let you make me lose Gerry either. Because I promised that I would be the lover who would always be by his side!"

I then hit Monica until she fainted, hell if that was considered violence against women, this one woman's number was completely crazy and could be considered a danger if she was left with a dangerous item in her hand.
