10 - Training
Helena couldn't believe she had agreed to become a damn gangster's bodyguard, but she did, now she was in her new room with her new training uniform.
"This is ridiculous and hilarious," she exclaimed while looking at herself in her vanity mirror wearing a black muscle shirt and cotton pants of the same color. She really looked like a professional with her hair tied up in a high ponytail, leaving her face completely uncovered. make-up.
“It's not bad at all,” she thought, contemplating her figure, then shook her head, removing the silly thoughts from her and feeling irritated again.
She needed to get back to her business! She wanted to know how everything was going, if her uncle was okay and if those damn good-for-nothings hadn't really killed him because of the debt. But Ivan had told him that everything was resolved and that they would not bother them again.
Helena wanted to believe him, she assumed that she had no choice since she didn't have her cell phone to verify it either, according to her new boss she couldn't have a cell phone because her own life could be in danger if she really tried to betray him.
What was she thinking about? Did she really believe that she was some kind of secret spy who actually had the mission of assassinating the mafia boss?
That man was crazy, she was an ordinary girl who had simply had the bad luck to be bumped into his path by the damned work of fate.
She sighed heavily as she saw on the wall clock that it was 9 in the morning, the time she was starting her first day of training. She left her room and looked around suspiciously, although it was assumed that she had made a deal with the young man, she still had distrust that all this was really true.
She walked through the corridors, looking curiously at each door, it seemed that the other bodyguards of the family slept in them, when one of them left her room without realizing her presence, the young woman followed him stealthily from behind, since no one was following him. she had explained where the hell the training room was and she assumed he was headed that way.
She was grateful for having followed that boy, because that mansion with thousands of doors was a labyrinth. She was surprised when she came downstairs to find several entertainment rooms, also a large pool, even a spa! That house had everything you needed so that you would never have to leave there again.
She felt envious of that life of excessive luxury, she barely had a mezzanine to sleep on and others simply had her own city within her own house.
"Hey, I think you have a second shadow," one of the bodyguards exclaimed to his partner when he entered the training room.
The young man turned around confused, finding a young woman who bumped into him when he stopped suddenly.
"And who are you?" She exclaimed with a frown.
Helena looked up and looked at the training room, it was a gigantic place, with a very high ceiling and hundreds of machines to work every muscle in the body, as well as a large mirror that covered an entire wall and an area with a soft floor and bags. boxing where men surely practiced fighting among themselves.
The luxury of the place left her amazed, she had never been in a place like that in her life, but her amazement quickly faded when hundreds of male eyes looked at her with suspicion and made her feel uncomfortable.
-Is she mute? -Said another of them, making her companions laugh.
"I think you're in the wrong room, girl, the maid's room is on the other side of the house," another of them mocked.
-But look! She's wearing the uniform!
-Is this serious or is this a joke?
Helena clenched her fists, which trembled from her anger.
-You made her angry- another of them said mockingly- Wow, how scary.
Helena completely ignored them and prepared to start what she had gone to do there, completely ignoring the gaze of all the men. She took two bandages and wrapped them around her hands and then began hitting a punching bag over and over again.
-The little girl seems brave.
-It's pure acting, it has no future here.
-I'm not going to risk my life to save her when she starts crying in front of our enemies!
"If they doubt my abilities so much, why don't they test me?" she murmured without taking her eyes off the bag.
"I don't hit women," the man responded seriously.
"Are you a chicken?" He exclaimed, turning his face towards the young man and giving him a challenging look.
The man clenched his jaw tightly as all of his classmates began to mock him.
"Okay, you don't leave me any choice," he exclaimed, walking towards the young woman. "But so you can see that I'm a gentleman, I'm going to use boxing gloves. I don't want to hurt you too much, princess," he mocked as he put them on.
Helena smiled amused and got into a fighting stance. Quickly all the men stopped what they were doing to form a large circle around the opponents.
The man began to stretch and do warm-up jumps while he did not stop smiling at the young woman in a mocking manner, meanwhile Helena followed him in silence with an analytical look and without leaving her fighting position.
"Then I don't want you to go around saying that this was my fault!" The man exclaimed when he directed a blow towards the girl who dodged it without problems.
Everyone shouted in amusement, making the man even more angry, who tried again and again to hit the small and agile woman who had no trouble avoiding the brutal blows of the man who was bending her high and wide. All the other bodyguards were surprised, most of them began to mock their partner and side with the mysterious girl. Except for those who had been knocked down previously by the young woman, who were begging for her partner to finally give him what he deserved.
Helena ignored them, paying full attention to her attempts to be hit, but the man's attacks were increasingly erratic and charged with fury, making it even easier to dodge them. When she finally got tired of the games, Helena jumped into the air and hit him hard in the jaw with her foot, causing him to fall squarely to the ground and everything went silent.
The jaws of everyone present fell to the ground as they saw their partner defeated by a girl who seemed fragile and delicate.
Helena walked towards her opponent and stretched out her open hand to help him up. But the man glared at her, pushed her hand away from her, and stood up from her on her own, staggering in the process.
His face was red and not only from the blow but from the shame of having been defeated by a woman. With his pride on the ground and everyone's gaze lowered, his companions ran out of there making everyone start laughing at him.
Helena didn't laugh and simply walked towards the boxing bag, just when she heard slow, deliberate applause from the top of the room.
Everyone, including the young woman, looked up at the catwalk that protruded from the wall and where the young White was with a satisfied smile on his face.
"Mr. White!" They all exclaimed in unison, erasing their smiles and bowing in greeting, all except Helena, who looked at them in disbelief and then looked with annoyance at the young man who kept looking at her from above with his stupid and beautiful dimpled smile. .
"Good first try, but don't get too confident, not all your enemies are going to be useless like that beginner boy," she said, making the young woman's cheeks burn with anger.
Helena began to remove the bandages quickly.
"Where are you going?" The young mafia member exclaimed when he saw that he was walking at a hasty pace towards the exit.
The men looked at her in disbelief, they couldn't believe the insolence of that girl.
"The show is over, I had enough for today, I have things to do," she said, leaving there.
Ivan smiled amused without realizing that his employees were looking at him in silence, unable to believe that his boss was smiling that way.
-How much do they look? Keep up your training! -He shouted furiously, but with his cheeks flushed with shame-
-Yes sir!- everyone shouted and Ivan left there to chase the lady.
When he arrived at the room he had assigned to the young woman, he entered without knocking and found her in the middle of her changing her clothes.
Just as he opened her door he slammed it, embarrassed to see her with only her bra covering her small breasts.
-Perhaps you don't know how to play!- the young girl, as red as a tomato, screamed from the other side of the door.
"I'm sorry!" the young man exclaimed.
"I'm sorry? Since when did he apologize? He was the head of the Sol Group damn it!”
Trying to regain his dignity he cleared his throat and exclaimed.
-Have you changed yet?
-What do you want?
Ivan took this as a yes and entered, discovering that Helena had changed into her old clothes.
"What do you think you're doing?" He asked in disbelief when he saw her in her night dancer's outfit.
-What do you think? I don't have any more clothes than these and I don't plan to take anything with me that doesn't belong to me.
-And can we know where you think you are going?
"To the faculty," he said, trying to pass by the man who took her arm. "Let go of me."
-Do not know? You can't leave this house.
-What are you talking about? Am I your captive?
Ivan laughed, amused by the young woman's occurrences.
-All my bodyguards do it. While in service they are kept under this roof. Do you even know how dangerous this job is? You can't risk it or my own life.
-I didn't ask for this.
"I'm sorry, you would have thought about it before saying yes," he responded harshly, fixing his dark and defiant gaze on the young woman's honey-colored eyes that were trembling but even so she would not be intimidated. –Remember that I have saved you from your debts.
Helena broke free of his grip forcefully and backed away, still looking at him.
-If I'm going to stay here I'm going to need my clothes and my things, oh and I also need to tell my friend and my uncle. I can't leave just like that, I can't disappear from the map-
Ivan looked at her intently and knew that this hard-headed woman was not going to give in, he finally sighed in resignation.
-Okay, but I'll accompany you and you won't leave my sight for anything, did you hear?
-It's a deal.
