"Thank you all. I will do the necessary" Tina said and sent them away. She doesn't want to disclose her identity that she's a detective. And she isn't going to let them call the police to her home. She is a Police herself. She will do what is expected of her. Her neighbors all left and she was left alone and Jordan. The two of them went in and saw the interior parts turned upside down. Was it the recording they were after and scattered everything in her room or it was something else? For instance, her groceries in the refrigerator were poured out on the floor and the refrigerator left open. She can't possibly keep such things like a microchip inside a refrigerator. Why would they waste her food and destroy her things? "This place is not safe for you girl" Jordan declared, standing akimbo and giving the entire apartment a quick glance. These rascals came to her apartment while she was away? That means they already know where she lives but didn't attack her over the night. Or could it be that they saw her when she left her apartment in the morning and came back to burlgled it? Whatever case, Tina is not safe there anymore. She must relocate to somewhere else. He won't let her spend another night in that apartment. "Are they still after the microchip?" Tina asked. She would never have believed it that these men would visit her apartment as well. "How am I supposed to know the answer to that question?" Jordan answered, question in answering another question. Gush, this is complete mess. She must leave the apartment and pick only a few belongings. She must either put up in a hotel or come over to his apartment. But he would prefer she ends up in a hotel. He doesn't want another woman in his house, Rachel might not approve of it. "I will have a cleaner come over and tidy the place up" Tina said. She took her suitcase and picked a few clothes into it and pulled the zipper up. "You are never staying here again. Come with me" Jordan declared and took the suitcase from her. They stepped out and tried to shut the door to the length they could. The door was damaged as well and they can't shut it as expected. "Call your caretaker and ask him to take care of the door. I will send some professional cleaners to work here before the day is over" Jordan advised. Tina thanked him. Jordan said they were going to the office then. From there he would decide where she stays. Tina was happy and thanked him for the upteenth time. She said she appreciates his kind gesture towards her. Jordan said it was nothing. She is new to the city and he is her boss. It's his responsibility to look after her. When they arrived at the office, Kunle and Isabella were done interrogating Collins Bruno but the latter had denied threatening Kitty. Kunle had paused and waited for Jordan to do his interrogation. Isabella has a copy of the recording from Amanda as well. She felt tempted to disclose the identity of the person who gave them information about him and Kitty's relationship, but decided to hold on. When they saw Jordan and Isabella arrive, they sighed for relief. Jordan declared he was going to interrogate Collins but Kunle said he had interrogated him already. " Any useful confession from him?" Jordan asked. He had told them to wait for him but they have interrogated him already. Kunle said they couldn't get any useful information from him. He refused ever threatening Kitty neither does he know how she died. Jordan was quiet. As expected of every suspect at the first interrogation. They would deny and claim they are innocent. some would even go as far as taking an oath to prove how ignorant they are about what they were being interrogated for. After they experience what the word torture means, they confessed and tell them everything and all they know. " If he has a lawyer, he is free to contact him or her. But in the meantime, have him locked up and tortured. I will personally handle the next interrogation tomorrow. Everything should be left the way it is. Lastly, Tina Smith's apartment has been burgled. She is not going back there. I am suggesting she put up in the hotel until she's able to get another apartment maybe tomorrow.What do you think guys?" Jordan asked, looking from Isabella to Kunle. " I will suggest she put up in my place. I can accommodate her until she's ready to leave" Isabella suggested. Jordan glanced at Kunle and he gave a shrug. He nodded and glanced at Tina and she nodded, indicating that the idea is fine by her. "Thank you Isabella" Tina said and went to give her a hug. The two women embraced each other and the men looked at them with admiration. "You ladies can reach out to me at any time. Call me and Kunle and we will come over as fast as we can" Jordan assured. " I would appreciate it if you call me any time except at night. I might be having a great time and wouldn't want to be awakened" Kunle jokingly said. " Sleepy head" Isabella mused under her breath. But they all heard her utterance. She had lost count of how many times she and Kunle have tried to make up with each other. She knows him better than anyone else in the group and can bear witness that he loves to sleep and when he does, he doesn't want to be disturbed. "What did you say Isa?" Kunle snapped at her. She just called him sleepy head, thinking that he wasn't going to hear her. " I didn't call any one's name" Isabella replied flippantly without looking in his direction. He is already getting angry with such careless words that she uttered. Kunle can be difficult to interact with sometimes. Sometimes he gets angry and flaws up at the slightest provocation and at other times, he laughs even if he is being insulted to his face. She had known him too long to get caught up in his temper again. She understands him perfectly and that's why despite not being together, they know the characters of each other. "Do you have to call my name before I know you were poking your head where it is not being invited" Kunle asked, his temper already getting hold of him. Tina was trying her best to hold back her laughter. These two colleagues of hers were characters needed in the next Hollywood comic movies. A little argument, and they both will be poking each other with words. She turned her face away and smiled. " Are you going to stop me from talking now simply because what I said made you uncomfortable and you took it personally? Well, this is really hard and I won't let you take my freedom of speech away" Isabella defended herself. At this point, Jordan knew they were at it again. They might argue and separate for the day without saying goodbye. He must intervene. Tina doesn't know a thing about them nor their past together but he does. He must step in and stop the argument. " Why don't you go to the street and insult the President publicly and call it your freedom of speech..." Kunle was saying when Jordan stopped them. " It's enough. Can't we just laugh and smile over everything? Must you both argue with each other always?" Jordan reprimanded them. "Kunle needs someone to talk some sense into him..."Isabella resume to blaming Kunle again when Jordan shut her down. "I said it's enough Isa. What is wrong with you both? Why don't you get things straightened out and return to who you used to be"Jordan was upset.
