7- Deep Inside
The first mermaid was a priestess of Isis, she came from the waters of Isis and her descendants
lived in the Greek islands. Her name was Samantha and she lived in the temple of Aswan. She was
deeply in love with a man, a priest named Vipasana.
Samantha had the gift of performing healing rituals for all those who visited the temple of Isis.
Vipasana lived in love with Isis, calming his mind every morning for ten seconds while quieting his
mind. At that moment every morning he knew the power of meditation and that meditation led
him to all those who wanted to know the goddess more deeply. Vipasana taught them to quiet the
mind.
Vipasana taught to have greater creativity, greater mental peace and tranquility, he made all those
who visited Isis know that they were loved and accompanied, and made them know that the
goddess was by their side; in some way Vipasana let them know that the Goddess Isis was always
with them. He taught us mermaids, including the queen of the mermaids Samantha, how to care
for the minds and hearts of human beings, as well as the gift of increasing levels of oxytocin, the
hormone of love. Mermaids dominate and manage the hormone of love through meditation.
When thoughts of depression or worry entered, the mermaids had the gift of reading the mind
and healing it through love.
Samantha began to specialize in the use of the love hormone oxytocin, while Vipasana specialized
in the use of the mind and neurons. "A neuron has an incredible complexity," I gently explained. At
that moment I took a sip of champagne and looked deeply into Ignacio's eyes, I got lost in his gaze
as I continued speaking.
When we talk about a neuron, we can say that a neuron has 250 thousand connections, that is,
250 thousand cables connected to us. When you have a neuron with so many options to create
thoughts, Vipasana was responsible for seeking and strengthening connections to peace, always
seeking to achieve a calm mind. Vipasana sought to create neurogenesis to form new neurons and
neuroplasticity to create new neurons.
In each neuron we have stem cells, which allow us to create wonderful things in each neuron, we
all have that power with our minds. The stem cell begins to form and create itself and makes
connections with other neurons, and within three or four weeks it has become a neuron, so when
we maintain a loving thought towards divinity and towards ourselves thanks to our relationship
with Isis and divinity, new neuronal circuits focused on Isis appear.
Neuroplasticity lasts a lifetime, meaning that throughout our lives we can create new thoughts,
towards self-love, growth and success, or the opposite if you maintain negative thoughts for a long
time then you can sabotage your path with divinity.
Vipasana always established trust, illusion or imagination and the ability to create to care for the
relationship with divinity and the messages of Isis. If you have trust, a firm attitude to continue
persisting, persistence, and the imagination and illusion of creating a totally new world towards
love, you will be completely surrounded by a world of opportunities. Vipasana taught to release
endorphins and neural channels of love.
Vipasana taught us mermaids that in any moment of uncertainty or cortisol there are
opportunities to generate endorphins, focused on illusion, persistence, and confidence to fulfill
our dreams.
Today we can recognize causes of stress, feelings and unpleasant emotions that can make a
human being not feel happy or full, at that moment is when we must take Vipasana's teachings,
and know that the origin and healing of our minds comes from within.
Perhaps when you find yourself in stressful situations it is common to tend towards chaotic
thinking, but we mermaids come from the waters of Isis, and we know that the origin of our
feelings, what moves us and is represented by the element of water, that is what shapes us, are
the feelings, and we must flow. The element of water in the magic of Isis represents the
sacredness of emotions, that is why emotions are creations. We as mermaids must purify and
cleanse our emotions with water. In the same way, we must purify the emotions of others,
sometimes our circumstances shape our emotions, but we have the power to triumph and take
responsibility for what we feel.
Caring for the mind is the first step, and it was Vipasana's teaching to the mermaid Samantha.
Samantha taught us the level of infinite and deep freedom that arises from emotions, true
freedom is when you can embrace any emotion and transform it into a sacred balm, into a healing
potion thanks to the tranquility of the heart, but always remembering that serenity comes from
our thoughts.
We must be loving with ourselves because it is a process, we must not demand ourselves in a self-
critical or severe way, we must demand ourselves from self-love. Knowing that all the wonder of
the world exists to fill us with love and to fill the world, we mermaids stand tall, we end up walking
and dancing on the earth. Doing exercises to fill our brain and mind with rewards.
Serenity and peace will never bring chaos to us, so mermaids always flow with what leads us to
calmness, and we know that when we are worried or feel our minds full of concerns, we must flow
towards situations that grant us serenity and joy, and then we will find the inner peace that we
can radiate to others, which is the reason and the very purpose of the existence of mermaids.
Mermaids being mermaids of Isis, originally, we are born and come to the world to share our inner
peace.
