Jessie's Pov

"How do they know each other so well? It's been hardly a three days or should I say two?" Asks aunt Saira

"I wonder too. How did he know her panty colour?" I ask

"Don't think too much small girl! We are just glad that they have 90%. Let's see who they will decide as winner" Says Aunt Saira

"Yeah. Let's hope they win" I say and we turn back to the show that is back from the short break.

"Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! So, we have a tie but we need one winner. Therefore, we've decided to have a practical quiz!" Says the Mc.

"Practical!" Both aunt Saira and I say in amazement.

Jacinta's Pov

Practical!

What does he mean by practical.

Both Damian and I are looking at each other in shock.

What type of practical is that?

"Ladies, this goes to you. Stand at a one metre distance and make your man come for you. Do something that will make your man come for you" says the Mc and Rose is already up.

What do I do to make Mian come for me quickly?

Yes I know!

I'm standing a metre away from Mian and same for Rose.

"Start!" Says the Mc and I start to untie the jacket on waist as Rose is unbuttoning her shirt on stage.

What!

Mian and Chillion quickly run towards us before the jacket falls off and before Rose pulls off another button.

Chillion hugs Rose and asks her to button up the blouse as Mian grabs the jacket and ties it up back on my waist.

People are cheering.

"You all saw the tough game we have today. Now, men, I want you to do something that will make your woman shy and let people see her blush" says the Mc.

What can Mian do to make me shy?

We are all standing on stage next to Chillion and Rose.

Like seriously, what can make me shy?

I ain't shy about anything!

"In 3...2...1 go" says the Mc and......

Damian's Pov

"In 3...2...1 go" says the Mc and I've closed the gap between Jacie and I.

I don't what I am thinking but this is the only way to make her blush,... I think.

I've pressed my lips on hers for a light kiss and pulled away slowly.

Chillion has pulled his shirt up exposing his six packs but Rose has pulled it down quickly.

"What are you doing?" Asks Rose in shock

Jacie is touching her lips in shock and the blush is seen all over her face.

Her cheeks are all red in blush and she quickly hugs me.

Awww! She is feeling shy as people are clapping all over the place.

"With that, I think we know who our winner is! Mian and Jacie!" Says the Mc and I just can't believe my ears.

Flower petals start falling from the roof and I can't help my joy right now.

I'm carrying Jacie in my arms in bridal style and I'm twirling on stage.

She looks so happy and she can't stop smiling too.

I want to badly kiss her again.

Her lips are just like rose flower petals; soft, tender and beautiful.

A trophy is being brought on stage, with a display cheque of one million shillings and two tickets to Africa!

For two weeks!

Wow, I love Africa. I've been to African countries twice and now here I go again.


This time it won't be business, but a vacation with a beautiful lady, Jacie.

An attendant puts crowns on our heads as i put Jacie down.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the king and queen of the night!" Says the Mc and the crowd is in cheers.

Writer's Pov

Stella's men get in just as Mian and Jacie are receiving the trophy.

"Wait!" Says one of them who is the leader and everyone stops and looks towards them.

"They have to take off their masks first before they receive the trophy. We want to see their faces too. What do you say guys?" Asks the man looking at the people spectating the show.

"Yes we want to see their faces first" says another person in the crowd and now the whole place is in shouts.

"Mask down! Mask down!" The whole crowd is shouting.

Stella who is watching from home likes what she is seeing.

Jessie and aunt Saira are worried for them since they know that they are just faking it.

Jacie and Mian are looking at each other in shock.

"Ma'am, sir, please take off your masks for their sake" says the Mc to Mian and Jacie.

"I'm sorry, we can't do that!" Says Jacie

"Then I'm afraid you'll have to give up the awards" says the Mc.

"Mian, let's go from here. I can't allow you to get exposed" says Jacie to Mian.

"But Jacie you wanted this. I can't allow you to lose" says Mian.

"But I can't let you get exposed. Please let's go from here" says Jacie pulling off her crown but Mian puts it back.

The crowd is watching silently.

"Look at me Jacie" says Mian and makes her look at him as he places her hands around his neck.

"Mian what are you doing?" Asks Jacie.

"I've always done things to please myself but today....i want to please you. Please don't stop me" he says and pulls Jacie's mask off.

"Mian, don't do this" she says but Mian pulls his mask off too.

"That's the Heir of Merkian group of companies!" Says one lady in the crowd.

"Are you sure it's him?" Asks another.

"Yes it's him. Look at this" she says and opens her phone to the news feed.

Damian's picture pops up with the news of his new project.

"It's truly him, what's a rich man like him doing in a show like this for just one million?" Asks another and the crowd is in murmurs but Mian hears it.

"He is a rich man but he came to get the one million too" says another

"Such a greedy man" says another and Stella's men step out since they think their mission is done.

"How dare you do this to me Damian! I hate you Jacie! Where are those bastards! I want Jacie dead! I don't share my Damian!" Yells Stella and breaks things in the kitchen angrily.

Mian takes the microphone from the Mc as he holds Jacie's hand and starts to speak.

The crowd silently looks at him.

"What's a rich billionaire doing at a one million shillings show? I will answer that. I'm being greedy? Maybe yes. I have so much money such that I can give my girlfriend the one million shillings just now. I can even take her to Africa anytime any day. But was this show declared not for rich people? It's just for any couple right? My girlfriend wanted to participate in this show, was I wrong to make her wish come true? I came for this show not for money, but for love's sake. I wanted to see the smile on her face, that's why I participated. I masked myself because I knew this is what would happen when I showed my face. People can make sacrifices in love right? Then I can sacrifice my social image for her. She was ready to sacrifice the awards that she won today, just because of my social image. So why can't I sacrifice my social image for her happiness? I can sacrifice even my life for her. I can do the silliest thing on earth for her, if that makes her happy. But I can never stand her sad face nor tears in her eyes. Because I... I love her more than my life.
I love you Jacie!" Says Mian looking at Jacie who is dumbfounded and tears are rolling from her eyes.
