Chapter 16

Allison's POV
I spent all day with Connie as she showed me around the house more like mansion, she showed me my room that is right across from Zanders room and were his office is although I'm not allowed in there and she showed me were the employees rooms are and she showed me the pool in the back yard which I will totally take advantage off later. I'm so tired from the day but my wolf is itching to get out and run, I asked Connie earlier if there was a park or something like that near by so I could run at night, I was used to doing it than anyway because nobody at my pack was allowed to or didn't want to be around me, no one really knew what my wolf looks like. Its 8 PM and I'm ready to go out and run and let my wolf out and feel free for a bit. I said goodbye to Connie and told her I was going for a walk.
"Wait you didn't eat dinner, aren't you hungry?" She asked giving me a concerned look.
"No im ok, I'm not hungry right now." I told her with a smile hoping she couldn't hear my stomach growling. Of course I was hungry I hadn't eaten lunch and I only had a little bit eggs this morning but I wasn't going to tell her because I'm not allowed to eat anything except for dinner and I didn't want to eat to grow any bigger, I hate the way I look and my family always called me disgusting and fat, but not all my family I smile thinking about my older brother and friend.
"I will be back later and I'll eat than." I tell her smiling. I walk out and head toward the park, it's late so there shouldn't be any people around. A few minutes later, I see the park and its huge with lots of trees and honestly it looks like home. I go behind some trees and undress, setting my clothes and my phone down. I turn into my wolf and I smile a wolfy grin, I finally feel like myself. My wolf is the color of the night with a little red mixed in, to match my eyes, they are a red when I'm in my wolf form. I peer around the tree to see if the coast was clear and when I see it is, I walk out and go deeper into the woods and start running, I feel the wind rushing over me as I run and I look up and see the moon, it is bright and full and it makes me want to howl but I cant so I look around me instead. I hear water trickling and I go toward that sound. I see a small pond and slow down to stop by it, I take a drink and sit down to rest. I'm sitting there for no longer than a  couple minutes when I hear voices. Three to be exact and from what I can tell it's two girls and a man, the man is talking to them but they sound scared. I get up and walk quietly toward them and look out from the tree line. The man is following the girls and trying to talk to them but when they don't pay attention to him he grabs one of the girls and shakes her, her friend trys to get him to let her friend go but he is too strong and he pushes her to the ground. The other girl he trys to kiss but she trys to get away to and he is mad, his face looks like he would kill them. Finally having enough and not thinking twice I step out of the tree line and run towards the man, I growl and when he sees me, his face was comical. He looked about ready to shi*t his pants. I'm tall about to the mans chest but he is shorter too. And i let out the biggest growl I could but also trying to be quiet. The man dropped the girl and stumbled, fell and got up again and ran away looking behind him to see if I was chasing him. I stare at him for a couple minutes making sure he actually left and than turned my attention to the two girls, I assumed they were teenagers they looked terrified of me, I dont blame them im a huge wolf. I back up and lay down not wanting to scare them more. They looked each other over and they both seemed to be ok. The girl that the man grabbed got up and took a step towards me even though her friend told her dont, the girl didn't listen though and came a couple more steps toward me and stops.
"Thank you for saving us, I'm not sure that you even understand what I'm saying, I dont even know why I'm talking to a wolf." She says timidly. I give her a wolfy grin and nod and turn away back to the tree line. I look ba k and the girls were headed back to the street so I watched and made sure they were safe. When I knew they were I turned back to my clothes to go home.
