The morning breeze that rubbed the skin of two people who are still asleep hugging each other. A Butterfly touched Zack's sharp nose and make the man sneeze.
"Are you awake?" asked Rosie, surprised at the sound of the sneeze.
"I wake up to getting a morning kiss from a butterfly," he half-jokingly told Rosie.
"Are you all right?" Zack asked Rosie again.
"Yeah, it's getting better. Oh yes, from here we have to climb on foot. We'd better climb while it's still early so it's not too hot.”
“Sure, shall we just leave the horse here? Will they be okay?”
"They'll be fine, no need worry."
That morning after breakfast and taking her medicine, Rosie hiked with Zack. They need to hike for four hours to reach the location. However, on the way, Rosie's legs suddenly stiffened and hurt.
"Good grief, what else is there?" Rosie is annoyed with herself.
"Hey, calm down. You're just cramping. I'll carry you, don't push yourself too hard, Rosie. You could get hurt even more.”
Rosie is silent.
For some reason she feel touched by Zack's words.
"Are you worried about me?" Rosie asked spontaneously.
Zack chuckled at that and then replied, “I just don't want to be accused of being a murderer. At least don't die when I'm with you," he joked.
"Damn it!"
"Get on my back, Rosie."
Rosie hesitates, what if she gives Zack more trouble?
"Don't blame me if you have a backache."
Zack just chuckles at that. He is very diligent in exercising and the Ghoul's strength is indeed greater than that of an ordinary human.
"Come on, I promise to take care of you."
Rosie again feels something strange in her heart. Usually, she would reply to Zack's words either fiercely or cruelly. However, this time she is silent, she can't say anything to reply to Zack's words.
She just keep quiet and enjoyed how straight Zack's back is and the man keep his promise to look after Rosie. In fact, when Rosie accidentally fell asleep on Zack's back because she is too comfortable leaning on that straight back, Zack is not angry at all.
"How is your condition?"
"I'm getting better, Zack. Thank you for your help."
"No problem. We are at the top, do you have a clue where the plant is? I forgot what it look like.”
“This is what I'm coming with you for, Zack. What would happen if you comes alone without me?”
Zack is indifferent to Rosie's taunt. He immediately walk around the top of the mountains while holding a piece of paper in his hand, containing the picture of the medicinal plant they are looking for.
“This way, Zack. Look."
When Zack approached Rosie, she is so surprised to see one of the holes filled with purple plants. Zack doesn't know what the name of the plant is, it's clearly not lavender.
"We have to get into this hole."
"What? How could it be?"
“The clues point to this hole. Do you remember on page 876 it is written that the plant grows surrounded by purple flowers.”
"Is that true? What if the flower in question is not this flower? There are a lot of purple plants here.”
“Page 654 of Ero's book says the plant is reluctant to meet light and is close to water sources. There must be water in this hole. No doubt!"
“Could have been there, Rosie. Look, there's a river over there."
“In the book Darus page 998 it is written that the plant grows at the point Page 0. Page 0 is a symbol of a hole formed when surrounded by eight trees. I believe this is the hole.”
This time Zack could no longer gives Rosie a debate. All the clues that Rosie gives really does point to this mysterious hole. To be honest if he has to go into this hole, he is a little doubtful whether it is safe in this hole? The hole is very dark and looks scary.
"I'll go first into this hole," said Rosie.
Before Zack could stop her, Rosie has already entered the mysterious hole.
"There's no other choice, hopefully there aren't any spiders in there."
Zack goes into the hole. There is a scent of wet grass and a sparkling light in it. The light came from the emerald stone exposed to the sun's rays. To Zack, this hole is very strange. He never knows there is an emerald stone here.
"Where are the plants?"

The hole looks amazing. Zack find a small beach that has sand. How come there is a beach here? He's on the mountain?
"Here, Zack."
Zack is shocked and almost screamed when he sees Rosie emerging from the surface of the beach.
"Oh my gosh, you scared me."
Rosie smiled carrying some dark green medicinal herbs they has been looking for all along. Her hand put the plant in a bottle and filled it with beach water.
“Ah, it's only natural that in Zurais's book it is written that the plant is on a cold beach. Yes, right. It grows on a magnificent mountain coast.”
One thing Zack wanted to say is, "It's strange but true," he said.
Rosie's body temperature dropped again as she rose to the surface of the beach. Zack realized that and he immediately gives a change of clothes to Rosie.
"I won't peek at you," Zack said and turned around.
After Rosie changed, she is still cold. Zack grabbed the water bottle and gives it to Rosie. Surprisingly, the bottle feel very warm.
"I forgot that you're a firebender," joked Rosie after receiving the bottle from Zack.
"You think I'm an avatar?"
"Could be true, Ghoul avatar," she said again.
The sky is getting cloudy and they had to get down immediately so the road wouldn't be slippery later. Rosie is wearing Zack's jacket because the man know that Rosie is cold especially after she throws herself on the beach.
"Be careful, Rosie."
Rosie follows Zack from behind, even when it is raining, the man shared the warmth of his body through their clasped hands. Rosie really feels warm and feels protected by Zack's figure. A figure who has been a friend and co-worker.
However, she knows that this matter is strictly forbidden. A Ghoul cannot fall in love with another Ghoul or they will perish.
"What should I do? Ah, prepare to be heartbroken,” Rosie thought.
