CHAPTER 5: THE CLUB

Aria

It took us about thirty minutes to get there after we grabbed a quick bite at McD'Nees. Drinking on an empty stomach is such a horrible feeling, plus all the pain that came with hangover in the morning.
When we arrived at the club, there was already a line forming from the door to the corner of the street. Thank goodness we knew the bouncer because it was our good ole', middle school friend Mike. Mike was a class favorite and we all graduated together in High School. He was also one of the few people that had a high IQ and graduated with honors.
When he saw us he immediately gave Tribel and I a hug and let us inside without having to pay the damn entrance fee or wait in the line
"You girls look amazing! Don't get into too much trouble though. I'll be watching." He said as he pointed to us, letting us inside, with a smirk on his face aimed towards me.
"We should talk more soon Aria, what do you say?" He tugged at my arm and asked me. Tribel looked back, shook her head and said, "Come on Mike, she's not interested, as you can tell?" She said with a pout and her arms crossed over.
"Hey! A man can never stop trying." He said, giving us a wink. "Have a good night ladies."
"Yeah, yeah we'll try!" Tribel said pulling at my arm. She wasn't at all drunk and it didn't take for her to drink to have a good time. Thank goodness for that too, because if both of us were drunk, we'd all be in trouble.
As we walked in, the music was loud and every one on the dance floor were grinding on each other. We were looking around and it seemed like every one's eyes were all on us. I didn't care because with me and Tri in here, we could shut this place down for sure. She pulled my hand towards the bar first to get our drinks.
"What will you girls have tonight?" The guy asked us. He was pretty hot and I could tell he had an awesome looking body and some very pretty eyes. I guess I was a fool for pretty eyes after all.
"Just two shots of tequila for both of us please. And add some cranberry to it please!" Tribel said to the guy. Even though the music was bumping loud in here, it sounded like she was shouting at the guy. I couldn't help but to laugh.
"What? What's so funny?" Tribel asked me poking out her tongue.
"Nothing! It sounded like you were shouting at him and he just casually shrugged it off!" I couldn't help but to die laughing, it was too funny to me.
"Girl! That's his job to hear my requests. 'I want my drink, and I want it now'!" She said as she bumped her fist in the air, saying it like it was a line for a commercial. I downed the two shots as she did hers and she started pulling me away from the bar, heading towards the dance floor.
"Baby let's dance!" She said as taking my hands and twirling us on the floor.
As we danced, the hair on my neck began to prick up and I felt like someone was watching us just then. I wanted to tell Tribel, but I didn't know how she would act.
We danced together and at times she danced on me while I held her hips. We swayed and danced like we were two girls turning lesbians. Watching us, it looked like a dry porn show, the way we danced on each other.
We went back to the bar for a third drink and then back to the floor while I held our shot in our hands.
She decided that we needed to drink as much as we could and to get one more for the ride home. This was going to be our last drink because someone needed to be at least a little sober for us to get home and to remember where our shit was.
As I danced on her, she twirled me around so that my back was pressed against her chest. I swayed my hips against her as she rubbed and gripped the sides of my dress.
I was just about to say something when she leaned down and whispered in my ear, "There is someone watching us."
I tried my best to listen to her as closely as possible. "Where?"
"Don't look, but he's in the VIP section. He's looking right at you." I couldn't believe what she was saying, but then again I knew full well that people were watching us.
Hell we had eyes on us since we walked in this place, but this felt different than any body else eyes. It felt different.
She turned me back around and I glanced up at the VIP section. Holy crap, it was my soon to be boss!
What the hell was he doing here? What if he recognizes me from the interview? My heart began beating so fast, I didn't know what to do!
I had a lot of question running rampant through my mind but I couldn't let that stop me from enjoying myself. Yes he was hot as hell, but hell no. I'm not letting myself not enjoy my night, so I blocked him out of my mind and continued dancing along with Tribel
Tribel and I danced for what felt like hours but was only minutes to each song that came on the surround system. I was having too much fun with Tribel in my presence that I had totally forgot about my boss. I was hoping that by this time that he had left.
It didn't really matter to me at this point because there was almost nothing that could stop me from enjoying these few weeks without thinking about work.
Tribel grabbed my hand and with a wide smile, told me that she had to go to the ladies room and that she'd be right back. When she left I didn't move from that dance floor not one bit. I continued dancing as I was getting lost in the feeling of the music.
I felt so alive with every song that came on the sound system and I felt like I couldn't let go of it.
It had been almost 10 minutes since Tribel had went to the restroom. I started to look around for her when I felt someone behind me, grabbing on my hips.
"Mind if I dance with you?" His voice was so husky and low.
"Of course not. I'm waiting on my best friend, she went to the ladies room! She'll be right back!" I told the guy that held a tight grip to my hips from behind me. Since it was just a dance I grinded up against him as he slid his finger tips up and down my arm.
He kept dancing against me like..I mean, it seemed like he wanted more than just a dance. Well too bad! That was all he was going to get tonight or ever.
"That's fine. Just a dance is all beautiful." Why does his voice sound so familiar to me, like I've seen him some where before? I felt the same sensation I felt when I walked inside the club when it felt like someone important and dominate was watching me.
We danced for a little while longer until, I had to turn around because I finally saw Tribel coming back from the restroom.
But Oh God when I did turn around, I had hoped I didn't. I saw the face of the guy that I was dancing with so sleazily....it was Mr. Williams. My soon to be boss.
"Oh no!. I'm so sorry!" I tried to apologize to him for acting like that. I didn't know it was him until I turned around!
"About what?" He said with a smirk on his face." Dancing with someone as hot as me?" He didn't let go of my hips even when I tried to move away. Well, well, well, wasn't he being an arrogant persistent bastard?
"No! I didn't know you were my boss, I never would've taken this dance! I only came out to celebrate." I said trying to not mess up my job connection with him.
He just stood there smiling and still dancing, still swaying my hips. "That's not something to apologize for love. I'm not your boss here. I'm not Mr. Williams here to you. Right now, call me Aiden."
What the hell was going on? And what the hell was I thinking? I had to try my best to get away from him, who knows what will happen?
