Thank you your majesty. I will forever be faithful to you" prince Jack said kissing her knuckles and Diana forced a smile at him. They're in the presence of half of Alvanor and she can't wear normal disgusting look before them.
The other princes came forward and congratulate them.
" You made the right choice Diana" her mother said hugging her from behind and she force a smile at her. She chose jack because her mother has so much faith in him..
It was time for the dance section and the princess took the dance floor with her father. It was her first dance and she was happy to dance it with her father.
" I'm happy for you Diana" king Hector said with a smile and Diana smile back at him.
" Thank you Father" Diana beamed at him. If only her father knows how much she loved him and if only she knew how much her father loves her.
" Don't let anyone know you have the pendant" king Hector tells her all of a sudden and Diana nod her head. Maybe her lecture had just started.
" Alright father. I promise to always keep it safe." Diana tells him and her father smile at her.
" Remember to be a good leader, you must live by example" king Hector said.
" Yes father just like you" Diana said and they continued dancing for a while before the king went to dance with the queen.
All the princess danced with her and it was prince Jack's turn to dance with her.
" You look stunning" prince Jack compliments her and she smile at him. She remember Irene told her she will have to smile throughout this day no matter what because it's her day.
" Thank you and you don't look bad either" Diana reply and prince Jack smile at her.
" You're the best thing that happened to me. You're one of my greatest dreams and with you I will stand by forever" prince Jack said and Diana felt like kicking his ass. She really don't like it when men tells her that. Making you feel important because of what they will gain from you whereas they don't even care a dime about you. She manage to force a smile and continued dancing with him.
Prince Jack didn't say much when he noticed she isn't in the mood for his flirting. Hardly can you see any lady that resist prince Jack's flirting. He wonder how the princess manged to so that or did he forget a line which he is not using?
Prince Jack didn't give it too much thought as she had already chosen him in front of the entire Alvanor. He went to seat across his father where the maids pour him a glass of wine which he drank.
" I will be in my room father, I'm having a little headache" Diana tells the king who was sitting on his throne. She is the type that doesn't drink but the drink she has just drank seems like something that was spike.
" Alright take care. The soldiers will follow you" King Hector replied and ask two soldiers to follow her to her Chambers.
