Chapter 19) HADES And PERSEPHONE

In India , a few days before Hades and Persephone clash..

Rudra was checking all the information he got from his team members who were working hard just to catch AVNI (Villainess of third book) who hide herself well from their eagle eyes .

"Are you sure ?" ... ,, Rudra asked as he gawked at the pictures of Avni

"Yes Sir ! I got this message last night that our Informant saw Avni in NY" .... ,, Rudra's female team Member said him

"But she was in India a few months back" ... ,,, Another member asked

"Someone is helping her with money and resources" ... ,, Rudra's team members were reasonating with each other

"We are going to NY  . Plan everything well" .... ,, Rudra said and left his team members all alone .

Rudra had five members including him . Four male and one female. They were loyal, ruthless, cold and dark exactly like him.

•At the night Club•

Shakti was drinking soft drinks and suddenly she felt a cold rough hand on her back which was naked because of her deep backless dress .

Shakti turned around and found him there . She gave Eric a fake sweet smile and Eric kissed her Cheeks .  Shakti cringed when he touched her.  She signalled the bar tender and Bartender passed the pre- order drinks to Eric . Eric gulped down immediately without thinking about anything. He didn't pay attention to Shakti and also to the drinks as he was there only to get her. After drinking more shots, Eric's body started heating as they went to the dance floor .

Eric was rubbing his hands on her body and Shakti understood he was under the influence of Drugs.  She started whispering in his ears and he soon Started talking like a parrot . From past few months she was tolerating him just for the files which he transferred into some pen drive and burnt the file and now she desperately wanted him to puke the information contained about that pen drive .

Eric was losing himself and his body got limp and Shakti took him to the safe room which was already book for her . Her bodyguards were following her and informing every small thing to the twins Rathore brothers .

Shakti locked the room and pushed him on the chair and slapped him twice and showered colourful words at him.

"You Bastard ! You touched me with your dirty hands . She wiped her body and again slapped him and he started murmuring softly .

After struggling for half an hour and Eric blurted out the information about Pen drive . She called Rathore Brothers and Yudhishthir sent his trusted man to the place where Eric hid the pen drive .

Shakti took a deep breath and released it. After she did a meditation and then she looked at Eric who was unconscious . She called one of her bodyguards and then the guard undressed Eric and him naked on the bed as he imprinted some lipstick marks on his body and lips.

Shakti maintained her calm posture and walked out of the room. She knew her bodyguard would delete the footage of the camera and knew know anything about the situation.

Shakti again went at the dance floor and started dancing at her victory . She was smiling widely and a man joined her in dancing. Shakti didn't mind because that man was maintaining a safe distance from her but soon someone caught her hands
Shakti turned around as she met two deep Black glaring eyes.

"RUDRA SINGH RATHORE?" .... ,, Shakti mentally called his name and felt awkward for a minute . She stretched her dress and stood in front of him.

"What the hell are you wearing ?" ... ,, Rudra's asked this question first as he was blazing in anger when he found Shakti in a tight black dress and dancing with another man in the club.

Shakti didn't want to disclose Anything about the plan she was working on with his brothers so she switched herself into an arrogant girl Infront of him

"Listen Mr . I'm not your property and it's my life so stop interfering" ... ,, Shakti said grittedly and clenched her fist

Rudra grabbed her hands and started dragging her . She wriggled into his tight grips but he pulled her towards his chest .

Shakti put her small hands in his wide broad chest and then she forgot to breath . Rudra stood so close to her that they could easily hear over accelerated hear beats of each other.

Rudra took few steps back from her and threw daggers at her dress who wasn't per his liking . He always found her in Indian dress or simple jeans but this short dress which Ended on her mid thighs were making him  uncomfortable .

Rudra looked here and there and saw how hungry males were oogling her shamelessly.  He gulped down the ball of anger which formed in his throat and clenched his jaw tightly.

"I'm warning you DurgShakti . You still have my mother's ring on your finger and it's proof that you're engaged to me so stop tormenting my name by your acts" ... ,, Rudra said and ranked her body from head to toe and flared up his nose .

Shakti wanted to beat him but chose to ignore him because she was there for important job

"And what are you doing here In NY ?".. ,, Rudra asked as he crossed his arms and asked to her

"I'm here with my boyfriend" ... , Shakti again lied about her boyfriend and Rudra thought of Dhawal .

Rudra didn't know that Dhawal was not in india because Rudra was hell busy in the search of Avni and Vikrant .

Anger rose in his system and his heart was racing crazily inside his chest . Rudra wanted to kill Dhawal but ignored Everything when he remembered why he was in the club .

"Will you leave my hand ?" ... ,, Shakti asked and Rudra found that he was still clutching her hands .

Rudra threw her hands harshly away from his hands . He ran his fingers frustratedly in his hairs and again stared at her

"Where are you staying ?" ... ,, Rudra asked annoyingly

"With My boyfriend" ... ,, Shakti said and rolled her eyes . Rudra was impatient

"Hotel ?" ... ,, Rudra asked and didn't know why he was asking so many questions to her

"At his house" .... ,, Shakti said and Rudra started to breathe heavily .

He closed his eyes and tried to control his anger . He grabbed her hands and started to move out of the club.

"Now go directly to your home otherwise I have another way too" ... ,, Rudra said and pushed her out of the big door .

Shakti stumbled because of the force and her high heels made her cried out loudly . Rudra stared at her and she glared at him with equal anger

"Angry Bird" ... ,, Shakti said and rubbed her wrist which had his finger prints on it .

She tapped her feet and turned around only found few people were watching them . They were none other than team members of Rudra . They were gawking at them who were busy glaring and bickering .

Shakti looked away from them and hailed a cab and went directly to the house which was allotted to her.



"I'm not weak and no one means no one , not even Rathores will ever trap me in their web of planning because I am Shakti . I live for myself and I know how to protect myself" .... ,, Shakti said and smirked playfully at her brain

Shakti got a call from Yudhishthir and she smiled widely.

"Mission Accomplished" .... ,, Shakti said as she grinned like a Cheshire cat.

"Now it's time to execute another plan" ... ,, Shakti said to herself and dialled a number.
