In the town Market ,

Shakti sat down on the tool and her hands and legs were visible for the henna Artist .

Rudra was in his Uniform and his dominant aura was making very Uncomfortable to that artist .

Rudra was gawking at the artist and his whole body was shaking because of Rudra's blazing eyes .


"Kore !" ... ,, Rudra called her but Shakti didn't look at him.

So Rudra cleared his throat and looked at her again but Shakti was angry and not in the mood to talk to him

Market were crowded with the women and all the seats beside her were almost full . Rudra was observing the surrounding and Mehendi artist was applying mehendi on her hands and feet .

Rudra was restless and impatient too . He cleared his throat but this time Shakti stopped him by her taunts

"Vicks Ki Goli Lo Khich khich dur Karo" (Take a Vicks tablet and clear your sore throat) .... ,, Shakti mocked Rudra who was continuously clearing his throat again and again for Shakti's attention but she didn't look at him

"Why is Mehendi and All ?" ... ,, Rudra asked her but she didn't reply

"Arey Sir Ji ! Tomorrow is Kajri Teej festival of Rajasthan . So many women came for the Mehendi" .... ,, Mehendi Artist said to Rudra.

"Did I ask you ?" ... ,, Rudra replied grumpily to him and his hands shivered under Rudra's hard gazes.

"Bhaiya ! do it fast" ... ,, Shakti said and Mehendi Artist Nodded his head and after one hour of struggling , sitting in the same position Shakti took a deep relief breath when she saw her hands and legs were full of Mehendi .

Rudra was watching the drawing of mehendi which was drawn by the Mehendi Artist.

"It's Done" ... ,, The Artist said and Shakti was satisfied by her mehendi

She stood up from her seat and stretched her body . Rudra was holding her purse and shopping bags .

"Pay him" ... ,, Shakti said to Rudra who was silently doing whatever she was asking him to do

"Are you hungry ?" ... ,, Shakti asked him and He shook his head

"Okay then Now carry me" ... ,, Shakti said and spread her arms .

Rudra was shocked and continuously looking at her

"What ? Why are you looking shocked? Are you scared that you are in uniform and people will talk about you ?" ... ,, Shakti taunted him but he smiled at her angry face .

Rudra carried her in her arms and hailed a taxi and went to home .

Shakti just laid on the bed , spreading her legs and hands uncomfortably and drifted off to sleep immediately.

Rudra watched her sleeping exhausted-ly . He put the shopping bags safely in her cupboard .

Rudra changed his uniform and took showered and searched about the Teej festival in his phone and He got the basic knowledge of Teej .

Rudra entered the kitchen and found dinner was already made by her . He smiled at her caring Nature . He heated up the food and ate the whole dinner all alone . He was Hungry and didn't eat from two days back to back .

Rudra loved her cooking and it gave him satisfaction . He washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and stripped off his T-shirt and laid beside her but the most toughest task for him was how to cuddle up with her .

Shakti was sleeping tiredly and her position were making her uncomfortable .

Rudra was irritated and wanted to engulfed her but her mehendi was coming in between him and her . After changing position so many times finally sleep engulfed his senses .




At the middle of the night Shakti woke up and find the side of his bed was empty . She heard noices were coming from the kitchen . She rubbed her eyes and saw him already in the kitchen .

"Let's eat" ... ,, Rudra said and made her sit comfortably in the chair.

Smell of her mehendi was very strong which was filling his nostrils . He liked the smell of her mehendi . He saw the dark colour of her hands which were hiding under the dried mehendi . He smiled unknowingly looking at her sleepy face .

Rudra feed her with his hands and shakti opened her eyes and looked at the plate .

"So you know how to cook huh ?" ... ,, Shakti asked and Rudra nodded

"Then why did you make me cook food for you ?" ... ,, Shakti yawned loudly and made him Chuckled

"I love your cooking . It gives me a homely feeling which fills my heart, mind and soul with peace and happiness" ... ,, Rudra said as his words were always true and Tears welled up in her eyes and she sat on his lap and encircled her arms around his neck and cried loudly

"What's wrong with you ? Why are you crying now ?" ... ,, Rudra asked as he wiped her tears

"I don't know but I just want to cry" ... ,, Shakti replied and Rudra looked at her weirdly

"I'm sorry . I was angry . I waited for you all night and day but neither you call or come home but you go to meet Porishma" ... ,, Shakti said and sobbed on his chest loudly

"It's okay Kore . So tell me what I should do for you ?" ... ,, Rudra asked and Started to feed her again

"Nothing just be at home . I need you tomorrow" ... ,, Shakti said and rubbed her nose in his chest

"What is the process of Teej because I have never seen this and most importantly I don't have any memories of my mother doing this pooja either" ... ,, Rudra smiled and talked to her softly .

She explained to him about the Teej and also said that Rathore family send gifts and All pooja materials to her in advance when he was in his own world.

(Teej is a common festival in which women offered a prayer to lord Shiva and goddess Parvati without taking any food and water and go on complete fast . Teej festival is celebrated in Bihar, UP, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan with different teej names like Kajri teej in Rajasthan , Haritalika Teej in UP, Bihar and Jharkhand, Hariyali Teej in Madhya Pradesh and it comes in different different of months)

Rudra heard her every words carefully and kissed her palm and inhaled her mehendi . She giggled and hugged him tightly

"I love you" ... ,, Shakti said and Rudra started showering hot kisses on her neck and shoulder and sucked her skin roughly . She yelp in pain and glared at him .

"Don't forget about my blouse . I need it tomorrow before the pooja" ... ,, Shakti stood up from his lap and Rudra washed his hands and stared at her angrily .

"If the blouse will not be my liking I'll not take it from the tailor" ... ,, Rudra said irritatedly and his grumpy face made him to look cute . She bit her lips and smiled at his face

"What ? Then what I'll wear at the time of pooja ?" ... ,, Shakti said and She went to pulled off dried mehendi from her hands and feet .

"Don't wear any blouse . I'll not mind" ... ,, Rudra said as he smirked and Shakti was gapping like a fish , unable to form any word at the moment.


"Perverted Man" ... ,, Shakti murmured and tried to hide her smile.

"Only for you" ... ,, Rudra said and helped her in cleaning off the mehendi from her hands and legs
