Chapter 44) PERSEPHONE's New Home

"What are you doing Mr . Rathore ?" .... ,, Shakti Murmured tiredly as her soft breathing fell on his skin 




"I'm sleeping Mrs Rathore so just close your mouth and let me sleep" .... ,, Rudra stated and hid his face in her neck . 




Shakti heard his soft snoring sound and sighed loudly.




"I don't know where our marriage will go ?" ... ,, She thought and ran her fingers in his thick hairs and slept in his arms

•At RUDRA's House , In Delhi•




The Next day, they landed in Delhi and entered into his house . 




Rudra's house was dusty and Shakti sighed as her eyes roamed around the every corner of the house .




Rudra took shower and got ready to report on his duty . Shakti came inside the room and saw him getting ready . Rudra saw her and gave a small paper to her and handed an envelope in her hands.




"This is the list" .... ,, Rudra said and Shakti took the paper from his hands and put an envelope aside




"What kind of list?" ... ,, Shakti asked him.




"List of work and that envelope has money for house expenses" ... ,, Rudra said as wore his uniform properly . 




He put his wallet Inside the pocket and gun in the case. 




"Huh ?" ... ,, Shakti looked confusedly at him




"I'm going to the station . Make yourself at home" ... ,, Rudra said and hurriedly went out of the room and took the keys of his car. 




"Wait ! aren't you going to eat anything before joining your duty ?" ... ,, Shakti asked Because he didn't eat or drink anything in the whole journey.




"I'm getting late for reporting . I'll eat outside and locked the gate properly . Don't open the gate for anyone . If anything happens then call me immediately on my service number" ... ,, Rudra said and his eyes were full of concern . 




Shakti Started to read his eyes but he Masked it quickly.




"And don't forget to make dinner for me at night" .... ,, Rudra said and moved out of the house and She Followed him 




"Why should I cook for you ?" ... ,, Shakti asked and looked pointed at him . 




Rudra stopped in his ways and turned around and stared deeply at her.




"I don't know cooking . So it's better for you to cook and secondly you are my wife so it's your responsibility to take care of me" .... ,, Rudra said and smirked at her . She watched him sitting on his car and drove away .




"He don't know cooking . That's something new" .... ,, Shakti Murmured stared at him until he disappeared from her sight. 




"She Locked the door and open the paper and read it carefully . She found the list of household chores .




"Cleaning , Laundary , Cooking . . . . Wow so much work to do . Let's start by cleaning the house" .... ,, Shakti talked to herself and cleaned the whole house and Showered and wore a comfortable dress. 

She was tired but still energetic to work.

Shakti didn't know when Rudra would come so She went to the market all alone and did shopping for home . She bought all necessary items for the kitchen and  house . She made dinner a simple for them and waited for him.




"This is my Home. My New Home. Naa ! It's OUR HOME" .... ,, Shakti said, she corrected herself and smiled widely at the last words.

She brought few decoration items for the house and thought to decorate it while waiting for Rudra. 

She hung the wind chimes on the front door And at this moment, Rudra parked his car as he watched her standing on a small stool.

Rudra walked out of the car and strode towards the main door of the house.

"What are you doing ?" ... ,, Rudra asked her as he gave his hands to her and she took his hands happily as she came down from the small table.




"I was hanging that bell chimes on the door" ... ,, Shakti said and he looked at the bell who was producing tingling sounds .




"I don't like this Jhunjhuna" (means toy bells) .... ,, Rudra said grumpily and moved Inside the house 




"Jhunjhuna ? This man is really mad" .... ,, Shakti said and stomped her legs and locked the door . 




She heated the dinner and Rudra sat down on the seat . She served him and he ate quietly 




"How's this ?" ... ,, Shakti asked hopefully that he will compliment her but as usual he didn't reply and just continued to eat dinner . 




Shakti moved away from him but he held her hands and said, "eat" 




"I'm not hungry" .... ,, She replied as she yawned loudly . Rudra left her hands and saw her tired face.




"Eat your dinner . We need to talk" ... ,, Rudra said and she sat down on her seat . 




Her eyes were heavy and Rudra felt bad for her for doing all work alone . He knew that she went to market and bought necessary items for house 




"I'm listening to say what do you want to talk about?" ... ,, Shakti said and looked at him briefly




"Arjun invited us for dinner. Tomorrow" ... ,, Rudra said and Shakti nodded her head 




"Oh okay ! Anything else?" ... ,, Shakti asked and he shook his head negatively




"No but we need to buy gifts for them" ... ,, Rudra said and licked his fingers and She was staring at him with sleepy eyes 




"Now eat your dinner then go to sleep" ... ,, Rudra said and she sat beside his chair and Started eating from his plate . 




Rudra stared at her and felt awkward but he didn't say anything to her . Shakti ate little amount of food almost in her drowsy state . He finished his dinner quickly and left to wash his hands 




"Leave the dishes . I'll wash them in the morning" .... ,, Rudra said when he found her collecting dishes and putting them back into the sink . 




She looked at him and nodded her head . They moved into their bedroom and hit the bed .




"Don't work too much . I'll help you with house chores whenever I get time" .... ,, Rudra Murmured softly and again pulled her towards him and wrapped his long arms securely, possessively around her waist . 




Rudra watched her sleeping tiredly . Rudra liked her in his arms . Her scent calmned him down . He inhaled her scent and closed his eyes and slept in her embraces .
