Chapter 77) PERSEPHONE : Hades's World

At the Hospital . . . .

"Mr. Rathod! Everything is fine with Mr. Rathore . All reports are normal . There is nothing wrong in her . Every part of her body is working properly" ... ,, The Doctor said as he read Shakti's medical reports

Rudra took a relief breathe and smiled widely at Shakti who was staring down at her fingers

"Thank you Doctor" ... ,, Rudra said and shook hands with doctor and left the chamber

They were moving forward but Shakti held his hands and Rudra stopped in the middle of his steps

"What's wrong ? Are you not feeling well ? " ... ,, Rudra asked panicking and Shakti knew there was not any doubt that He wasn't a doting husband .

He loved her , cared for her and Supported her but a strange feeling was engulfing her positivity

"I'm doing whatever you are asking me to do . So will you do me a favor ?  No ! Wait ! Actually it's a request to you . Will you Support me for whatever I decided for you ?" ... ,, Shakti asked him .

Her voice was shaking and hands were trembling . Rudra scooped her in his bone crushing hug and she sobbed in his chest.

"Yes I'll do whatever you want me to do" ... ,, Rudra said and he wiped her tears .

Shakti smiled sadly at him and entwined her fingers with him and moved towards the Another Doctor Chamber

Rudra and Shakti entered into the chamber and  met the doctor . Shakti was waiting for Rudra who was in another dark chamber of the doctor .

After spending hours and hours , Rudra came out of the Chamber . She saw him and ran to hug him . His eyes were red and body was warm . Doctor said Rudra to wait outside of the Chamber and left Shakti with the Doctor

"Mrs . Rathore . Thank you for observing your husband so much and his actions . You did a very good job" ... ,, The Doctor said and Shakti Nodded at him

"Mrs Rathore ! Your husband isn't very well . I'll not beat around bushes and come directly to the point" .... ,, Doctor said Directly and She intake a deep breath

"Mr. Rathore is suffering from THANATOPHOBIA " ..... ,, Doctor said and Shakti was numbed at her seat

"Thanatophobia .. It's a type of depression in which Person has a fear of death . Fear of losing someone and find it very difficult to communicate or express their inner turmoil to their partners" ... ,, Doctor finished and Shakti was just staring at the doctor

"Doctor ! My husband is a police officer . Will it become a hurdle in his duty" ... ,, After controlling her Emotions , She formed words and collecting lots of courage , She asked the doctor

"No ! It'll not affect his duty and works because Criminals are not his close ones, Mrs Rathore . He will behave naturally and normally to the whole world but not to them for whom he has a fear in his heart" ... ,, Doctor explained to her and tears were flowing through her eyes

"And the story you tell me about your husband and his past then it is clear that he is afraid about you , fear to lose you " .... ,, Now it was a heavy announcement for her .

Shakti joined the every dots of his past actions and understood why he set up a trap to marry her . He liked from past . His over Possessiveness made him to do this . He never wanted to leave her or to see with any another man . It was his fear . Fear to lose her . He was forcing her to do monthly health check up because Mompi died , because of cancer and she got to knew very late , after loosing one baby .

Shakti clutched her head which was thumping because of the pain Rudra was bearing all alone in his heart , mind and soul

"Mrs Rathore ?" ... ,, Doctor was calling her but she was Too shocked to respond . She was not able to say a word to the doctor

"Is he really not well just because of Me?" .... ,, Her mind was full of unexpected thoughts of Rudra and his pain

"He will over come his weaknesses Mrs Rathore . Don't worry . You are his strength . Love him and give him reasons to overcome his depression" ... ,, Doctor said and Shakti Nodded

"I'm recommending him some supplements . It'll help him in his depression" ... ,, Doctor said and wrote down in the prescription

Shakti came out of the chamber and found him playing with a little girl . His smile was pure . His eyes held so much love . His heart was made up of gold .

"Who says that he is a dark and cold hearted Man ?" ... ,, Shakti asked to herself

Rudra heard her anklets sounds and turned to look at her . He smiled at her and she bit her lips to control her tears

He ran forward and Embraces her tightly .

"Are you fine ?" ... ,, She asked and he shook his head negatively at her

"Don't worry I'm here for you" ... ,, Shakti said and stroke his cheeks lovingly

"Whenever I am on the verge of losing myself I'll look for you because You are my Home , My Peace , My Medicine" ... ,, Rudra said and kissed her forehead lovingly

They moved out of the hospital and drove his car to Neil's house . He was hummimg a song and driving . Shakti closed her eyes and drowned in his beautiful voice

"Are you happy ?" ... ,, Rudra asked her suddenly and she looked at him

"Yes ! Thank you" ... ,, She cleared her throat and replied him

"And You ?" ... ,, Shakti asked him and his eyes were twinkling like stars

"I started to hear music concerts whenever you are around me Kore .. That makes me happy , very happy" ... ,, His words were bottom from his heart and hit directly to her heart

"Stop the car" ... ,, Shakti yelled at him and he stopped the car at the road side

"What's wrong ? Kore!" ... ,, Rudra was shocked by her sudden demand

Shakti unclasped her seat belt and came out of the car and moved towards him . He , too came out of the car and looked at her confusedly

"I'm fine and nothing will happen to me . I'll live my whole life with you and give birth to dozens of babies . So stop fearing about my death" ... ,, Her voice was loud and Rudra was watching her face .

Fat Tears were streaming down from her eyes . His chest was heaving up and down fastly and took one step closer to her and pulled her to his heart . She wrapped her arms around his torso and kissed his chest . She hide her face into his heart and cried loudly

"I'll die if anything happens to you DurgShakti . You don't have any idea about my heart . I lost Maa . I lost Mompi . I gave Ansh to Pari . I lost my another baby but not now . I'm not strong enough to lose another one from my family" ... ,, Rudra shivered and his voice was trembling.

"You are my everything" ... ,, Rudra said and Shakti pulled away from him . They stared deeply into each other eyes and captured their lips .

Kiss was pure , innocent and soft .

Kiss was for their love .

That kiss was for their happiness . .

"I love you" ... ,, They said in unison and smiled at each other

"I want to confess something but Promise me that you'll not leave me" ... ,, Rudra asked like a child and Shakti knew that he was going to tell her about the trap he set up for her

"Don't say anything because I know what you are going to say" .... ,, Shakti narrowed her eyes at him

"How ?" ... ,, He was confused

"My loving father said to me before his death" ... ,, Shakti said softly and he was stunned by the revelation . She knew about his doing and didn't said anything to him

"I . I . I'm sorry" ... ,, He stammered and scratched his neck awkwardly

"It's okay. Babes!" ... ,, She pecked his lips and he tightened his hold on her body

"So are we going to meet Aashi or not ?" ... ,, Shakti teased when she found him hard under his pants

"We have to because I don't want my kiddo to cry for kheer" ... ,, Rudra said and kissed her forehead and they sat Inside the car and went to meet Aashmaan


But Another surprise was waiting for them at their house ....
