Chapter Three

"Hailey... Hailey, please forgive me this once. I've never been serious about Eva. You are the person that I really love and you are the person that I want to get married to. We are going to collect our marriage certificate tomorrow. This must be Eva's plan! Yes, this is her plan; she doesn't want the both of us to get married! "We must not fall for her lies!" Vincent begged. Anyway, his true intention had never been to break up with Odessa. He was just playing with Eva. 




Eva felt like vomiting blood when she saw that Vincent was such a coward. She did not believe that the man she thought she could spend a lifetime with was actually a coward in front of Odessa! 




"Vincent ! You are a bastard! Is that what you told me when the both of us were in bed? You are such a scumbag and a liar! "Who was the person who said that he was going to marry me?" Eva asked angrily. Even though she never put much hope in Vincent before, hearing him deny everything was a big blow to her pride as a woman. 




Eva thought that since she was already going down, she had to drag someone else along with her. 




Vincent was angry when he saw the look in Eva's eyes. She was telling him that she would drag him down. Vincent was angry at Eva's destructive behavior. 




"What the hell is wrong with you, Eva?" Do you think that Odessa will believe your lies? Odessa knows that you are a liar! She also knows that you are just jealous of her! You want everything that she has! Your mother married her father, and so you thought that everything that she has enjoyed would be yours! I bet that you never expected that things would take a turn for the worse and that you wouldn't get anything from her dad! "That's why you've always been jealous of Odessa, and that's why you seduced me!" Vincent said. At this point, he knew that his best bet was to dump it all on Eva. She is the one who seduced him first anyway. 




Besides, he never really wanted to leave Odessa. He couldn't even think about it. or else his grandfather will kill him. 




Vincent turned to Odessa with a pitiful look in his eyes after he was done yelling at Eva. 




"Odessa, you definitely must not believe her words." She is the person that you hate the most, remember? She is jealous of you, and she wants to take away everything that is supposed to be yours! You definitely must not let her succeed! The both of us are in love, right? I'm sure that we will be able to live a happy life together! We will get our marriage certificate tomorrow! We will let her know that she can't ever come in between us and that we will be together forever! I love you! I really do love you! I just made a mistake that is common to men. I promise... I promise that I will be loyal to you from now on. "No one will be able to come in between us!" Vincent said. He was close to kneeling down now. He knew that he must not lose Odessa.




Odessa is the only reason his grandfather acknowledged him again. He definitely can't lose her. 




Eva almost vomited when she saw how bold and shameless Vincent was. This was the same man who told her that he was going to marry her and kick Odessa away! Eva wondered where he got the courage to think that Odessa will still accept him!




Eva knows that Odessa has always been a proud woman and that she will never accept someone that she has slept with. 




Eva thought that since she had already lost, she wouldn't let Odessa be with Vincent either! She has to completely destroy Vincent in front of Odessa. Since she can't get him, no one will. Eva has always had such a destructive mindset. Since she can't have it, no one else will. 




" Ha! You are really shameless! You told me that Hailey doesn't agree to sleep with you and that she is pretending to be a pure woman when she is a slut! Who was the one who said that you are scared to sleep with Hailey because you think that she will have some kind of STD? How dare you try to blame it on me? "You are a shameless man!" Eva said. She had already thrown her shame away. She can't let these people trample on her and get together after this.




Eva was determined to drag Vincent down with her. 




Vincent wanted to choke Eva to death right now! He is trying to get Odessa's forgiveness, and she is making it all worse for him! 




"Odessa, you definitely can't listen to Eva's words! She is shameless! When did I ever say those words about Odessa? It's because... it's because I know that Odessa is a pure woman! I know that she hasn't done anything like that. I was respecting you, Odessa. Yes, that's right. I wanted your first visit to be on our wedding night. Who was the person who told me that Odessa has slept with a bunch of directors before and that she only got roles by sleeping around? Don't worry. Odessa. I definitely did not believe her words!
