Chapter 22 Gina and Ambow's fierce conflict

When I woke up again, the dark world I had seen before reappeared in front of me, and I was still walking around with the light in front of me, drawing me closer to it, and I was back in this world once again.
Beside me were two rows of maids who were delighted at my awakening, and I was covered by a warm blanket with many beads of sweat on my head.

"William," I said, surprised by his appearance.

With tears in my eyes, I moved forward to grab William's arm, trying to explain what had just happened, and I was thrown away mercilessly, his strength so great that I was thrown to the ground.
I watched as William picked Ambow up and they disappeared from my view. My body was too sore to get up.
I was helped back to my room by the maid. Due to the gravity just now, my tailbone was fractured and the maid called the doctor to treat me. The great physical pain coupled with the psychological torture made me feel that my world had turned grey.
I began to recall what Ambow had just said. For someone like me, I really should disappear from this world.
A short time later, William walked into my room, stood by my bed, and whispered, "I know your true purpose, to be my woman, and I will satisfy you tonight! You crazy woman!"

William's POV
After putting Gina in prison, I received a message from Jason, who told me that King Adolf had given an update on the tour, which would begin in two weeks, which, based on our experience, meant that King Adolf would begin a covert probe as soon as possible and that nothing could go wrong with our pack at this time.
I looked at Ambow lying in my arms and felt very sorry for myself.
