Chapter Thirty

Since it was afternoon, we decided to take a bath at the beach, outside the resort. I also found out that the company outing was held here at JJ resort because it is owned by Justin's family. I found out a while ago when Justin told me that all the employees have the same room, of course I was surprised so I asked him, my room is right across from his room.
I would also like to ask which room Justin... and Lenita stayed in. If together Are they in the same room or separate, but of course I stopped myself, what does Dustin know about that, right? Maybe he doesn't care yet. Sigh. Because he doesn't know that Justin is my husband.
"Joanna, come here! Let's go swimming." Dustin told me. I shook my head and remained sitting on the sand. I don't know how to swim.
"Don't be KJ Joanna come on!" Angelica told me. I stood up and then walked until my feet got wet of sea water. We're the only coworkers here today, Justin and Lenita aren't there and I have no intention of finding out where they are. I will only hurt myself.
And then I told myself I'm going to enjoy this vacation, it's still free! It's a shame that it's free if I just complain because Justin and Lenita are together again. As I was walking, I didn't notice that the water was up to my chest, but I heard Angelica's voice.
"You'll be next, too! You'll be even younger!" He told me and then he wet my face with water. I didn't expect that, so the sea water got into your eyes. S hit! The pain! I rubbed the other eye as I walked back.
I heard Dustin looked at Angelika, and then asked if I was okay. I didn't answer him because I was busy making an effort to blow my eyes, when he stepped on me it felt soft, a bit like My foot was even electrified but I didn't care.
Until I felt hands around my waist and slowly guided me back to the seashore. Because I kept closing my eyes, I don't know who helped me, but I assume it was Dustin. The only weird thing is why is my heart beating so fast? It only happens when I'm with Justin.
"Can you open your eyes?" Dustin asked me why is he talking to Justin and then why is he speaking English? I shook my head at his question, since I couldn't see what was happening around me, I just felt Dustin's hand on my right eye and then slowly opened it as he blew on it.
"Sir, here's water, Joanna can wash it to get rid of the salt-water in her eyes." I heard Erin's voice. I don't have I heard the answer from Dustin. Maybe he just nodded. I felt the water slowly pouring on my face, just as I was about to use my hands to wash my face.
It didn't take long for the stinging feeling in my eyes to disappear, so I opened them slowly.
"Joanna are you okay? I'm sorry! I didn't mean to." Angelica told me worriedly. I smiled at him and then gave him a thumbs up. It seems He breathed a sigh of relief knowing that I was okay.
"You don't have any pain anymore?" Dustin asked me. I frowned and my eyes widened when I saw Dustin behind Angelika. If so, who will help me? Instead of answering Dustin, I turned in front of me and my heart beat so fast when I saw Justin looking at me seriously.
"Justin." I called him softly. Before he could react, it was cut off We made eye contact because of what Celine said.
"Girl, what happened to your foot? Why are there so many rashes? It's still red." He pointed to my right foot. We all turned to look at my feet. And yes, crimson from my heel to my leg. Justin took hold of my leg and then I looked closely and then he cursed one after another. I didn't do anything but stare at Justin as he seriously examined my leg.
"You got bitten by jelly fish, Joanna." Dustin said to me and if he hadn't spoken, I wouldn't have looked back at Justin. I didn't even notice that he was by my side while Justin was in front of me.
"I'll bring you to the clinic, so they can check you up." Before I could answer, he immediately wrapped one of his hands around my waist and then picked me up bridal style, I immediately hugged my hand around his neck. It's hard to fall.
"It's confirmed that he was bitten by a jelly fish." Heard what the doctor said to Justin from the curtain separating the hospital bed and the small working table of the clinic doctor.
"Can I have the medicine so she can be cured now?" Justin asked him.
"I'm sorry Mr. Montemayor, because there are a lot of guests coming to the resort and of course, unexpectedly, quite a few people get bitten by jelly fish and as of now we have run out of medicine for jelly bites fish and as of now we ran out of medicine for the bite of the jelly fish." I heard the hesitation in the Doctor's voice again and again after Justin's swearing.
"I will burn this clinic down! If something serious happens to my Wife!" Justin said angrily.
"Uhhh... S-Sir, there is still medicine that can be used." The Doctor said.
"What?! Tell me now! So I can give it to my Wife." I didn't hear what the Doctor said because his voice was low.
I was curious about what else can be treated for jelly fish bites. Little by little, my body is itching. Geez!
Justin opened the curtain and then he entered where I was. I stopped scratching and then I turned my attention to him.
"Justin..." He finally came closer to me and then he put those fugitive strands of hair behind my ear. He also sat in front of me and then he gave me a light and sweet kiss
forehead kiss My heart was so thrilled by what he did. I avoided looking at him and then I bit my lower lip because both my cheeks were so hot.
"Is it really itchy?" He asked me. I pouted and then nodded. He sighed and then touched the leg where there were many rashes. I can't stand the itch anymore, so I'm going to scratch it again with Justin who did it for me.
that's why our eyes met again. I could see nothing but coldness in his eyes.
I really wanted to ask him where Lenita was. Why are they not together and how did he know Dustin and I were at the same beach. At first I looked away and then said –
"A-give me the medicine, so that my itching will get better." I said softly to him and then I took a deep breath. "And then you can leave me here, maybe looking for..." I couldn't keep up with what I was saying because my throat was tight and I felt like I was going to cry at any moment.
It's because Justin is so hopeful! I thought we were okay? I thought we would get back together. I thought we could start again but I just thought it was all over again! Because suddenly Lenita came back to the scene and here's this perky man who Lenita just left me like trash! He just used me when Lenita wasn't there!
"...maybe Lenita is already looking for you. So the medicine is ours." I said softly to him.
"I can't give it to you." I frowned and looked at him again, but this time I looked at him a little badly.
"Why not? It's ours and my leg is already itchy." And then I scratched my leg again. It's a bit painful because my nails are still long. Eish!
"It's Justin and my foot is already itchy, don't tell me you'll just give it to me when I'm full of rashes!" I said to him annoyed. Of course, I'm already itchy here and it's getting worse!
"But –" I immediately frowned at what he was going to say.
"It's ours!"
"Fine!" He said to me angrily. I thought he was going to take it from his shorts pocket because he stood up but my eyes widened like that when he picked me up – bridal style again – and then without saying a word he took me out of the clinic.
"Justin! Where are you taking me?! I'm only asking you for medicine! Can you put me down! And the medicine is ours!" But this fool is acting again, no one is listening.
