Chapter Thirty-one

"Hey! Justin, are you going to take me?!" We were walking a while ago, he was the only one and then he was carrying me - take note; the pabridal style is why we really attract people's attention here at the resort.
"We've been staring at each other for a while! It's embarrassing!" I added and then I snuggled into his chest. He didn't answer until he noticed that we had already left the resort and were heading to the beach.
"I thought you were going to give me the medicine? Why are we back here at the beach?" I asked him again but like before I didn't get any answer from him. As for me, I'm just a lamb talking to the wind.
"It's Justin!" I complained to him. "Where's the medicine? Can you give it to me –" I stopped talking when he lowered me to my seashore. I looked around and there was no one else but the two of us
He was kneeling in front of me while I was sitting on the sand.
And that's the way he thinks through your soul, he can read your thoughts. I bit my lower lip and then I looked away and again asked for medicine for my jellyfish bite.
"A-admit it's the medicine so you can go back to Lenita. B-maybe she's looking for you." And then I bowed. I didn't hear any answer from him that's why it's simple if it was picked up by I looked a little and saw that he was looking at me. His face is emotionless and yet you can feel the coldness of his gaze on you.
"Why do you keep on talking about Lenita?" He asked me irritated. I was taken back! So I didn't think about what to answer and I just said the first thing that came out of my mouth.
"Of course, I'm just worried that he might be looking for you. You know... those who steal are very afraid of being snatched." When I realized if what did he say I immediately gave him the peace sign.
"Ha-ha! Just a joke!" Don't worry I told him. He gave me a lot of trouble with my nose getting too long, so I just scratched my leg and asked him for the medicine again.
"Because the medicine is ours." I didn't get any more answers from him so I looked at him and saw if he was scratching the back of his neck. What is happening to this man?
"Hey Justin! Don't worry about it, we'll take the medicine."
"But –"
"It's our medicine and I'm tired of it." Justin stood up from his kneeling that's why I looked up because he just stood in front of me.
"Justin!" He kept looking back and forth at me and then at the board shorts he was wearing, that's why I quickly removed the shades hanging from my t-shirt and then I threw them at him.
"Joanna!" He called my name in annoyance. I looked at him.
"Where is the medicine?!" Angry if you ask him. Exhausted I'm sorry for the man who is so stupid.
"Fine!" He also told me pissed off. My eyes widened when he suddenly unbuttoned the board shorts he was wearing and then took them down, which is why they fell at my feet.
"Justin! What do you think you did?!" I'm only asking him for medicine so I really don't understand why he's undressing right now in front of me! He just left his boxers on the cover because of what he was doing.
I was shocked one after the other when I saw his scarred head! He looks like my mushroom farm in –
"Eyes up here Joanna!" Your face is red again when you look at Justin and to hide my embarrassment –
"Where is my medicine?!"
"I'm going to give it to you." Justin answered me very annoyed and then he took off his boxers.
"BAD!"
"Hey Joanna, what happened at the clinic and now that you're back, it's like you've been entangled with heaven and earth?" Celine asked me, I went down and ignored her.
We are here today at my seashore and we are bonfired while drinking but I am not in the mood to drink because I really feel like heaven and earth have entwined me, although I am thankful that my jellyfish bite has healed just in case - sigh.
Wow! Huh! It makes me want to cry profusely again! Why is Justin touching my feet and legs just to get rid of the jellyfish sting rash! It's said that urine is another medicine for jellyfish stings!
I really wish Justin would have fixed that, but the rashes and itching would go away, but what he did was good and effective because - eish! What he did was disgusting! Huh!
"Oyy! Girl, what happened to Sir Justin? It's great! Mr. CEO really helped you out! And it's a miracle that he was here with the company outing!
It's his first time coming, it's my outing every year!"
"Also, it seems like you're close-close, what? You've only been his secretary for two weeks, but looking at you a while ago, it seems like you've known each other for a long time!"
"Inferness you have a spark!" Celine added and then laughed.
"It's like a poor girl, only a rich guy is the peg! But of course that only happens in teleseryes and then my Ma'am Leni is Sir Justin. For sure the rich also want it!"
"But it doesn't matter here it's Dustin! Justin can make a sound too!" Angelica said and then she pushed me to Dustin who was right next to me and had been silent for a while. I fell into Dustin's chest.
"Sorry." I said softly to him. He smiled at me but said nothing. I was even surprised when he wrapped one of his hands around my waist - but I immediately realized that he might have done that to help me get back to sitting.
"Hey!!" They were teasing Dustin and me.
Dustin shook his head while I bowed in shame. Until the shot glass is spinning, this time it's my turn.
"Hey! We're here to enjoy, remember we're going home tomorrow! Shoot quickly!" Bianca told me. I shook my head when he handed me the shot glass of my alcohol.
"I don't want to drink." I answered him. I just went with them to the seashore tonight to chill but I really have no plans drink.
"Gosh! It's your KJ, Joanna! It's only once." Angelica said and then she took the shot glass from Bianca and put it in my hand.
"SHOT! SHOT! Shoot Joanna!" They are cheering me on. Sigh. It seems that I have no choice, they are all shooting me.
"This is the first and the last!" I told them. I took another glass from Erin that contained the chaser and then took a drink of its juice, just as I was about to follow the wine as my number took it from my hand, my companions also stopped as they cheered me on.
When I looked up, I saw Justin looking at me while he was holding the shot glass. What is this man doing here? He really is good! Pop up! Just a while ago, after he let me lie down because of the jelly fish bite, he suddenly walked out, without saying a word.
My heart was able to hope again earlier so when he left I was hurt again. Then now suddenly he appears again. What is Justin's problem?!
"What do you think you're doing?" Justin asked me in hard English. I stood up from my seat and couldn't escape the evil look in my eyes said Justin to Dustin's hand that was hugging my waist.
"What do you think you're doing?!" I also asked him a question. "Why are you taking a shot when there's a shot?! If you want to take a shot too, wait for your turn!" I tried to take the shot glass back from him but I couldn't reach it since he was taller than me.
"Justin what the hell?! The shot glass is ours! Why are you sticking around here with us? Don't go to your Lenita!" I told him more. Didn't escape from I saw the breathing of my companions. I just held my breath, they must be wondering why I'm talking to Justin like this. Geez! This is what I avoid!
"So, you're getting yourself wasted this time because you're jealous of her!" Justin accused me and then he held my hand tightly. I winced at the pain of his grip on my hand.
"What the hell is hurting me Justin!" I complained to him and then I tried I'm taking my hand back but I can't take it back.
"Sir, Justin is in pain." Suddenly, Dustin said to Justin so we both turned to look at him, he's by my side. Justin's eyebrows came together even more and his jaws tightened and then he said –
"Don't get involved in this De Vera! You don't want to get married!" Justin said angrily and then he pulled the hand he was holding so I fell into Justin's chest. Then he grabbed me by the waist and lifted me without saying a word like a sack of rice.
