"I'm sorry, hope I hadn't gotten you in trouble. I saw The King hide you in this corner." She smirks, even her teeth were lovely and she holds her finger over her mouth, indicating to be quiet. Her dark pink lips shivered under her lipgloss, looking so majestical.







"No...He just wants to be controlling." I mumbled, her face grows noticeably sad. I watch her raise her fingers onto the tabletop, carving something with her nails.





Taking my wine glass in my hands and finishing the remaining contents, Anna taps my knee with her finger and points to the top of the table.





"Outside. He won't hear 2 much." It read and I looked up at her. She points to an open hall a few tables over and I seen a few couples walking that way and some coming from the opposite way.



I nod, "Now?" I say outloud.



"Shh!" She shushes me and I follow right behind her towards the hall. Avoiding any eyes that may reveal my whereabouts to Bahm.





The pristine white and bright hall took us around the corner to outside through tall, sliding, glass doors. When we opened it, she went out first while motions for me to come along. The outdoor courtyard was surrounded all over, filled with beings everywhere. A large red stage sat in the middle with yellow lights lighting the whole frame, and four black fountains in each corner of the yard.





Stopping to stare, Anna pulls me by my hand and leads me to small blacks gates. We go through and I see a small lake. With the sun going down, it looked pitch black with a humongous reflection of the moon shining brightly over it.







My chest began to pain me, and Anna lets go of my hands and places her hand to my chest.





"What are you-"





"Shh...whisper as low as you can." She says, placing a finger to her lips.



"It hurts because your mate is sleeping with another woman." Throwing her arm around my shoulders, she whispers into my ear. My body experiencing meekness.





Her words made the pounding in my heart slow down. As I hadn't known the pain could be related to every time he slept with Azalea. I felt it all week while being in my room and also felt it a lot when I had rejected him. It all made sense.





"How do you know." I did my best to whisper, feeling my intoxication creeping up slowly.





"I've had one before." She says, and my mouth surprising hung opened. She said she's had a mate before. I wondered what happened to him.





With her arms still around me, more like and embrace for she was a few inches taller than I, especially with her pumps on, we walked over to a bench and sat down.





"Why aren't you happy to be here love?"





"Bahm marked another woman. I mean The King, and I can't get myself to accept it." I began replying, the words just flying right out go my blabbering mouth.



"I have been through a lot and...I actually just want to give up this kinda life." I lower my head and fumble with my thumbs.



Anna grabs my chin to look at her. My core tingled, enjoying her hand on my body. Who is this woman!



She opens her mouth and closes it before she speak. "You have to be very careful. He can be scary and do scary things if he doesn't get his way."



Sighing out frustratedly, I recalled the moment from earlier, when he choked me out until I passed out. She begins to ask how old I am and when I give her the number twenty-sour, she shrieks!


"You must leave him! Oh my... you are young enough to control! Uhh!! Especially since you are a Dark Witch! He will not be kind to you because of this!" She hisses a mouthful. Her words coming off her tongue like venom.



How does she even know Bahm and know that he will want to control me because I am a Dark Witch. Remembering that he hates them, but he... he always said he would never hurt me.



Tears falls down my eyes and she rushed to wipe them with her thumb, but I moved my head away. Asking how she knows this.





"Everyone knows he despises them. I am sorry." She whispers.



"How do you...know Bahm. Earlier he-"



"I'll tell you that another time. Come with me." She stands and holds out her hand for me to take. Uncontrollably I became aroused, yet wondered who she could be to him and knows so much about him.



We walk passed another bench and I see her searching around the area for something, until a smile plasters to her face showing she found whatever it was she was looking for.



"Let's sit in here." She says and my nipples hardened under my gown. Pressing roughly against the silky fabric.



She parts these bushes open that smelled like tangerines, and there was a small space on the ground. She takes her white furry scarf off and places it on for me to sit. I protest telling her its alright, but she insists.



After sitting down, she leans in right away, cupping my face and sucking on my bottom lip. I stayed there frozen, but my body melted right into her energy. Allowing her to work her tongue all over my lips, begging to be let in.

"Hunnie! OUT NOW!" He bellows again. My lips began trembling as I was getting ready to bawl my eyes out. Too frightened to make any sudden move.



"Hunnie if you don't get out of there and come to me, I'll hurt Anna severely.



"Hunnie go." I hear Anna's soft voice say, placing her hand on my shoulder.



I look to the opening of the sparse bush, and lift myself off Anna's scarf, making my way to Bahm. Whom forcefully pulls my by my arm, making me around. A small whimper leaves my mouth, even breaking my own heart.



"Anna...if you come on my property again, I'll drain all of your blood." She watches me and within the blink of an eye, she disappears using her vampire speed I take it.





I feared for her, and all because I was willing. Willing to get back at Bahm, have him feel what I've been feeling.





"AND YOU!" He shouts and grabs me roughy by both of my shoulders.
