Chapter 19
"Damn it! You're bothering me. Do you want to die, or do I fire you?" Gerald was annoyed. He snapped at a male servant who looked down and was scared.
"Patience. Don't be like that. He's innocent." Kamila tried to calm Gerald down by hugging him from the side.
Gerald took a breath. Controlling his emotions. "What's the need?"
"There's someone claiming to be Mrs. Kamila's aunt," the male servant replied.
Kamila was surprised. Gerald looked at her. Kamila also looked confused. "I'll try to meet her first. You wait here for a moment."
Gerald nodded. Not just anyone can enter the Arven family home because they could be intruders who threaten the lives of family members. They were a mafia family that was heavily targeted. Arriving at the main door, Kamila saw Miranda trying to get in. However, she was held back by many guards.
"Auntie." Kamila greeted.
"Tell them. I'm your aunt. They don't believe me!" Miranda shouted.
"I'm sorry, this is my aunt. Please let her in." Kamila spoke to the guards. In the end, Miranda was allowed in. The woman walked in first.
"What are you doing here? Please don't make a mess." Kamila walked beside Miranda.
"Can't I come to this house? It's such a luxurious house." Miranda stared in amazement at the Arven family home. Many things are yet to be seen.
"If you have nothing to do, it's better to just leave.”
Miranda turned around. "You're kicking me out?" She laughed.
"It's not like that, Aunt. I just didn't want you to mention my real name. Here they know me as Vira." Kamila explained.
"So, you don't want to get caught? You feel at home being Vira because you don't want to escape all this pleasure." Miranda quipped.
"It's not like that, Auntie. You don't understand the situation," Kamila replied.
"My wife."
Kamila was surprised to hear that voice. Looking behind Miranda, there was Gerald, who was sitting in a wheelchair, pushed by a servant. Miranda looked back. I was stunned by the handsome male figure.
Gerald stood up and approached his wife. "I told you to wait in the garden," Kamila said.
"I was curious; that's why I followed you." Gerald looked at a woman in front of Kamila. Gerald looked uncomfortable with Miranda's expression.
"Is she your aunt?" asked Gerald.
"Yes. I am Vira's aunt. My name is Miranda." Miranda extended her hand. However, Gerald did not reciprocate. Making Miranda a little annoyed.
"Are you her husband?" asked Miranda.
"Yes. This is my husband, Gerald," Kamila replied.
"As far as I know, your husband is in a coma."
"Gerald has regained consciousness and is now recovering." Kamila explained.
Miranda was surprised. In her mind, Gerald would not be able to regain consciousness and was not this handsome. In fact, Gerald was like a prince, and he recovered. If her biological daughter knew, she would definitely not resist the charm of Gerald. Moreover, they have abundant wealth. Their lives would be happy.
Miranda tucked her hair behind her ear. "That's good. Don't forget to rest a lot; don't get too tired."
Gerald just kept quiet. From the beginning, he didn't like Miranda.
"That's it. I'm going home. Can I come here again?" Miranda asked gently.
"If there is no need, don't come here!" Gerald said it cruelly. Miranda was very upset but pretended to be normal. For the sake of the smooth running of her plan, Hearing Gerald's words, Kamila was silent.
However, she agreed with her husband.
"I don't like your aunt. She looks flirtatious." Gerald said.
"Already. Let's not talk about it. Now, do you want to go for another walk or what?" Kamila asked.
"Let's go to our room."
Gerald sat in the wheelchair, pushed by Kamila. Once in the room, Gerald got up and pushed Kamila's body onto the bed.
Kamila screamed. "Gerald!"
"Yes, dear?" Gerald approached. Kamila backed away. Kamila's face was red because it was the first time Gerald had called her darling.
Gerald pulled Kamila's legs until she lay down. Gerald was immediately on top while holding both of Kamila's hands next to her head.
"Gerald, what do you want to do?" Kamila asked nervously.
"Resuming the pending."
Kamila remembered. Gerald had failed to kiss her. Not wanting to linger, Gerald immediately kissed Kamila's lips. Gerald really likes it. Kamila's red, thin, and sweet lips drove him crazy. Gerald crushed them gently. Kamila did not reciprocate. She didn't know how, so she let Gerald do it himself.
Kamila let out a small cry when Gerald bit her lips. Then, Gerald's tongue entered Kamila's mouth and touched all her teeth. Gerald didn't want to stop. Kamila was already feeling short of breath.
Gerald finished it. She smiled at Kamila with swollen and wet lips. Not enough on the lips, Gerald kissed Kamila's white neck. Kamila feels ticklish and unconsciously sighs. Gerald was even more excited to hear it. Gerald left a red mark on Kamila's neck.
"Ahh... shhh... it hurts." Kamila winced.
Gerald loved seeing Kamila's expression. He felt like he was merging with her. Gerald unbuttoned Kamila's nightgown, but was held back by his wife.
"No, Gerald!" Kamila begged.
"I want you, darling. We are already legally husband and wife. I have the right to ask for it." Gerald was overcome with lust that had to be resolved now.
"I know. I'm sorry, but I'm not ready yet." Kamila explained. I was hoping Gerald would understand.
Gerald exhaled. I got up from Kamila's body. "That's all right. I'm not insisting. I'll wait until you're ready." Gerald got up from the bed and headed for the bathroom.
Kamila knew Gerald was disappointed. She felt both happy and sad. Happy because Gerald was willing to be patient and not push her. She was sad because she was trapped in this unwanted marriage. Kamila hasn't loved Gerald until now. She couldn't give him what he wanted.
***
Kamila woke up from sleep. She felt her stomach was very heavy. She looked at what was happening.
"Argghhh!" Kamila screamed. There were two hands hugging her. Kamila's scream woke them up.
"Why are you screaming?"
"Mama, I'm still sleepy. Please lower your voice."
Kamila saw Gerald on her left and Alvero on her right.
"Alvero. What are you doing here?" Gerald sat up immediately. Surprised to see Alvero in their room.
"I want to sleep with Papa and Mama. But I can't be in the middle. So, I'm behind Mama." Alvero replied innocently.
"Since when did you come into our room?" Kamila asked. She followed Gerald, sitting down.
"It's been a while. Probably around twelve at night." Alvero seemed to remember.
Kamila and Gerald went to bed at ten at night.
"No trespassing next time!" Gerald warned.
Alvero looked sad. "I just want to be with Papa and Mama."
Kamila stroked Alvero's hair. "Gerald, don't talk like that. Alvero is still a child."
"That's rude!" Gerald said it sternly.
"Alvero, if you really want to sleep with us, you have to ask permission first. Now, you should take a shower and have breakfast. Mama wants to take care of your papa. He hasn't fully recovered yet." Kamila explained gently.
"I'm sorry, Mama, Papa. When he's better, we can play together, right?" Alvero asked.
"Of course." Kamila replied, while Gerald remained silent.
Kamila led the way out of the room. She met Alvero's birth mother.
"Oh my, Alvero. It turns out you're here. Mama was looking for you. Sorry, Vira. Did Alvero trouble you?"
Kamila shook her head. "I'm happy with Alvero. He's a funny and smart boy."
Alvero left with his biological mother. Kamila thought something strange. Why didn't Gerald just marry Alvero's mom since Alvero thought of Gerald as his father?
Kamila entered the room. She saw a sullen Gerald. "What's wrong?"
"I don't like Alvero holding you all night."
"You're jealous of a child?" Kamila laughed instantly.
Gerald was silent. He got up and went to the bathroom. This time, he didn't ask Kamila for help. Gerald was upset. Of course, Kamila was happy that she didn't have to bother helping.
Kamila's cell phone rang. Reynaldi's name appeared on the screen. Kamila was afraid to pick it up because it could be heard by Gerald. However, Kamila wanted to know. There could be important news that her brother wanted to tell her. Kamila walked over to the window.
"Hello. What's wrong?" Kamila asked in a low voice.
"Kamila, go home now! How could you lie to me?"
