Before the day came to an end, Liam finished his business meetings with the presumed investors and asked us to get our things ready and return home.
After a bumpy ride, the plane landed, we got home afterward.
Mike walked upstairs to his room, whereas Tatiana went out of the house.
I looked confused and Liam asked me not to pay any attention to their behavior.
I had this impression, he wasn't doing the right thing.
Liam assures me that he was but left me thinking otherwise.
I went to my bedroom with my bags, apparently, after settling down, I strolled over to Andre's room and caught him staring at the window.
"Champ! are you okay?". I inquired ambling closer.
"Yeah, just missing my mom" he opens up to me.
I wore a weak smile and nuzzled him tight, I might not be his real mom but having a son like him, would be a wonderful gift from God
"It's okay, I am here for you" I whispered to his ears.
Eventually, we pulled away from each other, I noticed he had a huge smile on his face, his cheeks fluttered and I know, he had something to say to me.
"What is it? Do you have anything to tell me?". I waited to hear his voice.
"Nothing but I am just happy that I'll finally be able to get a new mom".
He replied.
His words touched my heart, I placed his hands on mine and made a promise, to always be there, whenever he needs me.
Andre's and I had a little moment together, unfortunately, I had to leave, when it came to my notice, Christian's sudden visit.
I walked out and saw him standing at the door, he wore a frantic look with his hands were folded.
"Hey! Bestie, come in".
I ushered him.
" what is it that I am hearing? Are you seriously getting married to Liam Khan, your boss?".
He walked up to me.
It came as a surprise, I haven't been able to understand the symphony of the whole marriage thing, but in all, I had to play along.
"Yes bestie, I don't know what to say but yes, Liam and I are getting married".
"Whaaaat". He plastered a startled look.
At the same time Liam walks in"hello, who are you" he says attaining Christina's vicious glare.
"Well, well, well, you must be the famous Liam Khan, am I right?". Christain tries to act as the possessive best friend.
"Yes I am and who are you?". Liam replied.
