Chapter 15

After leaving the apartment Kelly and Alan decided to have a quick bite to eat at a restaurant. Those who had lived in the human world for a long time naturally seemed to blend in and never found it difficult to live like ordinary people. Especially Alan who was a CEO and also a businessman by name, he was used to eating in big places with his business partners and it was not a difficult thing to do.

"After this I will keep an eye on my things and when I go to the apartment I want you to keep a secret about my whereabouts even to Kyle. Don't let him know where I am and it'll make me feel annoyed because he'll just come over every day. I don't like having a relationship with him because he's a very obsessed person. Kelly said at length making Alan look at her with a calm face.

"How is it that your stepfather doesn't like you while he married your mother?" he asked in surprise, making Kelly raise her eyebrows.

I'm not his flesh and blood and that's why he doesn't like me because I'm probably just a nuisance to him. One more thing, she likes books, not me. I didn't know what my mom had been up to all these years until it finally came to light when she said she was getting remarried to a man who used to be her partner. Alan smiled and looked at her gently. "You've been trying for the past few days, now it's starting to show results so there's no need to be hasty because everything needs a process. I'm also not going to ask you to marry me before you're sure. Marriage is something you'll do for the rest of your life so you don't need to feel too burdened. With all that it would be better if you live your life and days calmly without any interference from anything. I will only marry you when you are ready to do so. Alan said while facing forward making Kelly nod.

"I also thought that before but since you've just come you won't force me so I'm much more relieved. After everything is done, I will deliver and send you here and there to be able to do activities that are much happier and can also gain experience. I also won't forbid you if you want to have a relationship with another girl because who knows if you're bored while I haven't given you an explanation."

Alan smiled softly. "If I wanted a relationship and was interested in someone I would have asked her out before this. But I'm not interested in any woman at all and it's said that an Alpha can't fall in love except with Luna herself. I didn't really believe it at first but then I realized that it really seems to be the case because I've only seen you a few times in the adult version but I already don't want to see other women," Alan said casually while cutting his steak. "Are you home alone?" asked Alan as he drove Kelly home.

He took Kelly's hand, kissed her lips deeply and gently before looking at the girl's face.

"I've given you my cell phone number so if there's anything you can call me. In the future I can do telepathy with you when I have taught you how.
