Chapter Eighteen

Saturday has always been my favorite day of the week well apart from my day off because I got to rest and go shopping with Mandy.

I went grocery shopping and bought some things to stock in my fridge. I bought drinks, chocolate, ice cream, and veggies. I paid for them and left.

I met Mandy on my way to my apartment

"Hey bitch, I was just going to your house, let's go shopping," she said excitedly

"Yayy, I can't wait to buy that sexy lingerie," I said giggling

Mandy gives me that questioning look

"It's not what you are thinking"

"And what am I thinking," she asks with a raised eyebrow

"Your thinking I want to seduce somebody. Is it not?"

"But I didn't say anything" she tries to defend herself

"Your look says it all"

"After we finish our shopping we are coming home to get dressed and take our asses to the club. It's been far too long and you need to get yourself a man"

"I love the idea of going to the club, I can't wait to make some people drool," I said and we laugh at my joke

"Have you eaten anything yet?" I ask her

"Nope, I came here with the hope that you had prepared food"

"Let's prepare something"

We settled on making pancakes, she whisked the flour, egg, and other ingredients while I fried the pancakes and we are it with chocolate pudding. We were resting after eating

"How has work been?" She suddenly asks out of the blue

"It's just there some days it can be stressful while some days it's stress-free so it fluctuates and my boss is sometimes a pain in the ass," I said mumbling the last part

"Your boss the famous Constantine Rodriguez, I can't believe you work closely with him. Girl, I can't believe you see him every day some girls will kill to be in your spot"

"It's not that fun"

"Has he made any advances to you, you know he is quite the Casanova"

I didn't respond to that

"Have you guys fucked?"

"Uhh-hh" I cleared my throat

"What!!!! Is it what I'm thinking" she asked "So you did fuck him and how was it? How many times did you people do it? Did you people do it in his house or a hotel"

"One question at a time girl. It was a one-time thing and it was amazing, best sex of my life, and the answer to your last question is my house"

"Eeew, did you people do it on the couch. We need to change that couch, Oh my titties, and here I was suggesting you get a man when you already have one"

"I told you it's a one-time thing that will never happen again"

"Trust me it will, you are a very sexy girl and once he has gotten a taste of what is down there he will come running back," she said smiling

"I don't know since we had sex he's been acting weird, he is fine one moment, and the next moment he is  angry"

"He's probably trying to control himself around you," she said laughing

"It's not funny Mandy, I always feel like punching him on the face whenever he does that. I don't even behave like that when I'm PMSing. How is Peter? It's been a while"

"Peter is fine"

"I hope both of you are well. No problem right?"

"We are cool, we just had a little issue but it's all sorted out, he might come to the club with us. Let's go  shopping now"

"Okay"

We walked into Ashely's boutique to get some dresses. I was just searching for suitable cloth to wear to the club this night. I saw a lot of dresses but they didn't catch my fancy

There was a short black sleeveless dress on the mannequin that had a slit and would show a lot of cleavages.

This was it

I tried the dress on and it fits me perfectly like a glove

"Mandy" I screamed "come and see something"

"Perfect," she said with her mouth agape "you are lucky I have spent ten minutes looking for a suitable cloth to buy. Come and help me check for something good"

I helped Mandy to check around for a dress and she saw a dress she really liked it was a short lilac dress. It really looked good on her, we were gonna confuse the club today because some people will not be able to keep their hands to themselves.

We paid for our clothes and entered a lingerie shop. I picked different sets of lingerie of different colors and many did the same. It was getting late already so we stopped by a restaurant to eat before going home.

When it was 8:00 pm we started to get ready for our night. I showered first before putting on my makeup, my makeup was nothing serious it was just foundation with smokey eyes and lipstick. Mandy on the other hand liked to draw her brows which she did and we wore our dress and left for the club.

The club was bubbly, there were a lot of people dancing to Chris Brown's party. We went to the bar and sat down after ordering two shots

"I need a vodka please," I told the bartender after drinking the first shot. Peter arrived when I was taking my vodka. He walks to mandy and they start kissing passionately

"I'm still here guys" I remind them

"Sorry Euli" Peter apologized and kiss me on my both cheeks "How have you been"

"I've been fine"

"Btw you look good," he said

"Thank you, Pete," I say blowing him a kiss

"What about me babe?" Mandy said with a puppy face

"You know you always look good in whatever you wear," he said

"Awww my baby is the sweetest," she said and they start kissing again

"Let's go and dance," I said and Mandy drags Peter to the dance floor where we dance our stress away.
