Chapter 25: returning to the castle

Hera couldn't wait to tell Clarissa her findings and conversation with Ariel. She ran down to Clarissa room and met Clarissa outside with some other wolves. When Clarissa saw her, she knew she has news for her.
" Escuse me for a while" She tells them and drag Hera into her room. The joy on Hera's face gives her hope that everything is going well as she planned.
" Did you find out anything?" Clarissa asked impatiently and Hera nod her head in confirmation.
" She said she wants to leave the pack but don't know her way out. So i told her I have a friend who can help her out of the pack." Hera said with a serious expression and Clarissa furrow her brows.
She wonder why Ariel will want to leave the pack when she is alpha Lucas mate.
"Seems like she wants to leave the pack without the alphas knowledge" Clarissa insinuated and Hera nod her head. When it comes to reasoning, Clarissa is a genius because she always pick the slightest thing together.
" But why?" She asked still curious why Ariel don't want Lucas to know she wants to leave the pack.
" She said she don't want to bother the alpha with responsibilities and she also said she is from Z town" Hera reply telling Clarissa everything she discussed with Ariel and how loving she is.
" You can't say strangers are lovely, you just have to be careful around them" Clarissa tells her and Hera just nod her head when Deep inside her she knew Ariel is a lovely lady.
" When you see her again, ask her when she intends to leave the pack that I'm ready to help anytime" Clarissa said patting Hera's hair affectionately with something else's in her mind.
" Alright I will but aren't we going for hunting again?" Hera asked with a frown on her face. She really wants to go hunting and explore the woods and she is ready to do anything to achieve that.
" We will go later" Clarissa tells her with a smile on her face before dismissing Hera.
" It really feels good to hate someone when you haven't met them. I will be very ready to help you out of here sweetheart" she said with an evil grin on her face.
~ At the castle~
Alpha Graco was seen seating on his throne when Luna Alice walked in with her hazel hair falling loosely on her back.
She wore a sad look on her face while approaching the alpha.
" What's with that look on your face?" Alpha Graco asked and the Luna sigh while seating next to him.
Alpha Graco and Luna Alice are the best werewolf couples you can ever come across. They always understand each other and can read the emotions in each eyes. Standing and fighting by one side and never forgetting their mate bound.
" Lucas have found his mate and the mate ceremony is coming up in the next full moon according to him. I was thinking you let him come back to the castle now that he he found his mate" Luna Alice with a sad voice. Although she know Lucas found his mate, she still want him to be mated to Clarissa because she loved her so much and had always wished for her son to end up with her.
" What's his mate name?" Alpha Graco asked curiously and Luna Alice eyes light up. She really can't wait to tell the alpha who Lucas mate was because both of them had always wanted the same thing for him.
" Clarissa. The most beautiful wolf in our pack and the warrior" Luna Alice said with excitement in her voice and the Alphas face lit up as well.
" I knew those two were going to be mates " Alpha Graco enunciated with a smile on his face and Luna Alice was happy that the alpha accepts Clarissa as Lucas mate without asking too much questions.
"So can he come back to the castle with her?" Luna Alice asked placing her hand on the Alpha's palm and giving it a gentle massage.
" Yes he can come back with his mate"alpha Graco reply and the Luna squeal in excitement. She had missed her son so much and can't bear to see him living outside the castle.
" Thank you darling" She cooed and hop out of the room in excitement. Who wouldn't be happy? Lucas is coming back to the castle with Clarissa.
Lucas slept long today as his mate was laying peacefully with her head placed on his hard chest and his hand wrapped around her waist. Ariel open her eyes slowly and don't need anyone to tell her it's dawn already before she knows. She felt his chest rising and falling gently under her head. The gentle beat of his heart sound so good to her ear that she don't want to take her head from his chest but then she was tempted to take a glance at his face. She raised her head up and place it on the pillow with his strong arms still wrapped around her waist and she felt secured with her heart at rest.
Some strands of his long hair were falling over his face and she was tempted to push them backward to have a better view of his face.
She still wonder how he managed to look so much beautiful that she admit internally that he is beautiful than her.
' that means our child will be very cute ' at the thought of that, a smile appeared on Ariel's face and she rub her hand on her stomach which doesn't have a bump yet.
' he still have to pay for his crimes' she thought to herself and place her thumb on his lips that were as pink just the way she wants them.
She was still drooling over his face when she suddenly have the urge to throw up. She tried to remove his hands from her waist so that she can rush to the bathroom and let it out but it seems like his arm was belted to her waist. She dare not open her mouth because if she do, she will end up throwing up on his face.
She groan as she try to wake him up and tell him to let go of her waist with her mouth closed.
" Don't tell me you're trying to escape so early in the morning?" Lucas asked with his eyes still closed and tightened his arm around her.
