CHAPTER 54
The meeting was to be held at the conference hall. Immediately I entered the conference hall, I realized that everyone with the shares of the company was already present.

On seeing me, they all stood up and greeted me with respect. Having no time to waste, I went straight to the point by starting the meeting immediately.

Sitting on a chair at the bead of the table, I signaled for my assistant to begin the presentation of the current situation of the company.

Standing up she began to explain, “these all happened as early as 3 am. Our sticks were being bought out at a massive rate and all of this is being done and controlled by one company called the blue wave international. Their company has no connection with us which led us to the question, why is the company attacking us? Don't think it ends with them buying our shares though, it's as if it's the beginning as they infused a large amount of capital into the stock market to bring down our company stocks.” She said, while choosing to hold down information back as I gave a meaningful look.

I know that some of the executives might be working with the company in question and if they can do something like this, they are definitely a powerful company with great influence.

After she had presented their current problem, I said “with the information provided, what do you think the solution to this problem will.be?” I asked as I looked at each member sitting at the table with me.

The first person to speak was a man in his forties with a goatee and blonde hair. “Since the current situation is like this, won't it be better for us to infuse capital inside the stock as well?” pausing for a moment, he looked at everyone present and continued what he was saying. “We all know that the country won't get involved since it's only directed at us and it does not affect the country in any way.”

Some of the people on the table nodded in agreement as they understood that his suggestion is not that bad.

“Okay, who else has a suggestion?” I said with a somber look on my face as I waited patiently.

I disagree with the digestion that was made earlier as the suggestion is a double edged sword which can cause more harm to the company after the problem has been settled. Personally, I think we should find out more about the company in question before taking any step further.” A man sitting to my right suggested it.

This went on for quite some time with lots of deliberation involved in making a decision. I knew in my heart that being able to fish out all those that are not loyal to my company and those ones that are ready to sell there is shared away due to one reason or the other.

Looming at each of their eyes, I tried looking at the expression on their faces while considering the suggestions being brought forward.

By the time they finished talking, they asked a direct question that is not really related to finding out what the best solution can be. “okay. If that's all the idea you can think of, then this meeting will be put on hold.” I declared before walking out of the conference hall with my assistant following behind me.

With the current situation, I knew I was getting nowhere by doing this and me not making any decision would only worsen it but I can't just make decisions when there are people working with the bluewave company in mine.

Taking this into consideration, I headed to my office but before getting there, I said “thank you for the help. Keep your eye on the situation and keep me updated with the current situation.”

“Okay sir.” She replied before going to her office as her office is not that far from mine, so as to make asking her to do things for me easier.

Entering my office, I picked up my phone and dialed a number that I haven't dialed in a while, at least not since the abduction of my children.

“I need you to investigate every employee in my company, the higher they are, the better the bugs will be. It will also be nice if you can inactivate all of them. More specifically, the companies they've worked with before joining any company.” I said into the phone immediately he picked up.

“okay.” he replied. Which was all I needed to hear at that moment. Ending the call with him, I sent for my assistant for advice in my office.

Soon, she knocked on the door. “Come in.” I said.

Opening the door, she entered the office. “Tell the human resources manager to come to my office immediately.” I ordered.

“Okay sir.” she replied before going off to do what I ordered. After some time, she came back with the human resource manager before leaving the office once again.

“Hello sir, you called for me.” she said with a nervous smile.

I knew she must be cracking her brain at the moment to get what her presence in my office means, but o couldn't waste time and contacting one of the executives to do the job for me will only make things worse.

I know that they have asked her questions since she left the office but I don't really care. “You must be wondering why you are here tight?” I asked with a smile as I wanted to calm her down somewhat.

“Yes sir.” she replied simply.

“I need you to give me every information you have at your disposal about all employees in this company.” I said.

“Okay, I will go and gather it immediately.” she replied before leaving my office as well.

Contacting my assistant once again, she came to my office, but while waiting for her to speak, I got straight to the point. “What's the current situation?”

“The stick price is still falling rapidly and the shares of our company are being sold as well. Currently our stock price has fallen by 25 percent and is still going higher. If this continues, we will be left with the major shareholder of our company.” She reported.
