CHAPTER 55
“Okay, you can leave them for now.” I said as I tended my chair to face the window in front of me as I let thoughts flow through me.

‘Among all the enemies I have, I don't know which one can be the cause of this whole incident with my company but if I find out, they are surely going down.’ I things as anger bubbled in me.

Taking a deep breath to calm myself, ‘ with the current situation and how it's going, I will need to make a decision soon and make my standing known.’ I thought as I stared out of the window in my office.

It has a nice view which could be sad to be calming me at the moment but I need every bit of the information I requested back as soon as possible.

‘Since not doing anything is not working, then calling the one person that can handle the stock market better than anyone else will be needed.’ I thought as I picked my phone from the table and dialed a number.

“Hello, come to the company immediately.” I said before hanging up and deciding to wait in my office.

Not long after the call, I heard a knock on my door, “come in” I said.

Walking inside the office is the human resource manager, “sir, I've emailed you with the list you requested.” she said.

Checking my email to look at the file she had shared with me, I nodded in appreciation. “thank you for your hard work but I have to ask, is this everything?”

“Yes, that's everything.” she replied.

“Okay, you can take your leave now.” I said before opening the message and starting to go through the file.

I looked through every one of their backgrounds and I made do with what information I could find in the file sent by the human resources manager, thereby narrowing by suspects.

Not long after I finished going through the information I was sent, I received another one from the private investigator.

I read through the information as well and with that, I was able to narrow down my suspects once again.

Taking the information provided into consideration, I called my private investigator once again, “I need you to investigate the executives of my company and I need the result as soon as possible.” I ordered once again before hanging up.

I knew it would be hard to get that kind of thing done in such a short time. But I had no choice.

Immediately the call ended, I heard a knock on my door, “come in.” I said.

The door opened and a man with a curly black hair and sharp nose with sharp chin entered my office. He is popularly known as Peter chalk, as he is one of the best in what he does.

Immediately he entered, I gestured to him sitting in front of me, while I updated him on what's going on with the company.

Cutting me short, he said. “I'm sorry for cutting you short but you don't need to explain what the current situation of the company is as I've found out and have been working in it since. If you hadn't called me, I would have come anyway. With what I've been able to find out, I can say that bluewave international that is go against your company has an expert like me and I think i know how it is but don't worry came I will solve this problem with the stick price, only that it will take a few hours and I will need capital to force the stock price back to what it was.” He said.

“Okay, since that's the case I will leave everything for you to handle and the money you need will be transferred to you as well.” I said.

Peter brought his stem out and began the world's whole stranger the money he will be needing to his account.

One of the reasons why I don't have to worry about him is the fact that my private investigator had done investigation into some people around me as well, thereby making me certain about Peter at the moment.

Leaving him to work his magic, I sat there thinking about the who can possibly be behind all this mess. I was deep In thought as I tried to tow everything down until I.remembered someone I just got involved with but I can't say it's the person just because we don't like each other as the person has not in any way appeared in investigation so far.

I felt like grabbing my hair and pulling it out as the stress was starting to get to me.

After a few hours had passed, Peter said. “I'm done, you can check your stock price now.”

Unlocking the tablet in the table, I checked the stock price of the ambrose group as requested by Peter. On opening the application to see what the result of his hard épée will be, I was surprised by the result as it was more than I expected.

With a smile on my face, I said “you've done a good job Peter, thank you for.the hard work.”

By this time, he was exhausted as it took a lot of his mental strength. “continuing what i was saying, “however you still need to stay around until we solve this problem.”

“No problem.” he replied with a grin on his face as he was satisfied with the work he did.

Knocking the door and entering after being given permission was my assistant brimming with a huge grin on her face as she gave her report.

“sir, the stock price of the company is now increasing and we've already gained over five percent in the amount we've lost to this situation and it's still increasing.” she reported with a huge grin on her face.

But the grin disappeared once she realized that I wasn't surprised in the slightest. “Did you know already?” She asked.

I nodded to indicate how true her words were. “Oh, okay.” She said before leaving the office, I felt like laughing with the way her excitement died down and the way she left with her head down as if sulking.
