“it was nice…I learned a lot” she slowly untied her boots to remove them from her feet.
“ I always knew you were nerdy,” I smiled.
“Ha… ha…says the fellow nerd” raised an eyebrow as she sighed.

“Hope you love birds, had a fun evening?” smiling in a way that’s very teasing and gossip digging.
“I can see someone got laid tonight… yeah!”
She teases.
“Shhh Keep quiet you gonna wake her” I scolded her. She laughed so hard I was displeased.
It was very very annoying to see jazz come in and catch me in bed with Emma.
When the morning came I took my leave. I didn’t want any further embarrassment or teasing.

In my room, I got a call while I was in the shower. “Bro… Andre could you check who is on the call”
No one answered so just to not miss a call I put on a towel, I cleaned my face so that I could see properly. Getting to my phone, to my surprise I see Asia’s name on the notification.
“Why is she calling me?”. We had not talked in weeks so I was surprised to see a call from her.
I called her back.
“Hey Jazz what’s up I missed your calls”
laying down on the bed. She sounded so excited to hear my voice.
“Hey James how are you doing so you don’t remember to call from time to time”
“ Are you avoiding me or did we have any beef”
I knew why I didn’t call because I was afraid of the awkwardness after prom and graduation and also all the tension from telling her how I felt about her.

I was lying through my teeth. She knew I was avoiding her because she knew me more than I knew myself.
“Oh, so you are lying to me so I haven’t you called me” now was scared of the answer to give her so she wouldn’t get pissed off.
“Well I’ve been busy with school and other the stuff”
I answered panicking.

“Well I am coming to visit,” she said happily.

I was very anxious but still very curious.
“Like next week though” she is practically screaming Happily through the phone.

She hung up after we said our goodbyes. Andre later walks in some seconds.
“Hey bro you are done having your bath”.
“ Not yet I was on a call “
I rushed back into the bathroom before he could take off his clothes.
“I am not done yet” I shouted while running into the Bathroom before Andre could get in.
